Reasons why kotak credit card sucks.

• You won’t be given reason why application was rejected etc
• No reward points – Cashback on limited type of transactions
• To change email or mobile no- visit branch
• Credit Card issued looks like a debit card-(name printed not moulded)
• CRN No printed on card- making it more easier to access online
• Changes made on interest rate without any noise 
  For eg : In convert to emi – processing fee for emi increased secretly by 1% on all tenure while the free 3month emi are reduced from 3parallel at a time to just one)
