hi i m dharmendra from kolkata.i have purchage a mobile phon x360 on 18/06/2010.in this mobile overall is good with respect to their price and hadphone is mindbloing but the battery backup of this mobile is very poor.if battey backup will increase to suply powerful batery then this phone is much batter at this prise at the place of branded company.is it possible to change the battery of x360 to increase its backup?

i have purchased micromax Q5 before 6 months.. There are lots of problem i have been faciing sing i have purchased this mobile. just after 2 days of purchasing this mobile my hands free stoped wroking. Hence i have given this to the service center at Ahmedabad and i had got this hands free repleced after the long time 2 months. Then after 2 month again there is porblme in hands free slot that although hands free was unpluged, it was showing on hands free mode. At that time the problem get resolved from the same service center. And now i am facing the same problem since last 2 days…
I feel that i have bought problems by purchasing this mobile phone…..
I am facing this inconveniency sing i have purchased this mobile….

Just 2 say that your phone is not upto the mark as arpan said is very correct the headphone problem arrised in & out while using the cell. Even in the unused mode without plugging the handsfree it shows that (Earphone plug in) and even while taking out the mode instructs & displays that still earphone is plugged in. Expectation against the mobile purchased is not that worthfull.
Hope this feedback will definately help to improve your product & resolve my inconvience.

when ever i try to use net on my pc , every time pc refuses with having a error that pc has 32 bit operating system and pc suite in cd requires 64 bit operating system.I am using window7 in my pc.

Sorry 2 say that your phone is not upto the mark because frm the date when by mistake i purchased your companies handset i.e. Gravity in the month of October 2010 I’m facing lots of problem the key pad is not working properly, 2ndly so many times in a day its off and on automaticaly. I complaint to your service center in Meerut but they r failed to solve this problem. I enjoyed this handset only 07 or 08 days. Kindly exchange my handset otherwise i plan to forward my complaint to consumer court.
