   AS I HAVE PURCHASE A SPICE SET D – 6666 FROM PRINCE ELECTRONICS BAZARIA GHAZIABAD AS ON 9 JULY 2010 & ITS INVOICE NO. IS 8740 & BOOK NO. 175

   FIRST OF ALL I SHALL CONGRAUTUALATION TO SPICE COMPANY MARKETING DEPARTMENT IN SUCESS TO SELL THEIR POOR QUALITY PRODUCT TO ME OF RS 5800/- BUT I CAN GIVE YOU 100 % ASSURANCE THAT AS I HAVE PAID RS 5800 FOR THIS YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY DEDUCTON IN MY PAYMENT AMOUNT ANYWHERE IN INDIA .

   THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF ITEMS IN THE MARKET WHICH ARE AS UNDER :
   1. PRODUCT
   2. BRAND
   3. VALUE FOR MONEY

RAKESH SERVICE CENTRE BAZARIA THERE I GOT THE 3 RD GRADE RESPONSE & WITHOUT CHECKING HE TOLD ME THERE IS A CHARGER PROBLEM IN YOUR SET & I DONT HAVE CHARGER & EVEN HE COULD NOT EXPLAIN THAT WHAT TIME SHALL BE TAKEN PLACE TO GET CHARGER IN SERVICE CENTRE ALSO BEHIVIOUR WAS TOTALLEY RUDE & I OBSERVED THAT BASICALLY SPICECOMAPNY HAS OPEN A TEA SHOP INSTEAD OF SERICE CENTREIN GZB.
   AFTER THAT I WENT TO YOUR MEERUT SERVICE CENTRE WHERE A GOT GOOD RESPONSE & THEY CHECK THE CELL & FOUND THIS IS NOT ONLY A CHARGER PROBLEM BUT ALSO IT IS BASICALLY A INTERNEL SOFTWARE PROBLEM .

   AND SECOND PROBLEM WAS MY SLAVE SIM SLOT ALSO DISRTIUB & AS PER MR. GAURAV IN SERVICE CENTRE IF TRAY SHALL CHANGE THEN YOU HAVE TO CHARGE RS 400 & IF SET GOES TO HEAD OFFICE & THY SHALL CHARGE ONLY RS 150 .

   BUT TODAY THEY ARE HANDOVER MY SET TO MY FRIENDS BY CHANGING SLAVE SLOT ON THE CHARGES OF RS 150 .

   IN THIS SITUATION YOU MAY NEVER GET EXPAECTION THAT I SHALL RECOMMEND YOUR SET TO OTHERS.

   I AM AWAITING FOR YOUR POSITIVE RESPONSE IN THIS REGARD OTHERWISE I SEND THIS COPY TO ALL PRINT & ELECTRONIC MEDIA.

   Dear Sir/Madam,

   Once again I m facing display light blanking problem and again I went to D-170 Sector-63 Noida Spice service centre on dated 10/11/2010 .Their reprehensive said to me that my mobile Software fused so the mobile set need to be send to Delhi for mobile software updating and your mobile will be back after 15 days. It is so much time to update mobile software?

   I m waiting for your response your side as per soon as per possible.

    Mera bsnl ka no-9472092124 hai.mene 02.02.11 ko 220 rupeya se recharj karaya.achank 03.02.11 ko mere cell me sirf 89 rupeya ho gaya.custome care service no pe call karte karte thak gaya nahi lag raha hai.pata nahi bsnl me koi customer ka kheyal karne wala koi hai ya nahi..kabhi customer care walo se bat nahi hoti..hamesha kahata hai-ye number mawjud nahi hai.
