We bought an Toshiba e-studio 166 from Giri Computers,Rajahmundry vide TOT No.KOA/08/0/2238 Dated:10-12-2009.We ordered an toner to them 09 days ago.We haven’t received it till now and also we paid the payment for Toner in advance.We are not satisfied with your service.Please send your authorized person and take off your bleady printer.We can’t bare this irregular service.

kindly help I have a problem with my toshiba laptop (MODEL NAME:-SATELLITE PRO M70 MODEL NO:-PSM75E-00D009AR )which started after the expiry of the warranty. While working sometimes my laptop screen becomes very dim. Earlier i thought that the screen switches off but on looking at the screen carefully, i see that its not off but so dim that its hardly visible.
Then i shut down the laptop and restart it and the screen comes back. It is happening more frequently now than earlier almost 2-3 times every hour…
Any solutions? Is it LCD problem or some lose connection. How do i fix it?Wat v’ll b d cost 4 it???

i bought a Toshiba laptop an year and a half ago, just in a span of four months the battery stopped working and i had to get it replaced. after the replacement of the battery may be a week or two the mother board got spoilt and had to get that repaired again. now again i am facing two problems right now both the motherboard and the RAM are spoilt and the laptop has stopped working. it is costing me around Rs. 7000/- to get it replaced.
I seriously have no clue how you guys grew in a global context by providing such products which is not worth keeping them any more. this laptop has become such a problem to me since the day i bought it. the model is L300.
it seems Toshiba India is most customer unfriendly . To register , they want to send them the sales invoice.
why cant they get the same done when the laptop is sold.
the girl at the call centre was most insolent. they should learn from companies like Dell

purchsed one Toshiba LED TV MODEL 40PS10 on 31st Oct.’2011 from Ashoka Sales ,Faridabad ,Haryana(India), Complaints are as under:
1) Dealer offered scheme on Diwali ( Free DVD,PEN DRIVE AND D2H ) items pending till date, says company is not supporting on pending offer
2) SCREEN BLACKOUT Problem pending for rectification since Jan.’12 till date, 3 times repair by Toshiba Service Dealer technician but not rectified, about replacement Service dealer says Toshiba does not have any replacement policy under waranty only part/component replacement /repair can be done
Under the senerio as customer I will never refer Toshiba product to anyone and also go to consumer court if issue not addressed within this month

There is a limit to humiliating a person but your shameless service department has crossed all limits. As per the guidance of the customer care representative I sent the scanned copy of the Voucher on 21/03/2012.
An engineer Mr. Anshu from the following service centre visited my place today at 1140 hrs to inspect the defective laptop.

After having thoroughly inspected the Laptop, he penned down in his remarks on the service report that a crackling noise and over heating was emanated from the laptop. He provided me a copy of the service report.
Today I contacted the call centre and narrated all happenings but the lady’s first sarcastic question was “how that engineer has gone to your place without our knowledgeâ€. I told her that I was the Company’s discretion, moreover since a person from authorized service centre has visited my place I ought to welcome him and discuss about the problems exhibited by the machine.
On her incessant irrelevant questions any body would be prone to get irritated and I am not an exception. Moreover, why should I send the scanned copy of the service report as ordered by that lady, whereas the original copy was procured by the engineer?
I wish to bring to your kind notice that I personally would not like to maintain relations with a highly respected and multinational organisation (TOSHIBA) whose primary employees are boorish and abject.
I again emphasise that I shall never accept any favours from Toshiba (or may be my rights as a consumer) at the cost of my respect.
