I had faced so many problems in my handset in Oct2010, so I had given my handset for repairing purpose in your service center at “Taipan Elcetronics”, Kopar khairane, navi umbai-400709. On 30’Th Oct 2010 Worked order no: – SMH262210A00118. Till I never got my handset repaired from your side. From last two week I had called this service center at least 10 times. I have experiences a very poor and bad customer service in one of your authorised service centers that is PADMAJA Spice, ITI, NANDED,Maharashtra
I own a QT-55 model which was by some fault not able to charge, when i took the same to your authorised service center PADMAJA mobiles he charged me Rs. 50 only to check the fault and returened me back saying that it is not possible to repair.It can not be repaired at all.
For your kind information i have got it repaired from a local mobile technician, and it is working perfect now.
I want reply from you for the following
What is your criteria to appoint a service center, who are not having enough talent, and spoiling your brand image and name.
Due to this bad experience i will not suggest your phone to any new consumer to buy.

This is to inform you that I have given my QT-56 Model to service center with Work order no SUP263010C00065 (IMEI NO 910060900483655) on 2nd of Dec 2010. They promised me to resolve my problem till 12th of Dec. But till today I am not able to get my mobile and neither they are able to give me a confirmed date on which they can deliver my mobile nor a stand by mobile with which I can do my work.

hi this is Rahul takkar from ludhiana. i bought a handset of spice qt- 58 from Ludhiana ( n.k electronic) with Rs.2800/- and after 2 days it gave the hanging problem and i went to the spice care center which is in the manerva complex near clock tower ludhiana they said there is a software problem and a file is currepted they repaired the same and gave me back but after the one day the handset gave me same problem and the service center people’s isshued me a DO against th same i n bought same company handset with same model but after two days there is the more than same problem which i was suffering and now i cant acess my handset in proper way and the customer care people’s are denied for the return and said they don’t have the current problem sortout software and not returing or money back so pls help me and give me the right soloution becoz if company wl not reponse then the company is really reallly bad and it wl not sucesss..

I am Anurag dwivedi. I have purchased a spice mobile QT-44 on 4/12/2010. After 1 week i am facing automatic call hold and retrieve problem in my handset so submit it to service centre at M/S Apex Enterprises Suraj deep complex, aaj press building, c block, ground floor, near dainik jagran chauraha lucknow utter pardesh . after three days they give my handset and say problem resolved. but problem not resolved I again submit ed handset then they said there is a problem in your board so we will change board of your handset Then they again submit my handset and return it to me after 9 days at same day when they giving my handset my handset again having same problem and it hanged i am again giving it to service centre and CREEP a lot to change for this they are saying sir this is soft were problem wait for 1hr. we will rep ire it. and after soft were predation they giving me. But problem still not solved and they again saying sir we will change your board.I am submitting my handset with battery and sir this is too much I will never except this handset . kindly replace whole HANDSET. I am very disappointed by service IS 1500 IS NOT A BIG AMOUNT.

i have a spice mobile m5252 i had problem yesterday that i insert idea sim for internet and the settings was full so start to delete my older settings of gprs and by mistake i also delete my airtel live settings
and then suddenly the mobile display turns offs and only the keypads light was on
after sometime the mobile was not turing on so i remove the battery and try switch on the mobile phone
but only the spice logo was seen and then again it switch off

When I started to install it’s driver in my laptop which has windows 7 operating system, there comes a massage that “one of your usb drivers is not supported by this operating system”.
