I humble request to I have purchase mobile Goal Telecom spice D6666 Mobile on Somdutt plaza in November month which I bought from one or two months to complain failure battery charging the came in it. We get guarantee this mobile. Then I will give mobile Kanpur Spice Center. he has give me after 15 days to become. And GSM SIM network problem showed it again give them. then it was collected 15 days after he got his turn after which the network CDMA SIM Problem had not yet been submitted then I Was not he buy mobile Use please I am great Problem to us. I bought a Spice Handset “Blue Berry” hand set No# QT-64 vide IMEI no: 91114250033989 on dated 20/08/2011 from Hot Spot Store, shope no-14, Central Market Punjabi Bagh West New Delhi vide invoice no. 119774400. acutually i visited them for Noika handset with good looking but thier sales representative shown me this handset which i like and i ready to bought but its seal was open and when i object she get me convience that its opend today morning only as they don’t have dumy handset ! i conviced and buy and that was my blunder! handset centre switch (track ball) is hanging and in this regards i visit them and always they make me fool as they switch off and again start but after some hrs its again hang………as my job profile is marketing and i have two connection so don’t have much time to visit regularly finally last week i visited your Chennai customer care centre (twice in a week) they uploaded new software but problem was as it is and finally they told this handset is having problem and switch need to be changed which will take 10-12 days time so i told them to returned the same so i could again take up the matter to shot spot store from where i bought . my visit report no# 221000621390001.
its so surprise the response i have from hot spot, as they say are not bothering to listen and blaming on me that its my mistake if i accepted sealed open handset and their store managed told me to visit your service centre for repairing which is really a nightmare job for me!!! why are they (hot spot) and you are not replacing this handset if its having manufacturing falt????? why shouldn’t i approched to media like ZEE Business and customer complaint department for the metal tourcher and harresment for the same????
plz. look into the matter immedialy and let me know otherwise i will proceed for all above steps!!

I want to inform you that I have purchased spice m-940 gold in january 2011, which create some problem,
regarding battery and internet.
In this mobile it;s pc suite is not working correctly,till now I could not connect internet with pc any single time.
and it’s battery is not well work from starting ,I have used only simple function not any multimedia function yet it’s battery is run only for two days. and it’s mike create problem sometime I am not to talk to other person then I have used air phone, and it;s camera not work good in night or in dark places these are the major problem with this set, what I should ???

I purchased M-940 Gold model of Spice mobile on 01/03/2011 vide bill no 1806 from M/s Anjani Gift Centre & Stationers, Rawatbhata, Rajasthan with IMEI no. 910045600792901 & 910045600792919 . Immediately after a day of purchase I found that its backside cover was loose and coming off frequently. On complaint, the vendor informed that this was a common problem with above model and ignored.
Recently (just one day before completion of six months of purchase i.e. on 30/09/2011), the connector charging pin in the mobile socket broke down. I again contacted the dealer but he refused to entertain the problem stating that the warranty for charging socket was for six months only. At the time of purchase warranty of one year was assured but the vendor offered chargeable repair. This attitude makes me feel deceived. For last one week I have been trying frantically to contact toll free & help line numbers displayed on website of Spice but was unable to put through any of them.
In today’s competitive marketing scenario, one should have a strong customer centric approach and such insensitivity affects company’s credibility in the market. Therefore, kindly look into the matter and do the needful for alleviation of my problem at the earliest.

I have been using Spice M-6800 for a month. Internet GPRS was working however by any chance congifuration got deleted. I wanted to re-installed the configuration but not able to do. Normally I received Configuration seeting via SMS which used to be saved. I failed to instal in this way. I tried manually and it doesn’t save. I deleted all configuration and try to reinstal, still failed. I re-boot my hand set. I did factory restor as well and then try to install still fail. I swap SIM from Slave to Master also fail to install. Please note there is no proble over Wifi but having problem accessing net/GPRS via SIM.
I visied Network operator here they failed. I have sent email to customercare of Spice few days back and waiting any solution.
Meanwhile if any of you know the solution please let me know.

Ek spice mobile QT-60 home shop 18 se khareda hai. PC suite se software complete nahi hota. Customer care per koyee attend nahi karta. Bathinda Service center ko phone kiya koyee uthatta he nahi. Bhut badi bhool huyee jo ye set liya. Koyee aur mat lena bhai logo. Poor service hai.

After charging the battery on checking the set found Ringer problems rectified with the adding more problems( i.e.Projector , FM Radio & MobileTV not working) which were not in set at time handover for repairing to service center . please advised the cocerned service perssonel to check the set before delevery to customer.
