I registered my mobile for SBI Freedom on 14th March 2010, but when i checked my balance and transaction records on 15th March, i found out that Rupees 50 was deducted from my account. What is the reason for the deduction as to my knowledge SBI Freedom is free of service.

i purchesed GT-S5233S instrument on 25th feb 2010. for the past 2 months i am frequentlly visiting the Samsung service centre ( Cell Solution) at Air-port Road, Domlur Layout, Bangalore. my instrument switch off during conversation and re-start automatically, when ever conecting through data card either mobile switch off or it ask for sim card, in service centre they said the mother board problem and they replaced the same. After replacing the mother board (under warrenty) now the new problem added with the excisting problem- now it is not recoganizing any sim ( Airtel, aircel, hutch etc.,)
is it possible to get a new instrument as replacement.

I am a user of mobile banking services.my mob no. is 09889219669 & my SBI saving A/C no. is 3018481692. I tried to recharge Rs 556.00 on mob no.9450668475 on 28/09/2010 through transaction ID020018580768. Balance was deducted from my A/C but recharge value did not reached in 9450668475.pl. enquire in the matter & rectify the mistake.

On 1 oct 10, I reacharged another mob no.9932498073 through my mobile (TXN ID TID-020018808461 dtd 1/10/10)amt Rs.130/- has been deducted from my sbi account 11188391882 but mentioned mobile could not get reacharge. Download the software to the PC/laptop and then use the data cable to transfer the software to the phone… This way GPRS not required on phone to receive the software….

Fine sir.If you are not able to get the software for particular mobile then you can use nokia generic version.It is available in sbi.co.in.Such a excellent service from SBI.
