   getting information about the SBI Card statement details is very difficult always. last one day i am trying to get the information from the customer care, Chennai about the statement details I could n’t get even now. the service is very very very poor.

   YOUR CARD IS BLOCK. PLEASE ACTIVATE THE CARD IMMEDIATELY SO THAT I CAN USE THE FACILITY OF THE CARD. MY SBI ACCT NO IS 30126976408.

   19/10/10 URGENT

   Dear Sir:

   Refer SBI card 4317 5750 3894 5581, I have sent you e-mails on Oct. 12th and 13th, 2010. This is my 3rd e-mail. I regret to say that even after 8 days there is no reply from you. TOO BAD!!!!!! I do not know if I am dealing with an organization or some State Govt. Babus.

   I can not contact at your toll free number because there is a problem in your voice activated system. Pressing push buttons on the phone do not lead any where. Now what is the solution? To my knowledge your VAS is bad since Oct 8th, 2010 or may be even more. You guys do not have time to see the problem and fix it.

   You have imposed card charges of Rs. 827.25 on my card. Please revert it immediately; as it was offered to me as a free card. You people are creating this problem every year.

   Please confirm to me immediately by e-mail and my phone.. Best regards,
