    Dear sir,
    I have a joint account with my wife Ranjana Kumari having a/c no. 10352148590. I have applied for a new ATM card about 4-5 months back. ATM card was sent to my address but the PIN sent to branch office didn’t work. i again went to the branch and requested for a new PIN. It was sent but again this number was rejected by ATM machine showing “you are entering a wrong PIN number. Again I made a request to branch office bearer. And about more than two month has been wasted with no result. I had frequently visited the branch after every 4-5 days interval with same answer “ABHI TAK NAHI AAYA HAI”. Now what I should do please tell me.

    Sir, i have a nokia 3110c mobile,this is java enabled, i want to use mbs in this mobile, i have already got user id and password and i have registered my mobile no. on atm,
    still i am not able for using mobile banking service,
    it always shows gprs connection failed or wrong apn setting in mobile phone,

    please suggest me what should i do?
