Interest Rate SBI ADVANTAGE HOME LOAN

-Interest rate during the first year is fixed at 8.75% p.a.
-Interest rate during next two years is fixed at 9.50% p. a
-Interest rate fourth year onwards will be floating. The rate is 10.00%

Processing Fee

-Above Rs.50 Lac and upto Rs.1 Cr is Rs.8,000/-
-Above Rs.1 Cr and upto Rs.5 Cr is Rs.10,000/-
-Above Rs.5 Cr is Rs.20,000/-
