		<description>I bought a samsung freesat+ digital t.v.recorder mod number SMT- S7800 In November 2011 i im now unable to get a to view any of the recordings from the library there is nothing there. I have gone to the info buton nothing i have gone to the guid buton nothing there PLEASE PLEASE HELP  REGARDS NOEL</description>

		<description>I bought a samsung LE26B450Ca 26 inch widescreen HD ready tv on 14.3.10 and the sound control keeps going down, got no satisfaction after 25 mins on the phone  I have changed the batties in the remote and have used the buttons on the side of the tv but it keeps going off.  I was told to go round a supermarket to try my remote on their tv but I am not prepared to do this as I am sure its the sound on the tv which is not working properly.  I will contact a consumer organisation.  I am a pensioner who relies on my tv for my entertainment.</description>

		<description>My samsung notebook NC10 has developed a fault with screen when i open the notebook if its opened at a righ angle thew screen goes white.  I am told that its the LCD RIBBON CABLE. Can you supply me the part number or provide a possible sloution to my screen problem.
