    i have brought samsung galaxy s 2 ( imei 358150/04/488616/7) when i connect with my pc via USB ,i went to settings than wireless and network then to usb utilities and click connect i got a respond saying USB connected remove the cable. I can not access the eternal memory and even the internal memory, so i can not access my mobile throught usb at all.plz help. I can not make any data transfer between my sgs2 and my laptop.

    I purchased my Samsung Wave II on 12.06.2011 and since then the Touch of the Mobile has been giving problems of and on thereby causing Mobile Hangs suddenly.

    We got the mobile checked at your Service Care in 02.08.2011 and found that the Mother board and display needs to replaced said by your Engineer and this part not available to your Service center. And he promised to repair my phone or given to 05.08.2011 but today I had calling for the mobile status and he sad its takes couples of days.
    Since the Mobile is still under warranty, you are requested to replace the faulty Parts with a new one. And attached Job Card copy and Mobile Purchase Invoice.

    You are also requested to look into the following points:
    1) Touch Problem
    2) Hangs Problem

    The above points have been shown to your Samsung Care Engineer

    I was used samsung GT-S 5253 Model handset but last month this handset occcurs a not charging problem and its purchased from the Mobile Store On 31st April 2011 . After serching the Samsung Customer care in my location and it should handover for repairing to the servive centre employee on 22nd July 2011 .After checking these handset and they said to me that its board have complaint and it should be replaced free at cost for the rerason warrenty period continued. So you come after 5 days and today they should put request regarding new board for my handset board replacement purpose. But after 5 days i should call to the customer service centre , they always give the answer regarding . ” Sir , The new board not come to there office by courier , may be it will come tomorrow” the replay should hear me after 27th July onwards daily basis. Atlast I Just question reg. the same that” if chance to get my mobile before my Warrenty period expired”.But till time there no answer reg. the same.

    Autulally These type of Customer Service You Provided…..

    I known What is the nextstep of movement…….I shall surely gone to the Consumercourt …..

    In the present world A mobile is very unavoidable thing…….but these type of activity from youyside ….its dams sure it should thrown to the basket and Use Handset of Better Servise Providing Companies.

    Hi I am using Samsung Chat322.While buying the phone I was told that the phone is with Gtalk feature.Afterwards I came to know though it has msn and Yahoo messenger but it does not have Gtalk.Now the problem is despite having Vodafone gprs and being able to connect Facebook etcetera,am not being able to chat using msn.Each time I try to login,they say you could not be connected with the server ….What is the actual matter?I think I am a bit frustrated with this phone.Can anybody help me?

    i have a samsung c-6712 thats star 2 duos,i have bought it in kolkata not even 1 month ago but within this period my speaker got corrupted i cant hear anything from the other side. i went to 3 service centers around kolkata but they are so lazy and rude and technically incapable that they cant even say properly what is wrong in my set and said that my set is new so it will take time to repair and whwn i asked they said no time limit now you say if this is the way you people serve us will we go for samsung phones anymore?i am extremely upset and pissed off on your after sale service and your quality of products,stop bluffing us,you people are of no use,time has come that you people wrap up your bussiness from india or else provide us with proper response and products.

    I purchased my Samsung Wave II on 04.05.2011 and since then the Touch of the Mobile has been giving problems .

    We got the mobile checked at your Service Care in after one month and found that the Touch of the Mobile needs to replaced said by your Engineer and this part available after 5 days to your Service center. your Engineer changed touch parts within 5 days but after 10 day one again comming touch problem…..then i submitted my mobile in andheri east service centre as on 10/09/2011. your Engineer says Touch parts Not available now ..so you wait 10-30 days ..then i confirm your any thing……..
    You are also requested to look into above points:

    I had purcheged the mobile C322 in April, after 4month my mobile is not working so that i have summited the mobile sumsong service center on 3/9/2011 sec-18 noida up. my service docket no is 4119193273. i am regulary going to service center but he did not support to me. after some times called to sumsong custmer care he repled to me you can take mobile your mobile has been repaired. i had taken mobile after that i had checked the mobile. mobile is not working i went to service center he asked me you have to give us again mobile bill and register the again complaint.

    It’s a very bad experience to purchase a samsung mobile because service of samsung mobiles phones are very poor. I have submitted my mobile model no GT C 3222 in service centre H.D Associate B 104/1 Nirala Nagar Lucknow dated 05/09/2011 but today 17/09/2011 we have received my phone. Due to this i have facing alot’s of problem. Kindly do the needfull. Behavior of service centre staff are very bad.
