26-12-10 First time goes to samsung service center (chennai-Annanagar branch) , They told me your battery is weak.. after that am buying new battery, within 2 days same problem..
29-12-10 second time goes samsung service center, they told ur battery is weak, u have to change.. am shouting them.. after they taken mobile for 3 days observation (they take 5 days), finally they give & says its working good condition..
same place, same time in 5 minutes mobile get SWITCH OFF.. finally they accept , yaa ur mobile mother board is weak, surrendered mobile for more than 15 days..
24-12-10 after they changed new motherboard.. works good just 2 days only.. again goes to service center, same same same they told battery weak…
2 day once they giving 1 battery for checkup.. (4 battery for 4 times within 1 week).. lot of ways am trying to complaint, BUT its no use..

The mobile is given for repairing on 16-03-2011 but the concern Custement care saying we do not receiving the material from HO.My one freing also thier when i communicated on the phone and receptionist asked to engineer what to say to customer. and engineer replied say him any reason.the mobile is not yet repaired. I am using Samsung Galaxy 551 ( GT- I5510) S/N R5XZC33044A, has a problem with the wireless network connectivity. when ever i try to connect to my home network it connects for a few seconds and then it again say disconnected. i have 2 more android based phones ( DELL, LG ) and they both works fine and also i have 2 laptops and they work fine on the wifi network. Telecom, At : Bibi Ganj, Dalwar Road , Kailash Market, Post- Danapur , Patna-801503. , he toll me that after contacting to distributor ,I will give you response…after 10 days , the retailer toll me that the distributor is not interested in exchange the mobile for new one because the mobile warrenty date was expired…. Here I am so socked about the Samsung mobile customer service…I am not able to know about my fault where i did…..So within 2 to 3 days , i am going to take the proper legal action againt all the person who bring me in mental n economical problem along with Samsang Company if the company does not take proper responce…….

I requested service center on 23 Feb 2011 to resolve it, but again I am facing the same problem.
I am sending you two photos with this mail to let you know that how the photos get faded and a copy of the bill and the service center receipt which I got when I reported this problem to service center.

I just bought it (Samsung chat322) last week. My need was to buy a multimedia phone with dual SIM facility. But what I expected turned down by this mobile. Has Samsung compromised with the quality that they gave with this model earlier (like that of most manufacturing companies do once their product gets popularity)? I read many reviews of this mobile and finally bought it.
But now i have been experiencing the
01. low voice clarity (during calls),
02. very small screen (despite having enough free space),
03. poor screen resolution,
04. very low quality material used for the backside cover (weak),
05. takes time to start music player. every time it shows ‘updating…’
06. very limited theme options,
07. only two types of letter fonts,
08. supports limited PC suite options,
09. slower in file transfer to PC,
10. only English language supported,
11. lack of music keys,
12. yahoo messenger is of no use (I tried with both the SIM to log in many a time, shows ‘connecting…’ for long time and ends with a note “ You were disconnected from the server due to a temporary network coverage problem”). But works on the laptop when I use the same SIM in a Micromax USB modem. MSN repeats the same story.
13. could not connect internet via laptop using USB cable/ Bluetooth despite having installed its PC suite and configured manually all the settings. In the NPC suite, under internet settings the APN and Dial number could not be modified. Same APN and Dial number has been given for all the network operators,
14. Does not show images in full screen.
However I highly appreciate the following (in such a small budget):
01. optical track pad,
02. qwerty keypad best suited for typing and ease of use,
03. privacy lock,
04. backup manager,
05. qwerty shortcuts for instant functions,
06. image editor with lots of options,
07. pre-installed social sites like yahoo, Facebook etc.
It’s now up to the readers to decide whether to go for or not. All above observations are preliminary and more demerits/merits may be explored at later times.
I have purchase Samsung S 3310 mobile before 6 months. This set has the problem of signals. Always the signals are weak & it is very difficult to communicate. We have to come out from home & talk.
One time I also give this set to service center ( Indore) They give me the mobile after three days saying that mobile is O.K., but my mobile is not working properly. Again I give it to service center. At this time they say that there is some problem in BSNL sim. I am regularly use this mobile on RIM sim now & use the BSNL sim in my LG GM200 set. In LG GM 200 set , BSNL sim give the excellent responce. & RIM sim in Samsung S3310 set give the problem of weak signals. I told this problem to service center. They say that We are not able to repair it.
Kindly arrange to repair the set as earliest
I had purchased the samsung wave II abt 2 months ago, now i m facing some issues while unlocking i got to sweep the screen more than 3-4 times. Also after unlocking, if i click the menu it doesnot respond for some time and gets hang for 40 odd seconds.
And this happens frequently (for eg: 5 times within a span of 5 mins).

I purchased a samsung corby GT-S3653 two weeks before. I tried to configure Exchange Active Sync(EAS), but unable to do. After sometime i realized my contacts have been totally deleted. The same happened many times. So I stopped configuring EAS. I had contacted the customer care, I restarted it, but no use. Still i’m facing the same problem, as the internet icon blinks often even not connected to the internet and also charges being charged.

I have purchased a B7722 Mob handset on 04 Feb 11. A problem occurred on 29 May11 and I deposited the same at your service centre at Lajpat Nagar. My Service request Bill No is 4109025746. I deposited the set for repair on 31 May 11. 10 days have passed and my hand set has not been repaired becoz a part (mother Board) asked by your service centre has not reached them….. To every query of mine, they reply that they have not received the courier ( surprising 10 days within delhi a part is not delivered to service centre for repair). Sir , I had purchased a SAMSUNG Mobie hand set model – GT- M5650 bearing from Bijay Telecom , Dolamundai , Cuttack by paying Rs. 9500/– on 28/04/2010. The said handset was hanged in the month of Feb.2011 and was repaired by Channel-4, Samsung Authorised Service Centre, Dolamundai, Cuttack. by installing software free of cost as warranty period was in force.But again in the first week of this month ,i.e., June 2011 , the said handset again hanged and on 11/06/2011 I surrendered the handset in the above stated service centre vide its work order no. 12414 . At the time of receiving the handset , I was told that during delivery time Rs.270/– to be paid by me as the warranty period is void. but on 25/06/2011, when I contacted ,the said service centre served an estimate slip signed by one sri Satyajeet Samal, amounting to Rs. 2989/– in saying that the PBA of my handset is not functioning. After hearing such a huge amount, I asked the said service centre to return back my handset. Now I have no other option left but to bring the matter to the company in expecting a speedy disposal of my problem. By the way , I had purchased the SAMSUNG mobile with high expection that the company carry a brand name and fame in Indian market. But in the process, I lost my faith by undergoing mental agonies . I had purchased a samsung S5200 mobile before a few months. It was all well till a few weeks… but then it started a bit troubling. It always keeps on restarting. At times, it becomes difficult to switch it off. Now a days, it has even started rejecting the sim. So the cell phone has lost all its quality in the first year itself.
I had contacted at many places, especially at Pune and Nasik, but the problem has no solution yet. Please help me with this.

I had purchased samsungC3222 mobile on dated-10-04-2011, I like the features u have provided.
Now i have problem with its cosmetic part around the optical trackpad.this part is now shinless &
small scratchess of uses around it. Due to this finger not slides smoothly on trackpad & its very irritating.
If within 2-3 months it gives problem then how can i suggest my friends & other for new mobile.
Also i visited 4 this to your samsung care centre at Hadapsar.He refused for replacement for this.

I purchased Sam sung GT-C5212 duel sim mobile about one and half year ago. I was given batterAB553446BU 1000mah. While charging the charge is fully completed within 90 minutes and out of 5 points one point being fdropped for 3 hours and by the end of the day the indication showing 0. So I approached your Eshwar enterprises Guntur 0863 6632121. who advised me to purchase a battery accordingly I purchased the same on 07..07..2011Battery No.BD27C25As/1-B duly paid an amount of 600/-. Even now the charging is completed within 2hours and point is decreased every 3 hours . In other mobiles the charging of the battery is available more than 36 hours . Please do needful in this regard and advise.

I had purchased a mobile phone bearing Sr. Number and model mentioned above from M/S City Portraits &Colour Lab, SCO-1012-13, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh-160 022 on dated 8-4-2010 vide invoice No. 21184 dated 8-4-10,while i was posted at Leh.
Inspite of repeated effort, the internet is not working in the highly compatible set of your company. In that time i could not complaint as there were problem in network also at Leh. Then i had been posted to Bareilly during June’2010.Since then i had obtained SIM of Vodafon and then BSNL only to experience that the network connection for internet is not working in the ‘highly compatible mobile phone’ of yours. I had been in many times frequented with the offices of both network connections with your highly compatible set to experience/know only that the internet is not working.
After prolonged period frequenting with your mobile phone i reported to your service centre to rectify the problem of internet connection. They had also not co-operative and the internet connection could not be availed in your ‘highly compatible set’. Your staff at service centre told that why you are purchased this set, you may have purchased another set.
I had spent an amount of Rs. 9,600/- for this set and i am using this set for conversation only, which i can do it with a set worth Rs. 1,200/-.
Yours is a reputed firm so that i had purchased this set. Why you are deceive a soldier who are deployed entirely at farflung borders and could not complaint in time i.e. with in the warranty period. Why your compatible set is not receiving internet. Why CD given by you with the set could not install in any computer. What is the use of this set. Why this type of set is being manufactured and deceived genuine customers.
You can escape with this complaint with the pretext that the warranty period has been expired. But you may know that why i could not complaint in time. Most of the time i believe that the complaint is with network provided and quarrelled with them and you know that being in Force i could not enough time for frequenting so many time with a mobile and most time i had been away from a unaccessible limit being on duty.
Respected sir, now you may advice me that what can i do with this ‘highly compatible set’ of your company. Whether it may be thrown to dustbin or keep it as a antique piece.

I have bought a Samsung Galaxy s GT i9000. However, there is physical damage on its touch only (Display is fine), got broken from the bottom. I want to replace the touch with the new one. will it be free as my phone is under warranty. Moreover, if it is chargeable then what is the amount i have to paid.
Samsung customer service centers are pathetic. They people know nothing.
