I purchased a Washing Machine of Samsung ( Model WA82VSL) 6.2 Kg from QRS Retail Ltd Trivandrum on 24 / 11/2009.

Now water is leaking from the machine. We called up your service people at 0471-2465347 on 2nd Jan 2012 , morning. I was told that the technician will call us. No calls. We called again on 3rd, 4th & 5th with the same response – The technician will call you-

The B*****S ( bearers) of the number – if you thought atherwise – tough luck!!!) have no basic manners ! What a a stupid company are you?

Any way I am going to the consumer court to get the compensation for not attending on my complaint for 4 days. The conversation with your Service people have alos been recrded.

With contempt for you guys -

I sign off with a promise never to purchase another Samsung Product ever!!
