    I brought Corby pro GT-B5310 mobile phone on 14/04/2010 from Planet M retail Limited, E- 106 city center sector -1 Salt lake, Kolkata-700064. With One year warranty.

    On 13-07-2010 all of sudden touch screen was got hanged and stop working then I approached to the Samsung service center (System & Services, 1130, Survey park, 793B purbalok saltlec, kolkata) they have kept the phone for 1 week and when they returned it the touch pad was working but the LCD screen was showing black dots and it was blinking, then the service center kept the phone for another 3 days and changed the LCD and touch panel and returned on 22-07-2010, now again on 28-07-2010 the same problem was arises this time when I approached to the service center they are saying due to moisture and humid weather this problem is arrived and that is not covered under warranty from the company.
    And to rectify that workshop is asking Rs.5500.

    I PURCHASED GT S 5350 SAMSUNG 3G METRO MOBILE IN MAY 2010 FROM MOBILE STORE IN BHUBANESWAR IN ORISSA. IT WAS WORKING FINE ALSO WITH RS.98/- AIRTEL MONTHLY INTERNET PLAN. THE INTERNET IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 15 DAYS. I DID SMS TO AIRTEL SEVERAL TIMES & DID THESETTING. BUT INTERNET IS STILL NOT WORKING IN THE MOBILE .

    i’ve seen that samsung care is giving very poor response.i purchased a samsung tft monitor in nov 2009.i have registered a complaint regarding my monitor buttons are not working and screenalso not working well about 32 days ago but i’ve not still got any response.
    so i’ve observed that the response of samsung care response is very bad regarding their customers.

    i must say that samsung is certainly pahtetically poor in its products as well on its service ,even their customer care guys are very sick & arrogant if u say that their product is of poor standard . i have had issues with its mobile & washing machine. i have an automatic WM purchased barely an year ago ,now its pcb is not functioning , i am fortunate that its under warranty as it s repairs would cost rs 3000. i have lodged my complaint since 1 week but yet there is no solution. i just fear that if this is the quality of their product i am surely looking at huge repair expenses in future to keep it running. instead of buying this nonsense international brands i have decided to buy indian products in future. honestly we have very low tolerance for indian products & services as compared to foreign brands. as indians we should change our mentality & support our indian companies.

    Guys, Never buy any samsung product, please spread this message to all. the worst customer service. despite several reminders and e-mails vide the complaint no. 8400161469. nothing has been done and i do not know whom to contact. I had given my phone (corby B-5310), on the 26th July and today being 20th September see its still lying with them and i am bound to take legal action against them. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG. It sucks your blood.

    I bought a samsung 18’5 lcd monitor in oct 2009, after few months the monitor will not be working, then i cald cstmr care & reg a cmplt. After 2 days a servise engneer wil came ma home and he told me the power panel crt board is complaint and it will be resolved after two weeks, then i agreed…then after 3weeks he cald me and said the parts not available..and the monitor should be replaced afer few days…. then wait..then wait …then wait….. for big 3 months it is not resolved yet…… in my opinion anyone decided to bye a monitor except samsung you can take any branded company……samsung has poor servising…. am from kerala..in thrissur samsung service centre workers , they dont know how dealing a customer….i 20 times cald customer care..they didnt give correct solution… several times cald area manager he reject ma call…now i dont know what i do? pls help… my complain no:8416155313 reg name surya …ma mob+919744418444,+918891669994

    i bought a SAMSUNG champ on 29/09/2010 n hving some problem with it. suddenly the phone get hang and the music player stop playing musinc also(this happen 5 to 6 times in a day). m very fed up with samsung gadgets.only within 15 days,,phone is arising problem.if i will approach any samsung service center,definitly it will take 10 to 15 days minimum to solve this problem and definitely we people are not as much free to go to service centers frequently more over i dnt have any another mobile set ,..so it will create so much problem for me to leave ma phone for servicing cause it will take too much time n even after this mostly the phones doesnt work properly…cz i had bought an another phone of samsung and results were very bad with that also. samsung is a reputeted company and this things was not axpected,,bt now m very annoyed.

    I m having a samsung L700. the battery bar shows full for 3 days, even when the cell is actually discharged. the battery bar starts to fall suddenly and in 2 hours it falls down completely when actually the call is near to complete discherge. suddenly cell switches off when cell is completely discharged. the battery bar continues to show wrong infomation. the software was reloaded at the service center but the problem was not solved. they say that pcb needs replacement. please tell me how to solve the problem.

    I had handed over my Samsung 32″ LCD TV to the Company’s Ernakulam (Cochin) Service Centre about 3 weeks back. TV had stopped working and the Service Centre guys keep saying that they are awaiting a spare part from their Delhi office. Does it take 3 weeks for a small part to reach Cochin from Delhi, when a courier company can deliver the item in 2 days flat? I do not know what to do. Miserable after sale service from a so called international company!!!

    I bought a Samsung washing machine 2 yrs before.
    I was interested in buying IFB but opted for SAMSUNG for the reason that the service of the SAMSUNG is better.
    But my washing maching is not working for more than 5 days.
    I had given the complain 5 days before still no result.
    A technician came and checked and told that PCB is not working.
    But he dont have the part to replace it.
    He got one PCB board once that was the new one but it was not working(i dont understand how a new one will not work or he was trying to cheat me saying that its a new one)
    Please tell me what to do.
    I am not sure if i will suggest anyone to take the samsung product any time.
    As samsung is have more customer but the service centers are less.
    This the case in a city like BANGALORE.
    i cant imagine in other cities.
    God can help all the customers of SAMSUNG.

And instead of appealing to the consumer court, the enraged consumer, Harmender Singh went ahead and filed a complaint against actor Aamir Khan, who endorses the brand.

    Story goes that Hemendra Singh, a resident of Shriganganagar in Rajasthan had bought a Samsung cellphone in April this year from a local dealer. But when he faced problems with the phone and the dealer refused to replace the said handset, Singh decided to hold Aamir Khan responsible.

    As per reports, in his affidavit, Singh has claimed that he bought the cellphone only because Khan endorsed it. Talking to a news daily, Singh said, “I am a fan of Aamir Khan and I believed his claim (advertisement) and bought the handset.”

    And as per the law, a magistrate has issued a summon to the actor asking him to be present before the court on November 29. Singh also claims to have sent a legal notice to Aamir`s residence on August 20, 2010.

    Talking to a daily, Singh`s lawyer, Rajesh Kumar Luna said, “Aamir is the brand ambassador of the product and as the handset was substandard the court has issued a notice to him.”

    Worst Service by Samsung Mobile service Centre at Mobile Technology services center (Goregoan (W)) I had earlier reported complaint about bad service by Samsung Service centre at Mobile Technology services center(Goregoan (W)). For my Samsung GTS-5620 (Monte). Handset as written below. Later I got a call for Samsung Service Centre for Goregoan (w) Region Ms. Kavita.. He took all details from me and later promised that he will get back to me (mobile) in 5 days (With Changing a mother Board) or and he requested to me that incase he forgot he will get back to me. Changed the mother board but problem is not solve then she take 4 more days for changing Second mother board but again problem not solve. She changed the mother board in my mobile in three time but problem still continue so my query is if you changes mobile mother board in three time then how come my mobile problem is not solve. and how many days to take to solve this problem because almost 25 days past. If you’re not able to solve the problem then please give me Guinean solution for me.

    I was interested in buying nokia but opted for SAMSUNG for the reason that the waranty period two year on SAMSUNG is better.
    But my mobile is not repaired within waranty period. i had shown waranty card to the service centre but they replyed warnty period wrote wrong by shop keeper/dealer

    Please tell me what to do.
    I am not sure if i will suggest anyone to take the samsung product any time.
    As samsung is have more customer but the service centers are less. and their services are not satisfactory at all
    This the case in a city like ujjain .
    i cant imagine in other cities.
    God can help all the customers of SAMSUNG.

    i’ve seen that am samsung team and samsung care is giving very poor response.i purchased a samsung mobile in march 2010.i have registered a complaint regarding my mobile is not working well coz the board of this phone is not well in july 2010 ago and my mobile is submitted in samsung care. these guys told to me this is a refundable case but i’ve not still got any satisfactory response .
    so i’ve observed that the response of samsung care response is very bad regarding their customers.

    this is refer to my 21″ tv which the warranty has completed and for thr sevices thet are harrasing the person as they say the kit has burn . u have to replcae new one and the cost they r charging very high and also not responding on the phone , the person Mr. sameer is busy from last 10 days even he cann’t revert back for few seconds. that means they so busy in their work . even they donn,t care for their customers also.hope every one can understand the services team how they work with their cusotmers. even thoy the higher authoriesdo the same.i. have spened lot of money in calling them . so it not worth to deal with such products which gives the bad support. my complaint no 8428559263

    I had bought a Samsung 32′ LED TV from the Samsung Plaza showroom in Koramangala, Bangalore. Along with the same, there was an offer of 45 days free HD TV from Dish TV. However, inspite of having called Dish TV three times, till now, no one has come home to give me the cable TV. Through this message, I sincerely request Samsung to stop their association with Dish TV but instead go in with Airtel or Tata sky since Samsung’s brand image will surely take a beating due to their tie up with Dish TV!!
