    I HAVE PURCHASED 1.5T SAMSUNG AC(BIO SLEEP) FROM M/s NOBLE, RESIDENCY ROAD, NAGPUR. SINCE THAN 17 DAYS HAVE BEEN PASSED & THE AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY (WATER GETTING LEAKED INSIDE THE ROOM). NO RESPONSE FROM M/S NOBLE. MATTER HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO BUT STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THIS IS THE STATE OF AFFAIRS

    I purchase a samsung washing top loading from kbm at laxmi nagar vikas marg delhi . I was happy with shopkeeper but it is my worse experience with samsung and i feel that i have made a big mistake to buy a samsung product . i bought washing machine on 11 april 2010 and i spoke to cutomercare people at toll free no. inspite of sending somebody for demo they gave me different number and told me call at that number , i tried those number also and it has been more than 1 week now today is !9 april and nobody is there for demonstration . i got bp no. 8409198438 on 17 april 2010 and still waiting fi somebody could help me out from this huge mistake done by me. This would be my last product from samsung . its avery bad experience really . one can undersatand if i am doing so much exercise how much bother one can be .

    We have purchased Samsung washing machine 6 yrs back. recently we got a problem in it’s working and I called the customer care.they came and said that PCB should be replaced and they will inform me about that the next day. But I didn’t receive any call from the service centre since 8 days.This is the way of the Samsung service centres.I felt so disappointed that I was thinking not to purchase any samsung product in future.The company should look into this matter
    immedietly.

    I am going to share my worst experiance with samsung i bought samsung I200 mobile phone from Hotspot Laxmi nagar on 14 Jan 2010.Tha’s a windows phone ,after 2 months i faced problem like windows of my mobile got corrupted.I went to service centre they told me to get back ur handset within 2 days.Now it’s 10days have been passed i m still waiting for my handset. If i contact to service centre thy told me u will get message from compaany once ur problm get resolve.
    So tell me the way how could i get the right information about my handset?

    we are very good customer for SAMSUNG, we baught samsung 1 tone ac – window – as per your assuarance you have to give 5 year waranty to condencer, it has completed 4 years, now condencer is not working, service engineer cam and confirmed that condencer is not working and they told us it will be replaced in another 4 to 5 days — calender goes on but there is no responce, could you please tell me how to contact and whom to contact ?

    This is to put in my worst experinece with SAMSUNG Mobile phone. After using for four months, suddenly there was a problem with the voice transmitter (The recepient couldn’t able to hear my voice). I have given the device to the SAMSUNG authorized service center for repair. One week last…, daily calling the technicians about the status.
    But, I got the answer that it is working fine…

    But when I took back the device and tested, THE SAME PROBLEM IS SEEN….

    What else a normal person can do, except complaining again to the service center. So, I did the same thing and gave the phone again to the service center…..

    This applies not only to me, but many of the SAMSUNG customers, my friends, and the people whom I met in the service center…

    SO I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO BUY ANY OF THE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.
    PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHILE BUYING ANY OF THE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS, EVEN IF YOU ARE OFFERED WITH ANY ITEMS WITH THE PRODUCT YOU ARE BUYING.

    We purchased samsung TV last year and within 3 months of purchase it started not working properly Its been more than 1 yr now and inspite of several visits from samsung customer care they are not able to identify problem and charge money on every visit. The customer care is very unfriendly and rude .Guys never bye products from Samsung they are pathetic………..

    This is not the 1st time I am making the complain regarding the split A.C you have provided to us. From the date of purchase in May 2008 numerous complain has been made to your customer care, sometime they came after
    48-60 hrs & sometime after 80-100 hrs but the same complain occur again and again.The CEO of the company
    does nothing about it. This remind’s me of aold story : ” Their was once a king who used to sit ideal, listen music,etc all the works were looked after his senapati and whenever he asked how is the in the kingdom they told that everything is allright in the kingdom. The king after hearing this became very happy but he does not bother to look after the problem itself” this is the same case over here, the directors of the company are not bothered that how people are facing the problem of their product. So Guys don’t buy the product from Samsung ,they are pathetic

    We had purchased my 22″ SAMSUNG LCD TV on October 2009 from Sivakasi, TamilNadu. Recently I got a problem on screen display. I registered complaint at Samsung consumer support.

    They assured me that they get resolve the issue by the day itself. Even though two weeks gone out, still they are not responded to my calls. Meanwhile I call local customer executive for Trichy division two times. During those calls he assured me that will rectify it today or tomorrow. But as a result, they forgot everything after then. Hope Samsung customer care will treat this mail with high priority and provides their valuable support to their customer.

    Like others here, I am also a very dissatisfied customer of Samsung. I had brought Samsung Washing M/c last year. Though m/c is okay in functioning and suffered some minor problem. But when I called Customer care for repair it was a very bad experience. I had to call them so many times for more than 1 week until they sent their customer to my place.
    And now its Samsung A/c which I have which is creating problems. I am not at all satisfied with the product. The cooling is so less and is no noisy. Again I am calling customer care everyday but nobody is visiting my place to rectify the problem. This was the biggest mistake of my life to buy samsung product.
    WHOSOEVER WHO COMES ACROSS THIS MESSAGE, PLEASE NEVER BUY ANY PRODUT FROM SAMSUNG. ITS MY SINCERE REQUEST TO EVERYONE HERE.

    I purchased a FROST FREE fridge model RT 35Z BLB from Sona Sysstems &Home appliances Pvt. Ltd Ammerpet Hyderabad on 23rd April 2010. immedialtely after supply and installation I noticed frost formation inside the fridge. the engineer Shakeel who came to explain the working and other futures could not explain the reason for the dampnes inside and asked me to complain to the service centre. I registered a comlaint by calling their no 0120 30308282 on 28-04-2010 at 12:50 pm. they promised to send teir engineer the next day. the engineer did come as promised but neither could answer my quries nor correct the situation . he also raised his hands and said that he would send some other experienced hand. on casual enquiry as to the cause he said the problem could be in the cooling pipes. then two days pass before the sunday and no action taken so far . I have reminded them again today the 3rd May and looking forward for the action by them. The Product is being sold and advertised as FROST free and the very aspect is not checked by them before selling it to the customer. it is really unpardonable. hope they take action atleast now.

    i purchased Sam sung fully automated ashing machine , the worst ever company in the world.
    agencies are not behaving properly.they are trying to replace all recycled parts (PCP). even that part is not working. they are not responding properly, they came for service after 4 days and without even analyzing what was the problem they charged around Rs.360 as service.the worst ever fraud service in the world. please never ever buy samsung products in your life time

    I have Purchased Samsung Split A/C AS 18 UTA Max Gold 3S 1.50 Ton from Viveks Vadapalani Shop @ 26500 /-on 25/04/09. Serial No: A291PZES101806A and this AC was Installed by Viveks Service Technician on 29 /04/09 and I have paid Rs 2500/-.

    From the date of purchase it is giving so many problems and so many time Viveks service technician came and attended these problems.

    During winter session i seldom use it. Now when i switched on this summer time the compressor is not working and there is no cooling in my room

    Please take necessary action and do the need full early as possible.

    How can we believe Samsung products in our life time ?.

    With deep regret we would like to inform you that we purchased a Samsung split AC from Shrinath Electronics in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on June 12th. 2009. From the very first day we were not given the clarity on the number of free services. On enquiring we came to know that we are entitled for 3 Free services in a year. We were waiting for the first service to be done in Oct. 09′ but nobody turned up from the company for the service of our AC. We called up the customer care and were told that we were to intimate the company for the services and service staff will not come on their own. In Nov. 09′ our first service was done. Here I would like to inform you that we stay on the 7th. floor and when the service enggr Mr. Sanjay Mehta came for the service he just cleaned the indoor unit but could not clean the outdoor unit as he could not open the window glass for access to the outdoor unit. He asked us to sign on the official papers he had brought with the feedback form. In between we called up our carpenter who took the window glass out for the access to outdoor unit. We called up the same gentleman Mr. Sanjay Mehta for the services and he came up and did his job, but once again he took the signature from us that the service is done. In the month of March 10′ we called up the customer care again for the 2nd. service and to our shock and surprise we came to know that our 2nd service is already done. When we called up the customer care the gentleman who received the call refused to take our complain. He misbehaved with us and put the entire blame on us.
    We are deprived of the second service. I request the company to take the matter on priority and ensure that our AC is serviced in time.

    I always thought that samsung is a good name with good quality but going through the compaints i regret for being its customer i have a fridge 3 yrs old there was a problem last month after approaching the authorised service station they said that the compressor is at fault and was asked to give the guarentt card then they took 20 days to repair after that i got my refridgerator back after 15 days again theres problem with fridge and when i again approached the service station they attainded after 8 days and nothing is done and also the compresor also is not new so this being the case were should i lodge complaint in belgaum karnataka

    Sir i have purchsed Samsung Mobile S5322 QudaBand In the Month of Oct’09 and started getting problems since Feb’10 . I have given my Handset to one of the Samsung Service Centers at Noida in the month of March’10 . Till date i have not received it back. Everytime i ask them their reply is same that we dont have the Touch Screen Part available with us. I am suffering with this behaviour from almost 2-3 months. Kindly help if you can. I am also proceeding with the formalities of Consumer Court.

    I have Purchased Samsung Split A/C type(AS-12UA)1.Ton from Gaurav Electronics Shop No-1 ,Silverlink link , Stn Rd ,Nalasopra -West ,Mobile No-9860807032/9225102556 @ 18600/-on 23/08/09. and this AC was Installed by Gaurav Electronics Technician on 25/08/09 and I have paid Rs 1500.
    In Samsung customer care I registered my window AC complaint 14th may 2010 ,Then after your company technician has visited & he told me cooling coil is fail Please s/w off the AC , It’s still not replaced.
    I do not understand how cooling coil failed within warranty period?
    Everyday I made a call to your call center,he has make a promise we will do job as soon as earlier
    but nobody turned up from the company for the service of our AC.
    We called up the again customer care and were told that we were to intimate

    The most worst customer support, i ve launched a service request for my A/C service, during this hot summer even after 2 weeks no one resonded.

    Daily remainders to customer care by my SB Ref Number is offf no use, they will tell u r name, address, and routine answer that some one get back.

    FUCK THIS SAMSUNG PRODUCTS…SUCH PRODUCTS MUST BE BANNED FROM INDIA….

    Sir,
    We have washing machine WF B-1061. Mr.Subhani (9959990388), the local service incharge had checked and informed us that the PCB has to be replaced and committed 7 days for the part to be replaced. Even 10 days later there is no news from the service centre and on conversation with Subhani, he says that he does not know the status and asked us to speak to customer care. We had then spoken to Mr.Anil Mehta (9246619507) from the serivce station and he initially said that the part shall reach today and later said that it will take another 7 days for the part to arrive. We then spoke to Mr.Yoginder Singh(9849994004) who was kind enough to give us the number of the AREA INCHARGE Mr.Janardhan(9676831112). He cud help us in speaking to the General Manager of the sefvice station Mr.Bharat Kumar (9700422799). They have both assured that the work should complete at the earliest without any commitment though already 10 days have been passed. We request you to help us out in rectifying our issue immediately or provide a stand by washing machine till the rectification.

    We have samsung printer ML-2245 at our office in MIDC, Badlapur (E) -421503.

    We have registered a compaint for this printer on 24th April 2010 and 1st June 2010 in your customer care. The compaint numbers are 8402862243 and 8414716537 respectively. Till today we have not get any response from your side. The most worst customer support.

    You should improve your systems and your working environment.

    We purchased a 2 ton AC from T.Nagar Chennai last October (2009). When the summer started the AC stopped working. We made a complaint ( 8412143564) in the first week of May 2010. Its almost first week of June 2010 now, still the call is unattended. We are making calls everyday to the customer care. They give new numbers to contact everyday and all the numbers are unpicked or they say does not exist. We were not able to enjoy the AC in the peak summer time. huh.. The suffering are too much. The worst sufferer was my 1 year old kid. We dont know how to proceed or whom to contact for making a complaint also. Is this the Samsung service everytime for all products? Is this how u see Warranty products.. Too bad…

    I bought a fridge SAMSUNG for Rs.28000 at GIRIAS CIOMBATORE on2/5/2010.On 1st week of JUNE light was not working and service person came changed bulb after a week and he changed the circuit ,but problem was not solved and he told it was due to some part in the door has to be replaced so he removed and went.after that cooling is not there and freezer is not working still my problem was not solved.
    We beleive the company and buying the things but those companies are interested only in selling the products and not in service and they should appoint qualified persons for the serice.
    I relly feel bad about your service.My kind request to the company is pl service properly with qualified persons or replace me a new piece or refund my amount.

    The spring in the drier side needs replacement, one Mr. Dewan is suppose to attend, he is not reachable. We are helpless and disappointed.

    9th July 2010 I logged a complaint as my TV was not working. Just for 1 hour one arrogant engineer “VIJAY, phone numbere: 9886871310″ came from Bangalore service center on Saturday and returned saying he will come back tomorrow but till date (16th Jul 2010) haven’t bothered to return. Many many calls to samsung service center hasve resulted in no solution.

    These people must be thrown out of job as they are not at all professional. Cheaters of highest order.

    The branch service manager is a biggest liar who kept saying he will send someone but never anyone turned up.

    We had bought Samsung 40 inch LCD in May 2007 from Mumbai. Within 3 years it started giving power on-off issues whihc got rectified by Service Centre. Just few days back these were the sequence of events that happened:

    1) On 16th July suddenly, we saw vertical bands on the screen..only could hear the sound.
    2) Logged in a complaint with Service Centre – NEVER SEEN A WORSE SERVICE CENTRE THAN SAMSUNG’s
    3) This event is in Bangalore, Engineer came to visit on 19th after more than 20 follow-ups, he said some circuit might have become disfunctional for which the entire screen has to be replaced, did not give estimate
    4) On 20th, Engineer did not give me a call on estimate
    5) On 21st, when I called teh engineer he said estimate was Rs 52000

    The TV that we had bought in 2007 with a purchase price of 1 lac rupees, now Samsung wanted us to pay Rs 52000 within 3 years for some circuit not functioning…

    This is ridiculous, Samsung needs to replace this without any charge. Have never seen a more irresponsible brand like Samsung..!!
    Need Consumer Forum’s help to sort this out.

There also the customer care is totally hopelesss. They did not attend me properly and the similar instances were for other customers also. They did not give me proper solution and returned my phone in the evening by saying that now it will work properly. If there will be some problem , the set will be replaced. But the problem was not solved. Again I went to the Samsung Service Centre. Now again they kept my mobile set and informed me that pls collect the set in the evening. When I collected my mobile set , it completely stopped working which is rediculous. In my opinion , either they do not know the work properly or they are having a hibit of harrasing the customers. The cost of my mobile set is Rs. 12500/- which is not a small amount. If your Org wants to grow in service sector , pls improve upon the customer care and you should be fully eqiped with the updates and softwares…what ever. Otherwise it will be a word of mouth and will not sound good for your Organization. It is my sincere advice. Now pls guide me what should I do?

    Both your customer service numbers suck!…..the 1800 number puts you on to a person speaking in a language you cannot understand ……why can’t samsung have their people speak in a language which one can at least understand. its next to impossible to get through to them.     I Bought a Samsung Refridgerator on August 3rd.I have logged call more than thrice with customercare for demo and installation.No engineer came till now.But everytime they are promising by 8:00 Pm the problem will get resolved.But by 8:00 PM only customercare will be closed.We could not reach them after 8:00 PM.The Refridgerator levelling is not proper.Seems like an issue.
    If this is is the care they are providing for thier product,What shall we do?Suggest some thing….
    Any consumer court is available for these kind of issues?Pls suggest..We are buying with our hard earned money.if the product is not good and customer relationship also not proper means they dont know the value of the consumer.

    I am/was a staunch samsung fan.I have a Samsung refrigerator, a television,a music system and a 1.5 ton window ac. Ihave been using ur products since last 7 years. this year my ac developed some problem and i contacted ur service centerand was told that an engineer would visit within 24 hrs. that did not happen. after n no. of calls an inexperienced engineer came who did ont know what to do. again a complaint was filed and the same procedure of calling up again and again started. finally another person came who said that the ac would have to be taken to the service station. nobody came to pick up the ac for next 2 days inspite of atleast 20 calls. then they picked up and did not return for the next 4 days. no.of calls were again madeand when the ac was returned nothing had been done exxcept for routine servicing. in the process i had shelled out 550 rupees.
    this happened in the month of july and the ac is still in the same condition. i am exasperated by the kind of careless, callous attitude of ur service depttt. has the recession hit u so badly that u have stopped hiring professionals? this was not expected of a company like samsung which spends crores on advt. I am sorry to say that in the process u have lost a loyal customer. i have promised myself not to buy any samsung product in the future and if i see anybody buying a samsung product, i will make sure that he knows my story. I am sure that would be enough to dissuade any prospective customers!

    it is a very bad decision to buy any products of samsung it is a shit company i have ever seen in my life got a corby handset and it is the stupid phone i have ever used in 2nd month i got problem of touch screen and again in 10 days software problem and the service centre is a another stupid buch of shit i just hate service centre of samsung i had big fight with the service centre guys those people dont even apologise for the mistake they have with the handset and why the hell i dont know the SAMSUNG is on top 10 ranking list

    puchsed samsung make computer lcd with 3 year warantee .Faulty after 5 months & another after 6days,service center has no proper response.do misbehave when reminded again & again.Mr Surinder a sr cutomer care executive to day said do as you like,you may go to consumer court.Pl sugest to solv. thanks
