    Hi,

    I am satyabrata Das, Purchased a samsung mobile phone – Model C170 on 13th March 2008 from Laxmi Mobiles & Services, 103, Saheed Nagar , Bhubaneswar-7, Orissa. After 15 days I found the mobile is resounding.I contacted the mobile shop for reparing, they suggested to give it to the Service centre, bhubaneswar. I gave it to the service station & after 15-20days I received the phone with suggestion of network problem. After 2 months of use my mobile create excess resounding. 2nd time deposited it to service station for reparing & received after 45 days.but the problem was not solved.And again after 2 months the mobile turn into dead position. Again I submit it to the service station but after 15-20 days I received a letter with estimation of reparing of mother board costing 2407.70 with warranty status void. I have faced lot of problem sending mobile to the service station .I am going to through my mobile.If this kind of services Samsung is providing, then it’s very difficult for my type of customer to opt for any samsung product in future.     i purchased a 1.5 ton airconditioner from army csd canteen on 27 apr 09. i spoke to toll fre number and got a BP no. by sms. so far no one has come for installation despite reminders at toll free no. and at kolkata service centre. this amounts to extremely poor service which is not extected from a mnc like samsung. pl expedite. my mob 9836000517

    My dad- Mr. Atri Kr. Gupta bought a split AC from Cityco-dealer, 19 park market, hirapur, Dhanbad. and recently the cooling was very less. My dad gave call to customer service for a service and check. The service tech visited after a long time and charged the gas and charged Rs1300/-. When he left, my dad found that the water outlets has been damaged while check and the water is seeping inside the room wall. My dad again had to call Customer service and book an appointment to rectify it. No service tech has arrived as of yet and there is no track of the technicians. Even the dealer is not bothered about the product which has been sold to the customer. After spending 28000 rupees for an split AC and specially for a diabetic patient who needs AC all the time, and even customer service has been repeatedly requested for an early visit for the patient’s need- No botheration has been found. IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL A GOOD SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOUR SOLD PRODUCTS??????????????????? Kindly explain.

  6. Samsung 1 ton A.C not running smooth from day 1.
    Finally compressure damaged after just crossing one year. There was continuous trouble since last 21 days before end of one year service warranty period. somehow the trouble was managed for a day or two. finally the compressure failed. Now the service center demanding Rs 2200 for gas filling. I am totally disgusted over the product and the company.

    But now it is not in a working condition from 04/05/2009 ie with in a period of 10 days.

    I informed this to the dealer and a service person came and attended. But the condition of the set is remaining same.

    So request you good self to take necessary arrangements to replace the set at on early date.

    you can close down your service centers as they are of no value to the customers.

    I recommend all readers not to use any Samsung products.

    I purchased 1 Ton 2 Star AC from Ashoka sales service Fardibad. THe people ther goofed up the wholw thing and installed the different AC Model. After installing the Ac I made complaint to Ashoka sale Faridabd and it took them one full week to replace the AC after my lot of persuation . Afer installing the new Ac It statred giving lot of noise. It is difficult to sleep in the room where the AC Is installed. On 12/05/2009 I made complaint to Samsung call center for my problem under their BO NO8410257672. since that day i am calling evening and morning to get my redressal, but i recieve the standard answer that the engineer will come up to 8.00 Pm . The engineer has never turned up and not bothered to ring me up because i come daily early from my office to residence so that i should be at my residence.     Mysellf, a resident of Mejia Thermal Power Station, Bankura, West Bengal bought a 2T Split AC machine in the last week of March’09 from Bombay Variety Stores, Durgapur. Recently the indoor unit started making some noise. One mechanic from Service centre Durgapur visited my house last week but could not rectify the trouble. When I contacted the Service Centre, they assured me that Split AC specialist will attend it by saturday(i.e 16.05.09). But no body visited today. When
    I contacted Service Centre they told me that machine will be attended next week. It appears that the service centre is not paying attention to my complaint.

    i bought a samsung 29″ flat television from VAID ELECTRONICS, BATALA. on june 12th, 2009 for my father. the television delivered to me was having a big patch on screen. this patch was decoloring the screen. i reported it to the VAID ELECTRONICS, BATALA, but they payed no attension to it. then on a long long argument , i tea boy of the shop was sent to my house on 15th, june. i refused to have a repaired set and asked for the new set. but they are so irresponsible and so non co-operative that now i feel like trapped. i further realized that this set was the demo set which was already used by VAID ELECTRONICS, BATALA. now i need a new set and as early as possible. should i go to consumer court???? the bill i got is also without sale tax number and is just a paper without model number, chasis number. i’m i trapped and befooled. plz help me.

    I am from chennai.I bought a samsung Refrigerator two years back and one month and one week back onwards its not working. I called up the customer care and registered a complaint. Next day one person came and checked and told that there is the problem with compressor and it needs to be changed. He told within two days it will be changed. after that no response. Then I have to keep on calling and one week later another person came with the gas to be filled and checked and told that there is the problem with compressor. This problem was identified earlier by the first person and I dont know where the link is lost and again one person came and did mere rework. After that I was informed that he will come and do that within two days. Then again no response. I was keep on calling. The person was keep on telling parts not available. Thats why he didnt come. Now it came yesterday tomorow he will come. That tomorow never comes yet. This happend 3 weeks before. Then I sent a complaint directly to samsung. But again no hope. yesterday again called the customer care he informed today it will be corrected. Today when I checked he told 23rd. How long I have to wait. ‘THE BIG MISTAKE I DID WAS TO BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT’. So this a warning to all. “PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT’ You will experience the worst customer care. Next option with me is to go to the consumer court. Let me see to them what I can do. So friends dont wait for these stupid people to help you. You have to find other alternatives. I had an LG PC. When a complaint came to that and when i complained about the customer care to LG, I got call from LG within one hour. That is the level of service other companies have. Samsung you have to learn from them.

    My message to all Samsung product buyer, please think twice before you purchase any thing from them as their customer care is tooooooooo bad. May be as it is still under warranty there is hardly any chance to extract extra money and that’s the reason they are responding.

After 2 days he called me and said I’ll come tomorrow. 5th day I called him 2 times again same reply I’ll come tomorrow. It’s 5 months I bought those two but he never came. I read the manual and installed both products. Thanks to SAMSUNG FOR THIS EXTRA SUPPORT I GOT AFTER PURCHASE. SUGGESTION TO ALL – NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCT

The AC developed a problem 0n 1st September 2009 and I registered a complaint with your call centre on 2nd Sep 2009. Same day the executive came,without intimation, although the call centre executive me that someone will come on 3rd Sep 2009.The executives said that the gas has discharged and someone from workshop will come on 3rd Sep 2009 to collect the AC. On 3rd Sep I got a call from your workshop that they could not come as their pick up vehicles are all broken.What sort of silly excuse is that??? Moreover as a cusomer why would I be interested in problem with your pick up vehicles.
    On 4th sep they took my AC and didn’t call back once.When on 5th sep I enquired he said that they have replaced the part but as the next day was Sunday the AC would be delivered on monday only that is &th Sep 2009. Is your TAT for AC repair is 6 days!!!
    On repeated reminders by me to your call centre that I have a patient at home and without AC it will be a great problem for her still you haven’t acted promptly. Moreover your call centre said that they will make sure that someone calls back to me but no one called.
    If a reputed company like your’s shows such unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour than its a big shame. Also this is case of Metro i wonder what services are you providing in other places.

    pl refer to my call registration no.8405914073.In response to my complaint compressor of my refrigerator was changed but i found that there is water leakage.again on my request one person from your sevice centre visited my residence and ‘fix’ the problem.But i found that there is again leakage of water.On checking i found that earlier the water collecting tray was screwed with compressor but when the compressor was replaced instead of screwing it with compressor it was pasted on the compressor and hence again the problem of water leakage.therefore it is requested that instead of making temporary arrangements a permanent solution should be made.

    I bought the Model SCH-F309 (which is not available in your model list) in last month at 2nd of August, 2009. From the first day when I bought it the network related issues are there. I went to your authorised service centre at Rahul Traders, 3208/2, Mahindra Park, Rani Bagh, Near Fountain Chowk, Delhi-110034 on 7.8.09 with the same issue. The Service Executive resets my phone and gave it to me with quote “you hv not faced the same problem again in future”. After 2-3 days the same problems again hits my phone. Again I went to your service centre on 15/8/09 and again he follows the same process. Then I went out of Town. I came back on 27.8.09 and went again to Service Centre on 28.8.09 with the same complaint. They checked the mobile and told me that the mother board of the mobile doesn’t work properly and its to be replaced. It will take 15 days. Now its 26th of September, I received continous reply from the service centre that it will take another week to change the PCB. I am waiting from last 45 days to resolve this issue. After facing this problem please change the same instrument immediately. I am attaching the Service Note which given by Service Centre with this mail.

    I have a Samsung Plano 34″ TV (Model CS34Z4HF). It has developed a fault and does not switch on. I logged a complaint with the Samsung helpline and they sent a technician to repair it. The problem was rectified and the TV functioned properly for less than 24 hours and the problem recurred. A complaint was logged again and a so-called technician was sent again. This ‘technician’ without so much as touching the TV ‘diagnosed’ the problem as a fault due to vapour from the local Nullah. He was then coaxed to open the TV and he soldered something inside and the TV again worked for a day. No one has turned up to attend the complaint thereafter. A number of calls were made to the service centre and a request to send a senior / competent technician/ engineer was agreed to but no has turned up so far. I was told to send the TV to the service centre. It is a large TV and one cannot just keep it in the car and deliver it to the service centre. They have refused to collect it – they have an arrangement to do so on payment of a charge which I was willing to pay.
    It is shocking that a company like Samsung does not have competent technician for on site service and repair. I wish they would spend a little more on service – they do spend a lot on advertisement.
    I am definitely not going to buy another Samsung product.

    I have the complaint about the service and the behavior of person who came for demo. In addition, some questions arise in my mind as customer that I want to convey you so that you can take corrective steps in the working system.
    1. Before the sale of product dealers are always used good languages to sale their product. Once we purchase the product and pay whole payment, they are not taking care of their customer. In my case, I was waiting more than 3 weeks for technical person will come to my house and will give demo. Question is what the responsibility of dealer is. It is his responsibility that customer should get technical help before bring the product in use.
    2. After three weeks, the technical person came to my home at 2: 00 pm today without any information of his arrival. At that time, only my wife was in the house and I was in office. Is this the method of visit by your technical persons?
    3. He was only 10 minutes here and only did the pipe connections and shown the power on button to my wife. My wife asked him to give information about the display of panel, functions of various keys and the demo of the washing machine. However, he did not explain anything and without demo, he left the home.
    4. My wife request him to wait for 15 minute, I will send the message to me so that I will come at home to see the demo. My office is just 10 minutes away from home, and there was no problem to reach within 15 minutes. How the representatives of one branded company behave in this way?
    5. Instead of demo and he told to my wife that you run the machine and if problem comes, you should call me. It is wonderful thing that your representative does not know ‘Prevention is better than cure’. If my wife does not know the proper functioning or there is miss handling due to inadequate information, or the machine has original defect/ problem, who will take the responsibility? Is company is finding the market to get money from servicing of machine due to mishandling. Customer satisfaction is not your motto.
    6. I came to my home at 2:30 pm. My wife told me about his visit. Hence, I phone him. I asked him about the demo. He talked me there is no need of demo, you run it, if problems come, and you contact me. I asked him about his approach and questioned that why did he come without information, why did he not given the demo of washing, spinning drying etc. Instead of satisfying queries, he argued me wrongly and shown casual approach. In addition, he cut the phone without answering.
    I am fully dissatisfied due to his approach. In addition, I found dealer is only interested to sale product and does not taking the care of service after sale. My one colleague, who is neighbor is also thinking to purchase same product from the dealer, but now he is thinking that purchase Whirlpool washing machine from the another dealer.
    I feel that because of approach of the dealer and representative, the name of SAMSUNG spoiled. My intention to write you is that to know hoe dealers and representative are avoiding their responsibility.
    I request you kindly look into matter and justify it. hope that you will kindly take care of customer.
