We have decided never to buy a samsung product again. also it seems we will have to buy a new washingmachien since we are not getting the service support to repair it for last 1 month. never thought this is possible.after seeing this site i understand this is happening to many people. probably we should all file a joint complaint to consumer court?

Sir, i have purchased an samsung mob S5200 red set from Delhi , but after some days its mike was not working so i approach and repair from other dealer. After one week its keypad was not working so i connect with your care at Bahadurgarh (haryana) so he denay the same and said u have repaired with other sources so it warranty is expired. Till date i am not use this phone before 4 months. After purchase of this mob i have facing lot of problems, so what we can do. i have purchased a samsung led tv 40″on feb 17,2011. The dealer gave me a cupon for dishtv connection at a nominal fee. I was trying to reach dishtv for connections from 17/02/11, The dishtv not provided the connections as promised. I have sent 17 e-mails to customer care, and almost contacting dishtv chennaion daily basis but no actions. I really do not know is the authorities in Samsung are aware of this kind cheatings in Chennai. Samaung should not encourage this kind of unreliable dish tv connections providers and spoil their reputations.
In our case we request Samsung to interfear and set the things wright. If contacted will provide additional details.

I had purchased a Samsung 3D LED TV (40″) during last week and still waiting for the promotional kit with 3D glass and 3D CD. Company must make sure to provide the kit along with TV, since 3D option is a new thing and customers should be able to view it only when they get the 3D CD. What is the use keeping a 3D TV without having a 3D CD to watch it. Anyway cost of the TV is so high, then why can’t you add few extra money towards the 3D CD ( if you don’t want to give CD as free of cost) and make the customers happy.

Hey guys I totally agree that Samsung has the worst service centers…. I bought a phone with a defective speaker and it should take hardly 15 mins to replace the same. I was asked to keep the phone with the service center for 5 days to get it fixed. Everybody inside the service center was howling at the guys since all of them were very angry and frustrated with the quality and lateness in getting the service.

Hi, Ive purchased a Samsung split A/C around 4 which gets spoilt every year without fail. It had a warranty of 1 yr & 5 yrs of compressor. This yr the compressor is also spoilt. we have logged a complaint on 8th March 2011 after waiting 20-30 min on IVR still no one has attended our complaint. i’m really very disappointed the way these MNC are providing service in India. Had it been any of the western country we could sue them and get them straight.

Samsung has a buch of idiots manning the customer care centre! For 10 days, there was no action on the part of the Samsung team, yesterday a technician came and informed that some small part needs to be replaced and which will require the refreigerator to be kept switched off for 24 hours. Believing that moron, we kept the fridge switched off hoping that the repair work will be completed today! After incessant follow-up the technicial confirmed that he will come not later than 730pm and now I am informed that it cannot be done today!
Samsung – Trust me, you are going into a deep soup! Feel miserable at not being able to do anything to set-right the apathy!

SAMSUNG has the worst customer care and worst customer care interaction. i lodged a complaint for AC repair in 30308282 , got a complaint number. no one has come for past 4 days, i call back in the same number and they say its a dealer support and they dont take customer complaints, and she give me another number as customer care and i cal back she says sorry its dealer support and gives me exactly the same number i called her in as customer care. when i try to tell her i have called in the number she gave she tells me sorry i cannot help you as you have called in dealer support.. they better stop selling things if they cannot handle customer care.
I agree with Aparna that Samsung has the WORST customer care!! I too lodged a complaint for my split AC that has been leaking water the last year and Samsung has “fixed” it 3 times each time charging me close to Rs.500 to fix the same problem!! The last time I was charged, the guy promised that if within 30days the problem recurred, I would not be charged…. but within 30 days he insisted that I pay AGAIN blaming it on something else although it was the same water leakage problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you buy ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT because the customer care people are sleazy and totally UNRELIABLE!! In short, their customer care SUCKS!!!!
I have purchsed TV in year 2005 and I face sound problem in my TV in Dec 2010.than I contact to service center of samsung.but they do not attend me. than I called to customer careand lodged complaint No.8416813399 after 7-8 days of contiue calling one engineer came to my home and repair sound problem and charge me Rs.220/-but after 15 days I face same problem in my TV.than I called again and again to customer care till the visit.
After that engineer came to my home to cheaked TV and told me speaker are dead so he changed speaker and charged Rs.280/- but after 20 days I face same problem than I called again and again to customer care till the visit.
than Mr.engineer advised me to send TV in service center .so I send TV to service center after 10 days examin he decided to install whole kit of TV.and installed I was charged for Rs.2790/-
But after one month I am facing same problem.and service center person are not listening me.
now please tell me what should I do. now I have decided I will never by any samsung product. because service center person of my city is totally UNRELIABLE!!

I attracted with the facility of mobile tracker as I was informed and activated the facility then. I had given two of my other mobile phone numbers as access/remote phone but due to some network reasons I had to change the SIM
and then I inserted TATA DOCOMO SIM and since then the problem started. Every time I switch on the phone two messages are automatically be sent to those remote nos which I had given for tracker. I many a times tried to change the settings but couldn’t get access because I forgot the password. Could you please give me the clue to overcome this problem?

This is Phaniraj. I purchased a Samsung LCD monitor for my pc worth 7500/-. They gave me 3yrs warranty. With in One year I got problem with the product. I contacted samsung service center. The response that I got its very good. The service center people came to me, and I said the problem.i.e options are automatically changing.
He opened my monitor, while fixing back again, he pressed my Lcd screen with his hand. Later, he powered on, my LCD. LCD was damanged. Any way, he replaced a new one after 3days. That new LCD is not working fine. Again, he took my lcd monitor to service center, he took 15days to solved my problem. I brought my monitor from service center, with in 4days, I got the same problem again. with in all these days, all work was gone.

I am Jitendar Mali. I purchase Samsung 22″LCD LA-22 A 450 LXL – 2437040001 on 16/2/2009 form sales India Ashram Road Ahmadabad.
Now I have some problem in my LCD. I complaint customer care so they send one of the representative to help me and repair the LCD.
One of the representative visit on 25/4/2011 and he said that to repair the LCD it will cost some around 1500 to 1800 Rupees.
After two days I receive call form Samsung center Ahmadabad that the part are not available so they cannot repair my LCD.
Again they told me that they can refund the money. They ask me to submit the Bill.
I submit the bill on 28/4/2011 and I receive call again that you can refund 10750 rupees only.
I purchase LCD paying 16000.
Now this clearly shows the loss of more than 5000 rupees.
I don’t think that this is a fair deal.
Better you deduct the amount that is repairing amount 1500 to 1800 from the purchasing amount 16000.
I trust the brand and that is the reason I always prefer Samsung But this time I am not at all happy with the service you are providing.
So please do the needful.

Dear Sir,
I bought a new Fridge Model no. RT35M 0595 on 13 May, 2010 from M/s Sargam Electronics-Narela Delhi-40. Its cooling system is not working properly. As per your engineers, Ice freedges on Fans of Cooling system, they use boiled water to remove the freedged ices from Fans and give assurances not to freedge again. But ice freedges again & again. The Light problem of Bulb in the Fridge, engineers has still not resolved. After so many complaints your executives visited & gave assurances to replace the damaged part as soon as availability in their stock. If you check my status, more than 10 times, i registered my complaints to customer care, but nothing has worked out. Even more than 5 times, your engineers visited and given us false commitments to solve the problem. Its been
more than 1 month the process of visits of your engineers, going on and till yet not resolved. I assume that after some days you will say that the warranty period is now expired.
I am wondered how u and your customer care solve the problems of your cutomers. My last Complaint No. 8422589078 was on Sunday 08th May 2011 is still pending and u have not taken any action. This is the last & final complaint regarding this matter to solve the prblem or else I have no option left to go to Consumer Court.

Everyone can assume that how a customer will manage 4 days without Refrigerator in this scorching summer. End of times I have called to the Service Incharge of Haryana Mr. Pradeep Mob. No. 9896102401, but doesn’t respond my call. The concerned person of Service Center of Sonepat (Haryana) Mob. No. 9996549000 giving me excuses that he is sending the Refrigerator. Since he took the Refrigerator (14th May 2011) in Service Center giving false assurances that Refrigerator is sending, sending, sending, and sent yet not. I just want to say the Samsung if the Engineers are not able to find the problem in Equipment, pls. tell straightly the customers how long time will take to repair it. Either will be repaired or not, if not provide me the new one. Every day I hope and wait to get back my Refrigerator. Its my humble request to your customer care and the staff of service center to not give any false assurances for your customers. A few days back I sent my mail regarding my last Complaint No. 8422589078 dated 08th May 2011, you replied on my mail to bear with Samsung for some days, problem will be sorted out, I kept patient with you. I can’t keep patience any more now, this is the second time I am sending the mail to repair my Refrigerator worth Rs. 24000/- or arrange to replace with new by 19th May 2011 neither will go to Consumer Court & sue the Sargam Electronics-Narela, Delhi-40 as well as the Samsung Co.

Samsung has the worst service in this country. 10 years back they were the best and I had gone ahead and bought their products as they were the best. But now they are the worst and I am really unhappy to have bought anything from Samsung. It takes 2 days of constant dialing on their toll free number to get someone to register a complaint, then the people maning are highly unprofessional, they do not know how to talk, they register a complain and promise action within 24 hours, nothing happens. Further calls do not help, they keep repeating the same Complaint id, you have to call different places, to locate the repair center, then locate the person who will repair an dit keeps going on……MY ADVISE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG

I have just come to know that Samsung deliberately put bugs in your mobile software. most of the time these bugs would activate after 1 year and random time for each customer..just 13 month for someone…16 for someone…14 for someone and so on. The reason you might have guessed is simple..your warranty period is out and you have to shell out at least 500 to upgrade the software. I recently went to their service center and saw a big line outside with everyone facing one or the other problem with software. What a novel way to fleece customers and keep the service centre guys happy..but then what could you expect from a Korean company. Samsung mobiles are the worst in terms of service, hardware and software problem as well. Someone at the service center was telling me that out of 19 samsung phones purchased by (his) group of friends only 2 are in order after about 13 months.

THIS IS VERY WRONG ON SAMSUNG’S CUSTOMER CARE PART. JUST SELLING A PRODUCT DOESNT END YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. RATHER IT JUST STARTS THERE. I WOULD APPRECIATE IT, IF THEY START DOING THEIR JOB AND KEEP UP TO THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS.

purchased a samsung mobile phone (model-s5263)(bill date-22/4/2011). It having one year warranty.The problem is no battery backup.I went to samsung service centre.First time they change the software,second time changed the battery, third time the receive the handset to change the board.After that within 2 weeks I went there 3 times.The third time the replied me that, they used the mobile hand set and argued that it has no problem.They put there sim and use the set 4 more than three days without any information to me. Still now the set has no battery backup.It has only battery backup of onlt 13 to 14 hours.The staff on service centre misbehave on me and they are not ready to solve the complaint.
we purchased 2 split and one window ac from same samsung and looking for after sales services every year, since ac requires regular maintenance from past 3 years facing problems every year. I register complaint with customer care they assure to fix problem in next 24 hours still no engineer shows up, trying to get compressor replaced for ac its been almost 1 month not response from service center. Not sure what company is claiming but the service center claims they r out of stock for compressor don’t have replacement?? and need to wait for how long god knows may be till winters. complaint # (8430865401). customer care pathetic and support staff sucks..

I have Galaxy pop(GT-S570AAINU).When i switch off the mobile,i cannot switch on.It shows charging init error message.But when i connect the charger or data cable to pc , it will on.I CANNOT SWITCH ON MOBILE WITHOUT CHARGER OR DATA CABLE. I bought a new Split AC on 23 Mar 11 from M/s Diodes & semi conductors, Guwahati, . Its cooling system is not working . As per your engineers, gas leaked out during installation of the AC. engineers has still not resolved. After so many complaints and till yet not resolved. I assume that after some days you will say that the warranty period is now expired.

Last month I have purchased samsung mobile model no. GT-S3653 . GPRS settings could not be down loaded from BSNL web site as this model no. is not in their list. Please advise me to enable GPRS setting.
I have tried to contact Samsung Mobile technical staff so many times and every time the customer support answered we will call you back because all technical staff is busy. I have not received any call till now. I am very disappointed with their answer. We are a customer of Samsung and they should look our problems. But it all seems, the way you just satisfied. I agree there are so many customers where you are direct handling on phones but I am waiting since last 2 days for any technical support call.
I would like to request you please understand the customer requirement and their needs otherwise you will lose your trust one day. I know this is this process is not prefect but all these kinds of stuff impact your dignity.

I purchased a Washing Machine of Samsung ( Model WA82VSL) 6.2 Kg from QRS Retail Ltd Trivandrum on 24 / 11/2009.
Now water is leaking from the machine. We called up your service people at 0471-2465347 on 2nd Jan 2012 , morning. I was told that the technician will call us. No calls. We called again on 3rd, 4th & 5th with the same response – The technician will call you-
