    I’m Anil Kumar Mathur, i’m located in Kanpur and i purchased a Samsung Micrwave Model No. – 1031LFB (Black) of Rs. 10500 from Saraf Cooling Company Pvt. Ltd.,Sarojini Nagar, Kanpur on 5th November 2008. At the time of purchase i was told by the dealer that the executive would come for demonstration. Many a times i called on customer care and informed that no one has come for demonstration yet than an executive came but he was not a demonstrator, he was a mechanic. He told that he is not aware about the demonstration and can let us know only one or 2 funstions of microwave. But till date no executive has come for demonstration of Microwave and being a layman i’m not aware about the working of Microwave. I was also told that there would be free services also. But as till date none of the executive has come for demonstration so i’m not aware will i get the service also or not.
    Kindly please let me know why till date none of the executive has come for demonstration. I’m really disappointed by the kind of service provided by your company.

    hello for all, at Samsung India,
    i am an samsung old customer, there is no doubt about the perfection about the samsung products.
    my Telivision Model No. CZ21K53BOX/XTL Set Serial No.02823ZAW203392C
    had a probelm of picture clarity. after putting on the picture was not appearing on the screen for about 20 to 30 minuts. twice i called the local samsung care center. the local service center i.e MANGALORE,(Karnataka State)Upadhyaya Electronic Devices, Samsung Authorised Service Center, Ahmed Cottage, No.24-4-257, 6th Cross, Attavar, Near KMC, Mangalore – 575 001, Ph. No.0824-2412533 E-mail mangalore-samsung@yahoo.in executive attended my problem and after inspection of the unit has put indent for certain parts with the company and took my signature. he told me that he will return after few days and will set right the probelm.
    after nearly two weeks an another person called RAJKIRAN came with the unit and after inspection said that the said unit is not required for my tv and hence he only replaced the cap over the tube and he has charged me Rs.335/- and issued bill Tax Invoice No.154, dated 25.09.2009
    he also said that the probelm is due to moisture. but the probelm was continued from the very next day. i have informed the local service agency. but after several call no body has attended me. finally the same aforesaid person attened my request. once again he came and changed the base. but the problem is still continued. i have made several calls. i find either his mobile No.9448176996 is engaged or switched off.
    i suspect the genuness of the said executive. i do not know what he has done with the prat bought from the company of telivision. whether the said person is involved in malpractices.
    irrespective of all these problems i want my tv should be reparied. this is nothing but defecency of service. i am not able to watch my tv hence i am under going mental agony. i have been made to make several calls which is unncessary and unwanted. your local service wasted my time and made me to wait several times. which cannot be tollarable being a genuine customer.
    hence i am finally calling upon set right the my telivision problem with 7 days hereoff or else i am constrained to take appropriate steps at your risk as to all cost and consequencss whcih please note.

    i suggest u look into the matter n ensure that the gift is delivered to me at the earliest

    I am Ashok Kumar, I purchased a samsung tv model no.CS-21Z30MA on 2nd April 2007 and it was troubling me just after the warranty period is over.In the month of January 09, Picture is gone and your engeenier said this will sort out in 1 month because of unavailability of IC.
    After one month on 28 Feb 09 the IC plate were changed & it costs me Rs 1100/- at that time.

    Again the same problem comes in 8 months. Please tell me, Should i again pay Rs 1100/- for this & how many times.

    i bought a dvd player for 5000. and i buy original dvd from bombay itself. samsung locks its players to region 5 and says others are illegal to play. what is the point of buying original dvd when it wont play. pirated ones work very well on the same. why is samsung to stupid to make it factory unlocked. to top it all i have to pay 200 bucks to get this thing unlocked now. heights of stupidity. philips players are factory unlocked.

    I have purchased samsung GT-C3010S on 17/10/2009 from HotSpot CP Outer Circle. from the very first week i was facing some problem while charging my cell, i reported the same to the hotspotpeople they answered me that it is a new cell phone so it might take longer time to get charged so do not worry. but i was facing the problem,

    i told them that i have to charge the battery for more than two hours but with in 15 minutes it gets discharged, it may be because of bad battery. two weeks ago i have taken my mobile phone to the service center, after examining the phone they said that the charging point (socket) of the phone is not functioning properly and I have to get it replaced but they are asking for money.

    i told them thats its in the warranty and i am facing the problem from the very first week but still they are asking me to pay and get it
    replaced.
    Since the product is under warranty the service center must repair the part on their end without any charge.
    i request you to look in to the matter and get my cell phone repaired.

    I had purchased one Samsung mobile phone model No. SGH-U 800E from M/s., Bharath Time Gallary, Kottayam in the name of M/s. Paragon Polymer Products (P) Ltd., Kottayam for my official use on 23/04/2009. From the third day itself the handset started giving complaints.

    Problems:
    1) When I make a call either I will not be able to hear the voice or other side person could not hear the voice.
    2) Suddenly Non stop ringing sound will come when a call arrives, can be stoped only after removing the battery.
    3) While removing the battery data saved in the mobile will go off.

    From the date of purchase to till date, five times it has been serviced at your service centre M/s. Systems Infotech, XIV/138 A, Aswathi Medayil, Kanjikkuzhy; Kottayam, Kerala and in that;One time motherboard canged,One time sim card changed, two times the software changed. Unfortunately the handset still in the service centre and they were not find out the actual problem.
    If the total period calculates during the service; more than one month the handset is with your service centre and it is still there with the service centre without any clearance that when they can replace or give the refund.

    Sir, I didn’t expect such an irresponsible behavior from your reputed company which having a high goodwill within the customers.

    So, please look in to the matter very seriously and replace the handset or refund my amount at the earliest or else I will be forced to logde a complaint with consumer court.

    I had bought Samsung mobile M8800 on date 30/08/09, since purchase it start giving problem. when it start giving several problems like Slow processing, touch pad is not proper working, I gave mobile to cell net service center new Delhi 14/02/2010 and they did not proper response ,first they gave me 2 days for ratified the problems but after 2 or 3 days they gave 20 and 25 days time . I have only this mobile and suffer a lot of problems without mobile. I told to Samsung support (Mr. Ankur Arora) compliant no. 8413662966 but not getting reply and the Samsung guy is also not responding now. Your service is very poor and taking lot of time so for this 20 & 25 days service duration kindly provide me new mobile or ratifies the problem within 2 days.

    Pls suggest what to do, shall I go for legal action. What is the procedure to do this?

    Pls guide me what should I do and help me

    I had purchased Samsung CDMA Mobile Phone(Model -319) From M/s Garg Communication , Gandhi Chowk, Sonipat(Haryana) in the Month of October 2009.
    From December 2009 phone starts automatically hang during playing the music on it. Now it stops playing music .
    When I visit to M/s Garg Communication he send me to the service center , their service center told me after 2-3 days the set has Manufacturing defect & will be replace by Samsung & he mde DOA & again send to dealer M/s Garg Communication. Mr. Garg after 2-3 days told to bring all the booklets & Box of the mobile so that mobile can be replaced (as per him IT IS COMPANIES POLICY FOR REPLACEMENT OF SET).

    I don’t have box & booklet of phone as at the time of purchase there was no instruction on bill or phone box to care the box & booklet for future replacement and I think it is the policy of SAMSUNG because this is the technique by which company can refuse the replacement & save his money.

    Now anyone in Samsung Executives can help me so that my valuable money can stop from destroying.

    I THINK THIS IS SHAME FOR SO MUCH GROWING COMPANY THAT A CUSTOMER IS GETTING ITERATED AFTER PURCHASING THE SO MUCH BAD PRODUCT OF SAMSUNG. NOW TELL ME NEXT IS WHAT.
