   Sir
   at the time of issuance of card i was told that no annual fees will be charged
   and card will free membership but this year it has been charged.plz revert it
   back as i am reputed customer of yours bank and it really embarassing &
   frustrating that u r charging when all other banks providing it free & also it
   is a cheat what it was told that my charges should be free.plz revert it back
   due effect.
   i am droping cheque total amount due after deducting membership fees and
   service tax.
   please due needful. i m very grateful to u

Please clarify one Shri Sharad Singh (@S.S.Tuteja) introducing himself as Officer of your Bank Gurgaon Branch makes financial dealing in Faridabad area on the credibility of your bank. I need the authentication of the bank about the level of the credibility of the bank in dealing with him. If he is your employees, in what role? or he is an outsourced employee? please give details.
