Sir I have purchased phillips stereo system last year in my home town Sunabeda Orissa as I am now shifted to Nasik,Maharastra I am having a problem in repairing my system as the sound has been muted due to some technical problem.I want to contact the service engineer.Please mail me & give the number of service engineer.
Not a single number of customer care is working. I am trying to understand where from I can get filter of my water purifier changed. This is worst experience I have with Philips.

I have purchased a MP3 player model AZ1047 on14.12.2009.In april 2010 it becamee faulty (ie. within 4 months) and I have handed over to the authorised service centre at Trivandrum on 24.04.2010.But it is regretted to note that till date (22.05.2010) they are unable to repair and return.It is requested to repair at the earliest otherwise give a new one.I have never expected such a bitter experience from an esteemed company like M/s Philips.Expecting early reply.
sir I have been purchased nokia 5130 xpressmusic for two months before.and received a free philips headphone SHH4520.but now headphone one ear cap is not working.and other cap loss of music.

six years before I have purchased DVD HiFI Mini system. I have called Global electronics at Tambaram sanatoriam , philips agency at Tel No. 044-22264838/ 044-22263703 and they have sent one Mr. Anand after three days who said the rubber belt should be replaced and will be done in the next day. Even after several phone calls he or the firm does not bother to come and replace the same.This is the service is maintained by a reputed firm like philips even after two months. you advertise in the paper that you will take care of the customers but whereasn you never care for the customers..
