Mtnl Delhi and Mumbai both are offering double speeds to its customers. In Rs.599 unlimited plan speed has been upgraded from 256kbps to 512kbps while the 999 plan has been upgraded from 512kbps to 1mbps unlimited. Speed has been applicable to both Delhi and Mumbai Triband customers.
