    This is sumanta from Kolkata. I have purchased a MicroMAX C3 mobile from my local vendor on 24-11-2009 (IMEI No. 910001153534216 / 910001153784217).

    The phone was okay actually. Suddenly I broke the Charger’s PIN by mishandling. And I did call to one of their Support Person. I don’t know where from their Support Persons are…. He just guided me to bring the phone at 15 kilometers far Service Station instead of my nearest one.

    Anyway, on 16 March 2010 I have deposited my cell. At APEX Marketing (Tobin Road, Kolkata) for changing the Charger Socket. And they agreed it will done by next 2-3 days. Later after 2 days, they called me up and asked it will be chargeable and the charge will be 300/- I agreed with that. They said it will be delivered by next 2 days.

    After that, 3-4 days passed. They dint inform me anything regarding this. That’s why I called them back. In that time they told me “Your handset is NOT OK. Our engineer could NOT able to fix the problems. You have to give that hand set to any other services stations”. They asked to deposit the hand set to Babli Media Center (Manicktala, Kolkata).

    Just, Imagine….. After 7-8 days later they are saying that!!! is they don’t have infrastructure to find out the actual problems ??? and why they NOT checked the actual problems when they took my hand set ??????

    Now, the second part of that story is:

    When I deposited that hand set at Babli Media Centre. They inspect my Handset and inform me that. APEX (my 1st service center) has destroyed some parts of circuit broad). I request them to resolve the problems ASAP as my cell phone is necessary things for me.

    After another 1 week, today (27 March 2010) I again received the phone from Babli Media Centre. And now that phone is NOT able to store charges!!!!

    JUST IMAGINE HOW I’M SUFFERING WITH THEIR POOR SERVICE !!!! EVEN THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE DON’T KNOW HOW TO REACT WITH THE CUSTOMERS.

    ANY ONE CAN SUGGEST ME WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW ??? OR I NEED TO LAUNCH A COMPLAIN FILE WITH CONSUMER FORUM ????

    Hi , I have purchased the Micromax Gamolution today ( 06/04/2010) and tried experimenting the games on the PC . Installed the games on the PC and connected the Mobile phone using the Bluetooth Dongle provided with the phone. Got the sucess in connecting the phone to the PC, however while playing the games ( when clicked on one of the games) , Windows crashed and i got the Blue screen error on the PC with the message, ” Physical Memory dump”. Not once or twice it happened 10 times , because of which I am afraid to use the games on the PC. Please help . Below mentioned is the system configuration. please suggest whther changing or upgrading of OS/hardware might help

    Processor – Intel P4 3.0 Ghz

    (shivi infotech) bareilly, uttar-pradesh, on dated 11 may 2010, against job.
    card. no. 2035. but your service center saying it will take approx one month
    solving this prob.i can’t understand like micromax take one month solving
    this problem.
    so you understand one month without moble its not possible. so pl. look in
    this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Hey guys, I am just here to help you…. Pls beware of Micromax Mobile… I hv never seen such a pathetic phone. I bought Micomax Q5 last month.. & now its trackball nt working….. I even cn’t unlock my phone because of this….. I really faced very hard time to find a service center…… all ph number in booklet/website is wrong…. I somehow managed to find service center …. whn i reach there were 2 ill-mannered & illiterate people out there who doesn’t know how to talk to customer……… I feel like I came to gaffer market…. Pathetic & frustrating it was……

    You need to delete each n every message individually, there is no option to delete several messages.
    Only one SIM works at a time
    No speaker volume- you cannot change the volume of speaker while talking…
    Trackball- From the very first day doesn’t work properly

    hello this is surendra sagar from agra …i bought a new micromax c2i handset around 2 mnths back from a local vendor … after hardly a week the handset went off by itself…. on 15th of june i went to ur local service centre at “jainsons”(complaint no. is 9332)… on enquiring abt the status of the handset after 2-3 days , they said they have sent it to their head service centre which will take over a month for repair and gave me a micromax helpline no. After abt a mnth when i called up, they said it will take 2 0r 3 days more to sort out the problem… but now even on repeated calling ,the no. is always busy… it has almost been around 40 days and i m still unaware of my handset

    i purchased micromax cdma mobile c2i in the month of january,but it was dead in the month of june 2nd,i have given it to servicing centre at visakhapatnam Arun cell care ,he told that it will be sent to the company but till today i didnt received my mobile ,i am unable to use my reliance connection though i am forced to pay my monthly billing ehich is rs.280/-.now i want any gsm mobile in exchange of thet cdma piece,the price of my cdma piece was rs.2350/-.already this third month it is still getting repaired i dont know what micromax servicing engineers are makking for me ,they may give me a satelite phone as a gift for my patient waitng,i suggest only one thing to all my indians think twice before purchasing a micromax mobile .

    My Micromax Q7 ID No. 910058100061198 and 910058100061206 purchased on 10 Jun 2010 from Jaisalmer, Rajasthan Market.
    First Complaint : In sealed pack there is no any driver CD and leather pouch according to the print on the Q7 distribution box. The above deficiency told to Jaisalmer distributer on this distributer said that, ” there is printing mistakes on the distribution box and please download the drivers from Internet”.
    Second Complaint : In night photo session I noticed that some red blurring bar was appearing in left side of screen but same bar was disappear in day photo session and videos does not run properly while I trying to select file from different folders of memory card. In the mean time I informed it to the shop keeper who sold me said mobile. He said this mobile should be sent to service center of Micromax at Jodhpur, Rajasthan i.e. Care Zone. Therefore on 26 Jun 2010 individually submitted said mobile to CARE ZONE, near Olympic Tower Jodhpur service center of Micromax. CARE ZONE give me a Job Sheet No. 650 dated 26 Jun 2010. But till date that mobile not yet return or replaced and pretending to submit my mobile to me.

    what I should do?It may software problem?

    I purchased a micromax Q75 Mobile on12/10/10 from jaipur. This phone is having problem in its software function. I shown it to your authorised service centre at CARE CENTRE, B-31,10-B SCHEME, NEAR KOUTONS SHOWROOM,GOPALPURA BYEPASS JAIPUR (RAJASTHAN), PH-01412761797,9460122297. My experience with the service centre have been very poor. The contact numbers are either ‘No Reply’ or busy. I did not find even a single customer, who was satsisfied there. The service centre people did not give any reply, as to when they will return my phonw after repair. The only time frame available with them was ‘ minimum 3 days’. I requested them to return after two days, as i had to return after two days to my duty point, which is in Chhattisgarh, but no fruitful result could be obtained. So, disappointed with the performeance of phone as well as service centre people and horrified with the experience of other aggrieved customers available there, i decided not to give the phone there and returned with the faulty mobile. The job card no. is 108348, Dtd 15/11/2010.
    Please do something.

    I purchased a micomax q1 mobile on 10/09/10 from Mobile Stores , 84 S.V.Sarani,Mahabir Market ,Ranaghat ,Nadia on 10/09/2010 .But on2nd day at the time of using there was a problem shown on back & down key . It was not working properly. As per instruction I went to your authorised service centre (M/S APEX MARKETING 1/2 T.N. Chatterjee Street kolkata – 90) and handover the set on 24/9/10 by customer job card no 754288 dated 24/9/2010 but till date I am not yet receive back the mobile set . Several time I knocked the service centre by phone and by massenger but they answered the set not return back from the company. Now I shoked that how long days would wait for you. Please inform me . I am waiting for your answer.

    I am also one of the customer suffering since 12/9/2010 by Micromax service center ppl. Till now no clarity on my mobile. will they repair it or not…?? They are simply saying PCB has to be received and playing games with customers.

    Whenever i connect my micromax X600 wid my pc (win XP)den i m not able to access da info in da memory card or phone.da phn ,pc ,memory card all stop working properly.i m not able to put in data to my mobile.Is der any software required for dis purpose????????

    m/s micromax company, last 3 month before i bought max 600 when i connected the chargeing at the time power connect place broked till chargeing didn’t worked. I have given mobile service center vapi ..gujart
    service man name Mr. Salim cell phone no:09898606143 told me you must spent 300 than only , I will clear the servie done.. what can I do? warranty 1 year also is there, but what you mean by warrenty?
    suppose you not clear the problem… I will go to Consumer court. 2 or 3 time I went service center not respond..me…

    I have had purchased the micromax x265 from Gujarat-Surendranagar on 18-01-2011after 3 days it stopped working with some faults like blank screen aftaer the call disconnect and hanging some time with start so i took it to service centere situated at surendranagar. the guy over there did something and my IMEI lost. so he told me that i would have to sent this mobile to ahemdabad service centre and it would take a month to get it back. i consented with him now its 3rd month started bt i didnt get my mobile back.. wht shud i do now.. i went 9 times to service centre here in surendranagar bt that guy said me i dunno when your mobile would be return. thats a really rude answer . what shud i do now??? i m tired of visiting that centre. help pls. kindly check the details i m furnishing here about my mobile.

    Micro Max reparing center is very worest in the world.and Micro Max Management also very very very very Useless fellow Meanagement team.

    why because i have order Q3+ pannel on Dec 2010. from HYDERABAD.

    Dear Sir,
    Purchased a micro max mobile,model no X393 on 4.06.11 from Behala, Kolkata.From next day lining occurred in the screen which started increasing day by day.Informed the retailer and was told to go to service center in Behala.They told that L.C.D has gone and will be charged.The horrible condition was such that the staff engaged in the service center don’t even know how to open the mobile cover to check the fault.I went to the retailer and he send the set to the company and was delivered after few days he returned me on 24,06.11.But again same problem occurred on 28.06.11 and I was forced to take again to the retailer.
    I will request you to kindly look into this matter personally and make me free from mental agony at the age of 70 plus otherwise I will be forced to take action against your company for harassing me in this old age.My mobile no for correspondence is 09635030955.
