Dear Sir,
I have purchased a new Micromax x360, s.no. YS1001109977on 06/03/2010. Everything was working fine from the past 6 months, however now its keypad have stopped working. I can not receive or make any calls, can not type sms or browse through the mobile phone. I visited the service center (Rahul Teders it address is kalpatru shoping center jodhpur (rajasthan) contect person name is vikas (owner micromax service center) his contect no. 9928010293, second contact person name is deepak (eng).only to find that even they were as unreliable as there phone. First. they asked me to bring the bill along with the warranty card (When I visited, I only carried the warranty). Now, when I approach them they always try to make some or the other excuses and ask me to visit them after Diwali. i am going to service center from last 2 month. but they can not sovled my problem. I called there customer care number and they too have the same attitude as either they do not pick up the call or even if they pick up, the call gets disconnected in the middle of a conversation.

Yesterday i purchased MicroMAX A60 mobile, i am trying to get one file from PC, i failed to store file from windows PC to this mobile. i installed drivers but the connection is not stable, even i tried with blue-tooth but unsuccessful it shows like paired but not connected so unsuccessfully store file in to mobile…
can any one help me with procedure how to do…if i am with Linux Ubuntu what should i do…

I purchases Micromax x 360 Mobile phone in Nov 2010 at Sangeetha Mobile Store in Sangareddy , Medak Dist..
from last week my mobile stopped working , i approaced mobile store where i was purchased the mobile . They suggested me to go for free service , but when i contacted with service provider which is in Sangareddy Itself they said that we havent received any Message to service MICROMAX phones may be it will come in 2 days , He said that he will contact me in 2 when he receives the MOU . But I have not received any call from him till today.

sir,
i purchased x600 on date.10/10/2010.and due to touch pad problem, i left the handset in satara service centre on 15/12/2010. jobcard no. 362287. till date i have not received my handset .satara service centre is saying that they have send h-set to nashik service centre. when i cal to nashik service centre last month, they told me that your h.set had been repaired and send by dtdc courier. dtdc says they don’t received the courier of doc. no.d05340218 till date.
this is the wast in wast service the company is providing. i really fell shame, i purchased micromax.
now i plan to file case against the company. if i am not getting my h-set in next two day.

I am from kota , rajasthan .I had micromax q5. its was working good for 4 months but after that i taken it to customer care for repairing the track ball . they told me that it hav problem of hanging also. so they formatted the phone and reinstalled all the software. but after that i cant use nimbuzz on my phone . it always stuck on “testing your connection” screen and never gone to the login page. All other s/ws like opera and snaptu are working well but i cant use nimbuzz and also ebuddy is also not supported now in micromax. When i told customer care person to uninstall the nimbuzz from the phone they replied that “all the s/ws combinedly installed when phone s/ws installed. and he cant uninstall nimbuzz from the phone or phone will be dead. now could u please tell me “how can i uninstall the nimbuzz from my phone” or how nimbuzz can be workout as i ebuddy dont have micromax on his list of phones so i cant use any of the chatting software.
I am from ahmed garh (punjab).i am a mobile dealer as( gupta mobile centre).we have veri havy sale of micromax mobiles aproxx 300 pic/mth.but there is very bad service from micromax service centre.many sets are pending for service in centre from about two months.bad service ifect on sale.
I have purchased Micromax Q-5 mobile from Jaipur on March-10 but after 11 months suddenly it’s camera stop working then mobile got hanged after start camera, now we had visited on Micromax mobile service centre at Jaipur but they didn’t rapair this mobile in 16 days after that I shouted on service centre still mobile is not properly.
VERY BAD SERVICE AFTER PURCHASED…

I purchased M/max mobile phone Model ( Gravity ) on jan 9,2011, touch screen of the phone phone started malfunctioning in month of April2011, I visited service centre and get repaired that took around 15 days to repair.

I have Purchase micromax x 600 phone from baroda jasmin shop on dt 30-11-2010. but from the date 15-6-2011 the touch pad is not working properly. so i went at baroda dandibazar service centre and they were told me that the touchpad are not in stock at it will come within 1 month so keep your mobile at service station for 1 month. i request him to give me call on receipt of the touch pad and i will give to you so touch pad repair immediately but they can’t agree with this and said me that you have to keep your mobile here (servjce centre) for the 1 month only after that i repair this otherwise not possible. but I HAVE FEAR THAT DURING THIS PERIOD IF SOME PART OF MOBILE WILL CHANGE THAN WHAT HAPPAN IN THIS TIME SO DO NEEDFUL OR SEND TOUCHPAD ON BARODA SERVICE STATION ON MY NAME : UPENDRASINH MAHIDA MOBILE NO : 9662818981.
