I am having the Micromax Q7, the phone is ok and there r also lots of features but the problem is when ever i tried to copy or paste in the memory-card it shows the meassage to remove the write protection key even it does not format the same message comes each and every time i am fed up of this thing i tried to find the micromax customer care contact no and also got from the net but if we try for that no’s the reason we get that the office is shifted some years before.
Micromax such big company giving tuff to the others big companies but lost there name in solving the customers complaints. i am very very very disappointed about the same even the image quality expected from the 2 megapixcels is very much low compaired to the nokia and samsung such a good looking phone but getdown for the same.
The Service is worst…. my advice plz dont buy any micromax phone

Q5fb is a phone that is a pain in a neck as i have purchased that 5 days before and now it has a problem i have unpluged the headset but still it says headset connected. Also the headset mic is not detected by phone.
Also i cannot change the profile of the phone as well i have to answer the phone on the Speaker mode.

guys you dont know how to use micromax phones. i have a very good experience with my q5 and also x500. in mumbai service centre is at crawford market fort. above pk wines(kaiser electronics). there is one in vashi as well. why dont u guys log on to their website. micromaxinfo.com a complete list of service centres along with contact nos. is available on that site. pc suites are availble for download on their site. guys learn to switch over from old fashioned nokia.
In april 2010 I bought Q7 from store Planet M in Iternity mall in thane mumbai. just in six months the the nums & the alphabets on mobile button is vanished completely n even sometime the ball is not working. Now the call disconnecting button is also not working. Unfortunately I lost the bill so plz suggest hown where to resolve my greivences.

Hi,
I bought a mobile handphone Micromax Q5 six months ago while I was having my bisiness trip to Mumbai. The unit has given me good srvice with not much of compliants while I am using it in my home country – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Recently, this unit give way at the ear-phone jack that the main unit speaker is not able to function, but it only can be used by inserting with ear-phone to the jack. No repair service is available here and also the repairman does not have the circuit diagram and spare-part (input earphnoe jack) of the phone.
Thus, It will be very appreciate that if MicroMax can furnish me the circuit diagrm or instruct me the step of action in order to make the phone in normal working order as the unit is still under the warranty period.
Hence, I am looking forward to your prompt assistance and action !!
