There is a problem occuring with my micromax x511 handset. In how many days I can get back my repaired phone? (on an average). the camera is not working in my phone . And when i am calling to any one through my phone , he/she cant hear my voice clearly….. always there is a very irritating sound acompanied with my voice..

My Handset which is in warranty period is not repaired in service center from last 1 & Half month due non availability of Board. I contacted service centre and their ASM who are not able to solve my problem saying that the day we received the board we will give it to you.. And a toll free number for customer support connected once was able to lodge complain after that it never get connected.Delhi corporate office don’t pick the phone. I had purchased Q5 and X360 handsets from Ambala and within couple of days of purchase its battery used to get discharged early (within hours) and can talk only on handset free. Tried to contact their customer care centre but of no use as they do not respond. Emails and contact us on their site of no use if it is for complaint and they will respond soon for querries regarding purchase and advices for the which handsets to buy. Dear friends, pls don’t go for micromax handsets, if you want to remain tension free. I have not seen such a worst after sale service of any equipment in my 45 years. Jai Hind
I had purchase Q1 handsets from MOBILE STORE 84,S.V Sarani Mahabir market ,RANAGHAT, Nadia. on 10/9/10 but from 2nd day there was a problem (back and down key not working properly). As per instruction from Mobile Store i deposit the hand set at APEX MARKETING, 1/2/A, T.N.Chatterjee Street, Kolkata -90 on 24/9/10 . But till date I have not yet receive back the handset. Service centre says the set sent to company , but howmany days longer I am wait for you .

I had purchased a micromax instruement Q5C on 03.09.2010. the keypad of the phone went wrong on 20.10.10. as such the said instrument was sent to the service centre on 27.10.10 at Durga Infotech amd authorised SC at Moulali, Kolkata. Since than the instrument is lying with them. Every time I visit their centre I am told to come after 2 days and on enquiring over phone it is said that the instrument is ready for delivery. But till now I have not received the instrument. Pl. look into the matter and try to solve myproblem. My contact No. 09331038016. If this is the service a customer is goning to get, than I would reuest all the future customer not to go for micromax instrument.
I had purchased a new Q75 model micromax mobile on 06/11/2010 and since 08/11/2010 the phone got dead and its advised to go for the DOA of the same.Its S H Mumtazuddin who sold me the set and till date i yet to have a replacement opf the same.Whats the use of buying a new ph then if within the first two months i am unable to use it due to a manufactering defect.neither the shop nor the distributor taking care of the same.
