mere micromax q1 ka charjing pin undar se tut gya hai aoor yah wrinty mia hai
mere micromax q5 ka joystic kam nehi kar raha hai from 4th feb,2011.
installed usb driver mobile is working ok, but when connecting with the pc and installing phone suite could not download the contacts as well as massages . below the bottom of the screen showing mobile not connected please give any tips that how ican sync the mobile to my pc.
i do not know whether installation cd has got any problem or proeedure my pc system is window 7 current vertion.

I have a micromax Q5 set its almost above 8 months old. now i want to sell the set. the reason bebind it within this period of time i change once my battery and now most of the time my joystick is creating a lot of problem. it dose not work properly most of the time. my experience is not satisfactory, i am sorry to say this. and one more thing i want to add which is the service we are getting from the service centre that is very poor and its a very lenthy process its takes a long time.
please let me know micromax mobile service centre at kolkata, because my handset (W900) got damaged & required to change LCD.

Micromax Gravity 3 months old. On 07.4.11 started with calibration troubleshooting. Tried to restore several times. All effort to open Pen calibration option failed. Finally “Gravity” took her way leaving me only on incoming facility.

My Micromax Mob Phone (model:C2i) which was pruchased from Stephen House TTML showroom is giving more trouble and it is always flushing including vibration alongwith its lights and sometimes its switch stopped. Evreryone should think of whether one is going to get after sales service before buying a Micromax Mobile. I have given my Q3 set at Authorised Service Centre M/s. Durga Infotech ,CIT Road, Moulali on 1st. March 2011 due to some speaker problem vide Job Order No.3653. I also made several calls at Delhi Service Centre [Complain No.-0704112015 dated 07-04-2011] but till date my Set is not returned to me neither I am getting any response.

I have purchased micromax mobile phone from your Salt Lake Branch, Kolkata on October,2010. It isnot working properly since after purchasing of one month I am regularly going to service centre and after one month they returned the phone and told me that you go to the shop where from I bought the phone. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don’t have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

Its became hot when charging as well as in use also. At first I was failed to submit the same in any authorised Service Center around my Address at Burdwan and Hooghly as per list given as they are all abolished. Later I found an authorised one live namely, TECHNIQUE SERVICES, 84A, Central Avenue, Kolkata – 700 012, and submit the Set at 11:30am on 01/11/2011 alongwith a photocopy of the Cashmemo of Purchase and they return back the same at 1:15 pm on the same date stating it became O.K. but I found same problems exist.
At this juncture please let me know What should I do to get the proper Service of the Set at an early date and thus would oblige.
