really, none of the phone no/mob no. given for service centre is working. Micromax mobile setting is very weak. It is not up to the mark as it is advertise.

I too purchaced Micormax Q5 model.I was also facing netwrok issue.People were not able to reach me.I went to sevice centre , Bangalore.Then they told me to come after some day.I went after some day , got and checked the mobile.The issue got resolved ..it has been almost a month now, it is working fine now.
Regarding the track ball, there is some minor issue. it can be resolved by urself.try this…..
what is happenig after prolonged use to track ball it will become very smooth , which will cause prob. whle rotating…u need to make it little rough by using any poimted object like needle…just make many tiny spots to make rough………this is working for me..hope it works for u also …enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

I Brought Micro-max mx360….on 15th of Sept 2010…N… It stop working from the 29th of sept 2010….wow …Then It compelled me to think that You People are Just good in fooling other. so that,in Within 15 Day’s we have to run high, looking for service center .not only this….i send my mobile to service center at amar tower which is in kalkaji, given by dealer. My mobile was in the service center about 20 days. As a result, they told me that they can’t even found out what is wrong in it. .n they told me that my mobile need to b given to the company itself .Again, for that i’m asked to consult mobile dealer from whom i purchase……………. So, it is quite embarrassing and waisting of time. So, why don’t you just call me up and make the problem solve. This is too much …. my no.8802650670

I gave newly purchased Q1 set for repairing at West Patel Nagar Servcie Centre on 23.10.2010. Display was hanging and later was not taking charge.Een today they have not repaired it. I contacted them as per their several deadline. They told that I will get call from service centre on 10.11.2010 but for the last two days the phone number 65849050 given in job card No. 795642 is also not working. I am not sure whether it is repaired or they are befooling me. Very Sad. They seem very tactical. micromax has a very poor service , i bought q5 and i am facing many problems with this handset and service centre ask for charge even the phone is in warrenty . the main problem in this handset is it’s trackball get hang . there is a service centere named harkrishan service which is the father of all theifs .i request all not to buy this handset
all service centre’s says that it has some liquid problem but this is rubbish .
