It is informed to all concerned that Ipurchased a micromax mobile E-3 but after two months there is no sound in this form I am not in position to use this pforne. Since this is in waranty period so suggest me your authorised service center near Sarojini nagar/AIIMS.
It is INformation to all concerned person that i purchase micromax mobile X235 but after one month there is no sound aftar colling someone after one or two mitutes so i am not in position to use this phone. since this is in warrianty period so suggest me your authorised service centre in shalimar bagh or pitampura
I have purchase a new micromax x600 (gravity sesors) Mobile. After 10 days i am facing the problem in this cell. Many time, it had been switch off & Hang Problem. but now it is permanently switchoff. so please suggest me your Okhla Service centre address & Nos.
I have purchased a Mixromax Q 1 mobile. But after one month, it is not working & send it to Laxmi Nagar Service Centre. They said it was in dead condition & wil take some time. After 15 days, I somehow got it from the Service centre. But the same problem still existed. Again it was deposited by the Laxmi Nagar Service Centre on 19.12.2010 on most immedite basis. Inspite of this, I have got my mobile on 18.01.2011 where Mr. Gopal has said that it is now in right condition. But to my utter surprise, the same problem still exists. What I can do now, please reply me soon. I am going to submit it today. God knows when I will get it and in what condition. From now, I will never suggest any one to buy the product of Micromax.

I have a complain regarding your Micromax service. Recently i bought a new Micromax qube handset on 09/01/2011 and on 14/01/2011 my Mobile Display was showing Blank means white screen i was not able to see anything on my mobile screen.Then i visited service center they taken my mobile for 7 days to repair and told that Display problem will be rectified with in a week. Finally they call me on 23/1/2011 and told me that my mobile phone is repaired and i can take it from Service center office. I visited Service center when i was checking the mobile function in the Service center office i saw that my Mobile camera is Not working it showing ERROR, and My New mobile phone is in very bad condition it was full of scratches agian i talked to service center owner Gopal (useless person) he assured me that he will solve this proble with in 3 days and replace this scrtched mobile and give me my Original New one.Today is 19/2/2011 i have waited near around more than 25 days still My mobile is not replaced or not repaired.I have not received my cell phone.When i call them for enquiry they just misguide me that sir please wait for 2 days or three days more…
I would like a favour from you that you take this problem sincerely and respond me on My mail or if you cant help me out then just sent me openly a mail that you cant help me, because i am totally frustrated from your service.If you are Helpless.Then I will finaly register a cheating case aginst Micro max company and service center..

My mobile is micromax Q7.i hav purchased in july 2010.from 1month onwards i have faced da problems..charging problem..bad conductor error msg is displayed..i gave to service center in hyd..they took 15days to repair..again same problem..even headphones also nt good..i gave to them they gave me 3 weeks of time to replace.bt they
gave my headsets after 2 nd half months only when i figth with them other wise they will take two more months..
again i got a same problem of charging then they say..it was physical damage…how can i go inside and break up.is it possible?bt they simply saying it is not under warranty.MICROMAX is Worst than EVER…

I had purchased a micro max (X 600) handset on 30st Oct’10 from Digitek Computes Pvt. ltd. which is in located in Yamuna Vihar. and In starting time i was really satisfied with the services of handset, but after crossing of four months, it has started to showing his actual face and m started getting some problems with the screen touch. so i have decided to go with service center to sort out the screen problem. and visited the service center on 11th February 2011 (Printonix, Lakshmi Nagar) and handover my phone to them and got the signed copy from them (attached)and after a small discussion they communicate me to come after 30 days and take your phone back so i did the same and went there after 30 days but what I saw, that service center has closed and moved out somewhere else or closed from Lakshmi Nagar. and I didn’t get the any intimation from anybody so, i have decided to complained with customer care and same I did and register a complained against the service center and asked them to provide my handset back but I did get the satisfied answer from them and some of the Customer service representative(Vivek Tiwari, 9990762929) call me that you phone is ready and you can collect from Mozo Enterprises (Micromax distributor) located at nearby the service center. I have visited there from Gurgaon to Lakshmi Nagar more than two times just for the sake that I’ll get my phone back but every times I was getting fake commitment by Vivek Tiwari and wasted a lot time.
And still I am following up with Customer care and Vivek tiwari but till now nothing happened.

I had purchased a micro max (X 600) handset on 3rd Jan 2011 from Mayur Mobile shopee which is in located in Dange chowk Pune. and In starting time i was really satisfied with the services of “Headset”, but after some days, it had got problem in headset that is not working at all. so I had visited the service center in Kolhapur on 12th March 2011 (Sukir Mobiles , Nr Usha Taklies, Station Road Kolhapur) and handover my headset to them and got the signed copy from them (attached)and after a small discussion they communicate me to come after 21 days and take your headset back so i did the same and went there after 21 days but And still I am following up with same person at the service center. I went there around 15 times . Each and every time they told that they don’t have the headsets or production of that headset is stopped for some days, again come after 4-5 days, and hundred excuses. But till now nothing happened and I have not got new headsets.
Person in the service center is so rude with the customers. He never picks up the call as we called 100 times. That man never follow time. Every customer find the service center closed so many times and they come so many times to service center for small reasons. He provides pathetic customer service to customer. Hence there is lot of dissatisfaction for the Micromax in Kolhapur district. Because of bad service , Micromax Mobile go on toss in Kolhapur that is for sure. So not for customers but for company kindly take care of customers in Kolhapur.
Kindly take care of my issue as soon as possible. Orelse I will go to consumer court for the sake of customer services not for the small headset issue.

Hi Everyone, i also experienced lot of problems in Micromax Q 5 . After 3 month of purchase , it went on hedset mode and when ever i call or recieve the call, it needed to put first on loudspeaker. Secondly many time it hangs , its sound always breaks, not able to cahnge the FM Radia stations.
Now i got hanged parmanentely after 6 month.So i contacted service Centre and there it was lying for 15 days , i went there and asked about its progress, they replied that the same has been sent to Head Office for Repair so it would take at least 25 days more. Oh…………………………………………………. it rediculous ……………………………………….. i prey to GOD to give them Sense so that they could understand and feel the problem and graviances of customers’.
See how many days it took to get repaired.I believe they dont have experts to rectify the problem. They can not compete Nokia & Sam sung in market.
Finaly i would suggest all the Mobile user, Never buy Micromax Product , if you buy ,It is certain that you are going to Face a lot in future.

I have purchased the Micromax X600 on january 27 of this year and within three months the touchpad got problem,so i gave to Customer care center on 16/04/2011 in Jayanagar at Bangalore. there it was lying for 15 days , i went there and asked about its progress.still their are telling me wait for one more week,So i would like suggest all the Mobile user, Never buy Micromax Product in future , if you buy ,your money will waste and will face lot of problems.

I have purchaed a Micromax touch screen model X 505 after two month its touch screen is not working , when I have taken to laxmi nagar service centre they have told us one of the IC is not working and for that we have to pay rs 1100 , this part is not covered under warrnity .
