I took a brand new Micromax handset on Oct 5th. I encountered problem as mobile was constantly switching off.
I gave it to the Micro Max Service Centers, it was repaired but again I am facing the same problems. I am filing a case in Consumer court.

please please dont buy any of the micromax mobile phones because this is china made only good thing is they give service . but the service centre dont respond properly . they only dont know how to repair the mobile phones
It seems there is some application problem with my mircomax x600 mobile…
The red key(cancel key) is not working normally but works when phone is connected to system via USB…
At times, it gets off once i remove the data cable from mobil port…and restart by itself.
Earlier I thought as of virus infection and formatted the local/datacard memory…and again this landed me into more of abnormality….like flashing screen doesnt off…until i press it once….
Anyone have any thoughts on it… plz share across if you have faced the same and been rectified!!

I Have submitted My mobile Qube 550 for Charger pin Problem on 15th Dec 2010, Told to collect me on 17th Dec Still it is not rectified this is what the response Nobody Picks up the call if it is ringing else it will be Busy.Better don’t search for the Service center get it rectified near by Mobile service centre .
They Also say There is no parts covered under Physical damage or Liquid damage.
So what is the point in getting rectified at the service center.
Actual Cost of the part inculding the service at outside is less than in service in Service centre with or Without warranty.

The 3rd class negligences from MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE of SHRINIVAS MOBLE CARE OF JAYANAGAR 3RD B,LOCK. On 13.1.2011 I have given my MICROMAX Q5 to rectify the head fone defects, and from the last 3 days i am trying to know the status of my mobile, instead of reply nobody can attend, and hearing the voice please call after some time. Looking to the matter I caled contineously leaving 2 or 3 minutes , it means manually they fixed the voice and the staffs are busy in chatting or some other affairing or they are basically get lezzy. Finally i decided to file a complaint to the main branch about the negligence at micromax mobile company.

Now that Directors of Comapany are seriously looking behind this issue & thay recruited new manpower to built every thing in proper. they already launched Online software to support their customers better it is under testing in Delhi most probobly by next month onwards they can monitor every customer issue based on their feedback so we could wait till the support become strong from company side.- Thanx

I landed this forum while searching for any new number of srinivas mobile care. I purchased Android A60 on Jan 13th and with in a week it is not working properly. It is turning off automatically. i own a micro max X 510 Pike hand set, with much desire that i can download bible software and run in it, but its the worst thing i did buying it, if i contacted service center, the worst answer i receive,. man propose mobile software disposes.
