How can one complain directly to senior most person resposible for the after sales service of Micromax mobile?Can u provide name,e-mail id an phone nos?U may see plenty of complaints of microsoft on various forums,but non of the forum has a direct contact nos of their senior most persons.Concentrated effort from all who has suffered for services should reach to them solid and a loud,so that they can rethink their service policy.Thanks in advance-Inner Eye

To start wit my Name is Niaz noor recently moved from Chennai to Gujarat Sikka , I am impresed with the MICROMAX MOBILE PHONES.
I had purchased a Q5 & was very satisfied with its performence , now i have bought a Q7 but i am not very happy with it the reason is i am finding many quality controle defaults, such as the MY NEW PHONE IS SWITCHING OFF ALL OF A SUDDEN & THE EXTERNAL MEMORY IS NOT BEING DIS PLAYED, IT APEARS BACK ONLY AFTER I EJECT THE EXTERNAL MEMORY & INSERT INTO THE MEMORY SLOT THEN COMES THE TRACK BALL WHEN I PRESS THE TRACK BALL FOR SOME APPLICATION ANOTHE APPLICATION APEARS ON THE SCREEN. SO PLEASE KINDLY GIVE THE REQUIRED INFO & ASSISTANCE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

I have purchased Micromax Q3 model handset in Aug 2010 & in a months time it went dead. The same was handed over to the local service center IDEAL COMMUNICATION,in vadodara ( gujarat ) vide customer job card number 664499 on the 16th of sept 2010.
They have sent it to ahmedabad for repair. The attitude and behavior of the staff in reverting is very disheartening.
They now claim one month to retive the same from Ahmedabad.
Can we have the address of the place these service center guys send it, as they deny giving me the address also.

Go and meet this guys. They will help you out. If its in warranty of course they will replace it. One of my friend had the same problem within the warranty period. They replaced but took 2 days. I have purchased micromax mobile hanset madel Q7 from ahmedabad in FEB 2011. It goed faulty in July 2011. I sent at service station at Maninagar, Ahmedabad and it was returned unattended replied that ” the mother board is faulty and it will cost Rs 2300.00 and will be born by the purchaser.
