I was given my Micromax X1i on 8th Feb 2010 at your service centre in east delhi. I was unable to switch on of my phone. The service centre person is saying they have sended my phone to company but they did’nt get back from company. So can you suggest me when i can get back my phone. i have using mobile micromax x260, its working perfectly, but i have found
some prob. in FM, so i have submit mobile phone at your service provider
(shivi infotech) bareilly, uttar-pradesh, on dated 11 may 2010, against job.
card. no. 2035. but your service center saying it will take approx one month
solving this prob.i can’t understand like micromax take one month solving
this problem.
so you understand one month without moble its not possible. so pl. look in
this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.

I purchased Micromax C2i hand set from Jodhpur Rajasthan on 2/3/2010 after one month it was creating problem i.e., autometically switch off, low voice ear and autometically phone went in to silent mode, I visited with the same complain to your authorised service centre at udaipur named GURUKRIPA ENTERPRISES (Shop no. 42 First floor (trishul) jindutta suri complex surajpole udaipur rajasthan ) The centre personnel had sent my mobile to Jaipur for 45 days for serviceing and checking with the complain no. 15239
Again the same problem has started, hereby i am making request to your good office to please my phone is on warrenty period so request you to please change my handset otherwise i am sorry to say that i go in the consumer court for the same metter

i am really disappionted after using your maxx 488 mobile . you are sponsering so many big shows and spending a huge amount on that besides helping your customer problems . i did a great mistake by buying this mobile and also reffered my friends and relatives to not to buy this phone . it would be better if you give a proper customer service after we buy the phone also .
hey dont go for any maxx mobile , if you are thinking for that ita much much better to buy a nokia 1110 wich is 1000 times better than any of maxx mobiles . maxx people hardly care abt abt there customers and these mobile “sucks”

I had given my Micromax handset, model no. – X114 in your Authorized Service Centre at Patna, Bihar (Maa Vaishnav Communication, 4th floor, Room No.- 48, Ashiyana Galaxy, Exhibition Road, Patna, Bihar) on 24-05-2010. Job card no. is 1582. Problem in the handset are battery poor backup, torch faulty and Bad contact with charger displays on screen while charging. Delivery date of handset was 10-06-2010 as your service centre complains about late receipt of materials required for servicing from the Micromax office.
Now the problem is that when I visited your Service Centre I found that it is closed and the neighbours says that it is always closed.
Pls suggest how can I recover my handset and how it will be repaired.Handset is in warranty period. Date of purchase is 31-10-2009.
These types of mishappening by your Service centres may leads to your poor business as they are harrassing the customers which creates dissatisfaction in the minds of customers.
I request you to kindly do the needful on urgent basis as soon as possible to recover my handset. I have the job card and purchase bill with me. If any query you can contact me on Mobile – 9471865060.

hey I brought micromax 360 few months back. and after few days by accidently it fell down inside a bucket full water. I took out the mobile dried but some of the keypad was not working. and I can recieve calls by headphone only. and also it shows headphone connected when it was not. After few days I gave to micromax service center banagore and they fixed all the problems within 1 hour and that too free of cost. My 360 is working properly now. Thanks for the help.

This problem is start from beginning . i have submitted it to your Service centre Name(Price Communication) dated 30-08-2010. On Name of customer Mritunjay Singh. Your serviced centre return this mobile on 02-09-2010 by saying the problem is shorted out. But this problem is still in my mobile. What can i do. I am service person. I am unable to visiting your service centre every day. I have visit your service centre three times from 30-08-2010 to 02-09-2010.
I have no any alternative. I have to take another steps to visit consumer forum.

Dear sir, It is your kind notice that I have purchased a Micro-max Q3 mobile handset on July,2010 from Music World Shop situated in Bhojpur Bazaar,Sunder Nagar, District Mandi in Himachal Pradesh but after at around 20 Day’s it’s camera are breakdown. I sended my handset to the shopkeeper on dated 16th August,2010 for to replace the camera but till date I am not collected my handset when I asked to the shopkeeper he told me that they are sended the handset in chandigarh. But now it has already gone 21 days and this delay period shows your service structure. So you are requested that please do the needful steps and make fast the servicing structure so that customer will believe on the company.
