When i saw this phone in the net i was eager to buy it. Believe me guys its worth a go for this phone, You’ll love it..
Sound quality is amazing, you can browse net using GPRS from ur sim (needless to say you’ll need to pay for this), The only feature i dint like is the 2MP cam. But ignoring that single feature the phone is amazing..
And i’ve got this phone in 4500 in Hyderabad. It’s such a lovely piece guys just go for it if u planning to buy one believe me and it comes with 1year company warranty (like other phones)..

hi, I have checked all features all are working and in good condition, but i would like to know about the tv out, and web cam feature can anybody share.
Only one disadvantage is video player is not upto the mark, there no continuous play. Each file we have select.
it does not support hindi language
Is microMax a good company…??obviously it is very feature rich phone and kind of resembles those chinese phones…..although with its collaboration with mtv and the cricket series…..so i expect that it is a good company…..
anyway, does it support themes and profiles for settings…..u kno, these r very common nowdays…..but it never hurts to ask……and i do not want to buy a phone without some serious research….ok so it does not support hindi language…..likewise there can b many common features which are not present…..if any then plz can any1 point them out…????

hmmm… m using micromax for past few weeks… oly thing i found disadvantage is that many mobile downloads don support this model at present… n more than that i can smell plastic in its ezpad.. n this mobile is getting too much heated up when its charging.. voice modulation is not present in Micromax Q5,..
above all i love this mobile, its compact, its looking good, it has many facilities, many good faciliies..

1-How is the battery back up. How long it the battery stands if i use it roughly(music,internet,games…)
2-How is the menus and navigation-Is it simple and atleast looks good.
3-Is it possible to install java files(jar files) like Gmaps,Dictionary,skype…..etc
4-Is it possible to make calls to gtalk users or skype users
5-Is it posible to read PPT and PDF files of larger size(>10 MB)

resolutions of this handset is very poor…but yes its sound quality is very nice…so its your choice

dear sir i bought micro max q5 on 27 of march 2010. now it have the problem that the headphone connect still after it plug out. i have submitted the cell in sector 18 noida service center. they are saying that after one week i can get my cell. some other costomer was also there and they are also have same problem and they are complaining that they are waiting from a month and the service center is not providing good service. could u please suggest what should i do? do i have to buy an onother brand of phone?how can i stay connect with my office?
there are few service centers are available in area and on that they are not responding well mostly people are treditional andbeliving on new brands and after suffering from these type of problems and feed back from service center they will never belive and suggest to other to purchase the same. and in case the company goodwill is also spoiling. from some of the service center behaviour.

Can someone tell steps of how to install Opera Mini. I have downloaded the software from net to my PC. So what steps to follow to install on Mobile. Mail me on mailtohemantshinde@gmail.com
This handset has some basic problems:
1. If u r playing FM or audio player & u start opera mini or chat application, FM (or Audio player ) will be stopped.
2. Google maps, a great service from google, is not available for this mobile.
3. Its QWERTY keypad works only in fullscreen edit mode, not directly with any of applications.
4.Using internet on computer with this phone as a modem requires quite high level of computer knowledge.
5. This phone’s camera has no flash.
6. Battery is only of 1000 mAh, its not sufficient.
7.Its looks from front side are not so hot.
8. In dual sim mode, if u r using internet with one sim, other sim will become out of range or unavailable (this means dual sim standby, not simultanous)
Otherwise this phone is good. Its price in Delhi is 4000INR.

Internet works only for a month…
The Oper browser is FAST.
BUT, it ignores the QWERTY Keyboard COMPLETELY!!!! I have to switch to the ‘abc’ Multi-tap mode & punch-in the alphabets.
Is there a solution to this????
