I worked for a company a few years back and they gave me a credit card to purchase things like office supplies, etc..

Now that company closed its doors and the credit card want me to pay for their bill!!!

$4500. which I do not have any of, also which I don’t owe since it was a company debt. Now if the company’s owner would just file Bankruptcy it is not supposed to get sold to the collection agency.

I am a little ticked right now since I called the card company again (about 5 times now) and I even let them know that something has to be illegal and now I found some evidence here:

She has told me that the owners debt on his card was 25,000 and that it has already been sold and she said they will sell mine and that it Will go on my credit and that they have my SS # on the debt also!
