Sir, I had purchased a Maxx mobile Model MQ340, but there is some problem in this phone like that when any persons call came me then his voice can we heared but my voice is not reached there in case if we use Eare phone lead then we can talk each other

i have purchased maxx MX533 on 27.02.2010. but there occurred problem in mobile, that each time it show insert sim, but sim is in both slot then also it shows like that. I went service center before warranty. The person there working told me to keep my mobile for 2 to 3 days. He gave me service Job sheet dtd. 17.02.2011 (comes under warranty). After 3 days i went again in service center for taking my mobile, but they told me that your mobile problem is not solved by us, so we sent it to company. That time they told me that there is problem in sim slot and there is no symptom’s of water in mobile. But after one & half month they told me that company is saying that there is water in mobile. I told them that when you sent mobile to company, you told there is no symptom’s of water, now company is saying that there is water in that.
service center engineer is saying that there is no water in mobile, then how company is saying that ” if company don’t know how to repair mobile then don’t give false statement”
This is serious matter. If company is not taking any action then I will make a complaint toward company in consumer court.

sirji please maxx customer service centre ka muje address aur phone number de sakte hain.mein mx470 use karta hua.mein kitni baar contact karen ki kosis ki par aap logo ka phone lagta hi nahi.to meri aap logo se ek hi guzarish hai ki aap logo kaam karna sikhe.

I purchased a maxx mq868 on 24/12/2010.from sri
bharathi electronics salem.i found some problem in the key pad and i
gave it to your authorised service centre m/s
v.s.communication.salem.the problem corrected by the service people
and it is given back to me . Last 17 may 2010 again i am facing
problem with the mobile which will not get power on and the phone is
dead.the mobile is given to the service on 17/5/2011.in your
authorised service centre and there no responce from the service

i purchased a max mq430 on jan2011.in the early month i found the battery of mobile is bulging and it become dead.I searched so many shops for the battery but i couldnt find one.I requested battery in max services.capitol tower. Trivandrum ,KERALA.INDIA and zeeq mobile services,irumbupalam road,Trivandrum, kerala india. i made the complaint on 2jun , now 01 month is over and i lost my warranty period also but still now i didnt received my battery.

I have Maxx MQ430 handset. its display was not working properly. I have given it in a help centre in vashi. i got it but after sometimes its camera , speakers etc are not working properly. after few days i came to know that its not my handset.and now the help centre is saying that they are not accepting maxx . so what should i do know????

we are purcshase mobole maxx -mx 404from M/s shubham associates vrindaban on dt. 5.09.2010 vide bill no. 004546 . my mobile in not working in june 2011. we went to yoursercivese center of mathutra. and show them . they do the work but after that my mobile in not doing work properly we goes many times to the service center but we are not setidfird from tham. .
we are requested that please take a neccessery step of my complant.because we dial co. toll free no. ,. but co. toll free no is not doing work.

Now it is switched off from 1 month.
Your service center at Vashi 1)Parth System & 2) Om Sai Service having working time 10 am to 6 pm. & sunday closed. I have holiday on Sunday so I can’t go there for repair.
Still I went to Parth System on 10 Sep 2011. It is closed.
I want to return mobile to company as it is in WARRANTY period
Give me nearest service center office from Airoli & Andheri so that I can go there for repair or Replacement.
