Citibank master card used at chroma Greater noida @ Rs.6800/- but no cash back given by bank.
cashback will be given after 1st april 2010 so you ‘ll have to wait till then.
SBI maestro card used at chroma vashi@ Rs.9990/- but no cash back given by bank.
Master card used at Croma on January 2nd, 2010 for Rs.11,999/- But no cashback given till date.
guys even 1st april has passed …. still no cashback received.
13th April and still waiting for the cash back..
19th april and still no cashback received….700 was promised to me…..i dont feel TATA can do such a fraud with its customers
i think it was only a sales increasing strategy…

Finally got Rs.542 as cashback ….. bad as i expected Rs.550 still better than nothing.

same here, bought mobile from chroma in dec 09, till date no cash back.
initially chroma refused to take a complaint.
such big companies shoud not stoop down to such levels

6 months have passed yet no cash back. lodged complaint on croma site but they closed the complaint and till date no cash back received
