    I AM Miss. Neena Shrivastav owner of maruti swift dezire Our vehicle number is CG-04 HB 5236. which one purchase from Raipur . unfortunately we got an accident in 20/02 /2011. And given for repair to our car in sky auto mobile mohbha bazar raipur PIN 492099/ PHONE 0771421400. since last one month we continues follow-up up with Mr. Mukarjee who is in maintenance dep. but the person is not given right response to us every time he make different reason for not completing of our car just like He was unable to carry out the repair once more because the spare part was again not compatible. we are facing finical over burden to hire a rental base car so please provide our service as soon as.

    My new vehicle RITZ-LDI BSIV delivered to me on the 28th April, 2010. Less than 11500 km in 11 months. 6 months back started the engine oil leak from the samp tank. Gave it for repair at Maruti showroom where I bought the vehicle 9 times. But still the problem persist. Getting only temporary solution after repair. Is there a permanent solution for this???

I take HDFC loan for it by doing all correspond with Mr. DHARMENDRA REHWER ( NARODA BRANCH ) . I Want CNG No Objectin Cert.from the bank and ask for same to M.r Dharmendra but he did not response me proper after purchasing the car. He missguide me about where I go for that NOC ? What is the procedure ? Not given me any contact nos.of related persons and very routly behave with me. I am very unhappy by this type of salesmanship.I bought a new Maruti Car

    I bought a car (Maruti Swift) in August 2010. I got accident on Gurgaon Faridabad road, just 5 km before Gurgaon. I asked for Torche Van but they denied.

    By lot of effort, I managed to take car to Vipul Motors in Faridabad for Insurance claim. They filed claim for all parts but they ignored the moulded rim of one tyre. They even do not tell us about the moulded rim.

    After that I gave my car for service centre of Vipul Motors. I mentioned their about the bubbling of tyre and instructed for tyre alignment and and their balancing. At the pick up time they charged for tyre balancing and tyre alignment but do not did it. Even they do not know about the moulded rim. After releasing of car, when I came to know that tyre bubble again. I again went to Vipul Motors and then they checked and infoormed us about the moulded rim.

    They wasted my time and even after that I do not get my car in good condition. I want to take action against suxh type of service.

    sir,

    My name is Noufal from Kerala.My family using Maruti since 1986 till now. My father purchased a Maruti 800 AC from Popular vehicles and serveces Kanhangad in Kasaragod district Kerala. When i went for first free service they gave my with scratches on back bumber and this is happened during fore registration of my vehicle.When i complaint about this they are not ready to accept it is happened from them infact that is happened from them. When i go for second free sevice i got bitter experience from them that is when i told them to drop to town (town is just 1 km away from popular) they said they have no time to drop me. So i went for third free service in another authorised Maruti service centre.

    I received a customer reply card from Maruti for marking the experiance and openion, in that card i marked my experience and i suggested to take nescessary step to improve the behaviour and qulity of sevice providing by popular and i sent back to Maruti , So i have to know what is your reply for my suggetion and for my bitter experiance that given by popular Kanhangad service centre. I am waiting for your valuable reply.

    Dear madam/sir, This is not a complaint,but you are being indirectly deceiving the customers by giving the dealership to the wrong people,who do not have professional approach and service to the customers.Had i known this before about the way the services after sales are rendered i wouldnt have purchase the vehicle from shantesha motors Belgaum Karnataka .Dealer code no E:801.I have purchased Alto lxi in the month of august 2005,the first few years the service provided was good but when the vehicle really needed good maintanence and the spares are expected to be replaced periodically due to their short life,it has been noticed that they never keep minimum inventory in their stores,always when any spares as to be replaced the first word which comes out from the work shop manager is that they DO NOT HAVE SPARES ,it has to be arranged from Bangalore which will take more than 3 to 4 days.This is because the dealer is not keeping the minimum inventory resulting in unsatisfing the customers.Kindly take the corrective action which may avoid further Bad remark to the company and maintain the name and fame which MARUTI SUSUKI (INDIA) as acheived in the past years.

    What will be the solution if we are not on our comitments.THEN WHY YOU PEPOLE ARE GIVING ADVERTISEMENT ON NEW PAPERS & NEW CHANNEL .

In this period Maruti Suzuki declaried ” the connecting rod problem” between Nov-Dec.2010.But still I have not get any information from Dealer side. How can I know that my car have such that problem or not ? From the dealer side they said that the offlcial list is not available at our side from Maruti Suzuki up to till date. How can I conform that my car is listed for such problem or not ?

    MY CAR BROKE DOWN TWICED WITHIN 5 MONTHS OF THE PURCHASE AND I WANT REPLACEMENT OF THIS CAR AS NEITHER THE PRODUCT HAS COME UPTO THE COMMITMENT NOR THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY MARUTI DEALERS.

    I would like to take your few minutes If you really care for your customer.

    Issue :

    Day 1: Dated 22nd April 2011 I was going somewhere with my family suddenly I experienced some problem with my CAR sound and pickup it was like missing current and after 1 K.M. from that place my CAR broke down and we were at the place which was very unsafe. I picked up Maruti service booklet and was started trying your Toll free number 18004200 for help, It was continuously busy. Finally I called up my friend over there for help and we had to tow the car to my home which was 12 KM from that place.
    Day 2: Dated 23rd April I took leave from my office and we again towed the car to your service station MOTOR CRAFT which is located at MS 2 & MS 3, Opp. BEL, Site 4 Sahibabad Ind. Area, Sahibabad.

    Now Satyapal asked us to leave CAR there as they were not able to find out the issue and then in the evening he called me up and said that 1 part is faulty which is Ignator but the part was not available in their work shop and they have requested Maruti to send that part to get it replace.

    Day 3 : Dated 24th April I called up Satyapal Sharma to know the status of our CAR and he said that part is not yet received from the company and when I asked the reason for this fault he said this is manufacturing fault and we will replace this part and call you after replacement of part.

    Day 4: Dated 25th April I got a call from satyapal in the afternoon and he said that they have arranged new part from some other dealer and replaced faulty part from my car finally my CAR was ready. I had requested them to drop my car to my Wife’s office. I got the delivery.
    When I had checked my bill I was surprised to notice that they did not replace any part other then FUSE 15.

    This was a fraudulent activity done by Motor craft as they did not replace the faulty part and done only the temporary setting and falsely told us that part has been replaced.

    Day 8 : Dated 29th April 2011 It was my bad day again because of the misconduct of Motor Craft I had to undergo all that trauma again While driving I have experienced same issue and quickly I started to reach nearest Maruti service station but again after 1 KM from that place my CAR broke down and I was alone at that time between the heavy Traffic route and again one more time I tried your toll free number for help but as usual number was out of my reach. Again called my friend and we towed this car to my friend’s place in dead condition.

    Day 9 : Dated 30th April We towed our CAR to Rohan motors Noida to get it repair OOOOOOOOOOPPPPPSS that was biggest mistake of my life. When we asked attendants to help us in repairing our CAR and to prepare the job sheet they were taking so much of our time, After 20 minutes we asked them for managers cabin they told us to meet AGM Mr. Rohit Chadhda. We quickly moved to Mr. Chaddhas cabin and started discussing our matter, I was telling him the history of car about the last date and place when car broke down 1st time and told him that on dated 25th Motor Craft service center has repair this car but again It broke down. AGM Mr. Chaddha asked us to visit Motor craft again and said why you came here we will not help you.

    I told him why I will visit their when my CAR broke down in Noida and this service center is nearest one from that incident place so AGM started shouting and misbehaving with us. All the staff members & Labor of that service center arrived there and they pushed us out of the main gate and said We don’t want customer like you.
    1 of them said Rohan Motors is owning this property with 200 CAR’s and started abusing us and refused to repair our CAR.

    Then we visited Vipul motors Noida and met GM over there told him about the complete history of our CAR but did not told about the story of Rohan motors he quickly arranged engineers to check my CAR after preparing job sheet, Staff of the vipul motors is very cooperative. They acted fast on the complaint and asked me to wait for some time offered Tea/Coffee.

    After some time they confirmed that 2 parts of this CAR are faulty and they have to replace but the part was not available at that time, GM asked us to keep our CAR for 1 day in their workshop we agreed and then we left from the service centre.

    Day 10 : Dated 1st May 2011 I received 1 call from Mr. Khattar DGM of Vipul Motors and he confirmed the repair of our CAR and also confirmed that they drove it to 15-20 KM to ensure no fault after repair. Finally we got our CAR from Vipul motors, Noida in running condition and also they confirmed that 2 parts has been replaced from my CAR.

    I am very disappointed with the product and after sales service from your dealers.

    After the entire experience I want the replacement of my CAR as I have lost my confidence to go for long drive by this CAR and my family is scared to sit in it.

    Looking forward towards satisfactory response from Maruti and some strict action against Motor Craft and Rohan Motors.

    I went to uma motors for car service at 1-may-2011.My car is maruti suzuki 800 and its no. Is up85 H 0890. After servicing I found that the ac of my car is not working while before service it was working properly. I complaint to the work shop manager mr. Jitendra but he DID give the satisfied answers even he talk to me rudely and favoured the workers.Then I get it to another garage for repair. The machenic told me that due to bad service or mishandling gas filter of the ac has damaged and gas has leaked & repairing cost is rs 3000/-. So kindly take necessary action asap.

    When I visit at showroom today they told me we repalace your Tyer, but they tell a lie. and didn`t change a tyers and made a bill.

    sir, i am facing problem last one and half month. still my car is incompleted..

    there is some pending work on back side light and tyers is pending.

    We were made the purchase order for Maruti 800 Duo 6 nos on 23rd March 2011, and out of 6 four vehicles are delivered in the different locations balance will be delivered in Sangli Chougule Motors, I made enquired a lot of time and the are roaming me and ask me to takl to my sales manager and cheif and ask maruti like that. All the payment made in advance, eventhough they are giving poor response to the customers. Anybody can tell me where i need to make a complaint and get the vehciles soon.

    I booked a Maruti Swift Vxi model,petrol variant on 11.03.2011 with an advance of Rs.10000/- Since two months, there is no news about vehicle delivery. When I contacted Sales Manager at Vellore Division MR.Jeyakumar, whose cell number is always busily engaged with NO RESPONSE CALL. I am told by his subordinates that he(sales manager) is either attending GM meeting or out of station. This is regular reply I had from his close associates. Is he so great person on the earth of Maruti Suzuki Limited that no customer could easily accessible to him either through Cell phone or through in person? Also, I was informed by my customer franchie that my vehicle has started at Gurgaon and would arrive within 12 days. So far, so many 12 days were passed but I could not find my booked vehicle on the spot. Before vehicle reached to my destination, they urged to give cheque for Rs.5.40/- how is it possible? who will bear pre-emi interest to the bank ? I ask u one question unknowingly( whether you are paying salary to the staff before the end of wage period or not) that your concern is reputed concern in India particularly manufacturing of good quality cars which no can deny it globally. As such, customer care at Dealership point is very worst which would spoil the name and reputation of your world renowned concern “The Maruti Suzuki Limited” in future if they behave in this non-challant manner.
    Here-in-after, please look into customer’s genuine query and problem otherwise the name CUSTOMER CARE HAS NO MEANING ET ALL. If at all, Vellore dealer is not able to deliver vehicle within one and a half months as per Advance Amount terms & conditions, please direct them to pay entire amount of Rs.10000/- for not fulfiling their obligation in time without ANY MANDATORY DEDUCTION OF RS.500/-

    i have given my swift KL-35. 3225 for accident repairs to Maruti Popular Kottayam Kerala on 30/04/11 ..i was told that i would get my car fixed and returned to me within a week..but its almost 10 days now and i have not got any kind of response from them soo far..i spoke to them couple of times and today when i spoke to the works supervisor i was informed that they have not started work soo far..i also spoke to the works manager Mr Jaikumar today but although he told me that he would find out the status of my car and call me , he never bothered to call..i expect some better service from maruti

I took the vehicle to M/s Mithra Agencies work shop. Where I was told that it is a minor problem and a common one that oil entered into the Intercooler pipe. Immediately it stopped black smoke. But it has become a regular problem and for the past 6 months I have visited the service centre at least for 10 to 12 times but the problem could not be rectified. Now the black smoke started entering into the saloon black smoky stains around the edges on the rear. Will this problem can be solved ???????????????

    I have faced many hurdles in getting my Car TL registration to permanent registration and the respective experience calls given to me.

    Later on i have realized that i have been cheated with an amount given to him while purchasing he has coasted me 4.35 lakh however actual costs is differ from amount paid to him. Now its clear he has given the false information of offering me discount and taken the additional money.

    On the 06th june 2011, I went to the sai service station,Junglee Maharaj Road, Pune to buy wipers for my maruti swift vehicle. In the spare parts shop, the person refused to give me the wiper saying that they can only sell spare parts if I bring the car into their workshop, after which a job card shall be prepared and then the parts will be replaced. So I told the person in the spare part shop that I do not require the help of a mechanic to change a wiper of my car and that once I bring the car in their workshop, I will waste my valuable time since I have to wait in the que and also that I will have to pay the labour charges of the workshop. In order to avoid both the above things, I requested to sell the item to me. But it was refused. If authorised spare part shops do not sell the required items, then from where are we to get genuine spare parts for our vehicle. And why is it necessary to bring the car if I can do the work on my own to save time and money. Since it is a maruti authorised service station, it is their duty to sell the maruti genuine spare parts to all their customers, even if the car is not bought along. On one hand, Maruti is asking it’s customers to use only MGP’s and Maruti’s authorised dealers are not selling them as required by the customers, this is giving rise to using duplicate parts. Kindly do something regarding this, as customers require genuine parts for theirs cars , which are easily available.

    Dear Sir…i want this to be clarified at your earliest. My SX4 didnot start so the maruti dealers asked me to change the battery which I did. The car didnot drive smoothly after that…and it became heavier and heavier. I called and they said we have to do a calliberation. ,after which it still did not work. Finally it has been in the workshop for nearly a week in ehich I have been called and told that my sterring rack has given away and I need a new one….I am shocked.
    Does this mean that becoz I changed my battery my car has gone for a sixer ??? I dont understand this at all…..will someone kindly explain it to me.
    I am from bareilly and my car is with Coral Motors. For the last twentyfive years I have driven only maruti cars and have had no problem so i cant seem to understand this. Unless there is some discrepency in this. I just dont seem to understand it all. With the service battery that Coral Motors provided the car was running like a dream….then the new battery was fixed with Maruti specifications and bought from the recommended place by Coral Motors…then what happened? A simple battery change has left me completely clueless as to how my petrol tank which was full got empty and how my steering rack has been totally ruined.
    I need some answers and I need them fast.

    c) As per maintenance office (Maruti Service Centre) checked and replaced free of cost clutch Plate as per instruction from company.
    In view of above. Why I choose such type of model without any discount where as other than this model was getting discount Rs. 50,000 to 60,000/- In a short period only with in 335 Km gear as well as clutch problem found .Piece may be defective, In future if again comes such type of major problem than your company will be responsible.

    I am the owner of a Maruthi WAGONR VXI model brought on July 2010.Recently the Right side mirror was found to be broken. On consulting with the dealer (INDUS, MOTORS CALICUT, KERALA) here, I was told that the mirror is not available and the whole set has to be replaced, which costs Rs 8000/ that cannot be afforded for common customers. On further contacts with the service centres they offered me to replace with a duplicate mirror that required some sort of painting to be done, which is also costly. So kindly provide me with some solutions so that mirror alone can be replaced, as it is quite obvious from the traffic conditions present on the road nowadays.

    I purcahsed WagonR LX 2004 model (AP9AX1446) from Gem Motors True Value, Hydernagar, Hyderabad in Nov 2010. At that time the sales person, as well as the technical person told me that the car is in very good condition and there is no need to worry. As I am buying a car for the first time I have believed thses guys. However the car started to give problems (shock absorber problem, oil leakage). I have to buy a new wheel bearing and do necessary servicing from Gem Motors. Already the car has been given for 2 servicing and each time the personnel told me that everything is fine now. On 24-June-2011 when the car is making terrible noises during gear change and pressing the clutch, the Manager from Gem Motors analysed the problem. He told me the Clutch is gone and I have to pay Rs. 5,000/- to replace it. These people are just making fool out of me. Can anyone suggest a permanent solution.

    We had purchased a Maruti Van Regn. No. DL9CX9814 on 23.03.2011 from D.D. Motors, Mayapuri, New Delhi.
    This afternoon, after a short stoppage, the vehicle refused to accept the key which was being used. We called up the dealer to enquire about the likely cause of the problem and were asked to tow the car and bring it to their workshop. At their workshop they encountered the same problem with the key which was in use since the last three months. They then tried the duplicate key which worked fine and the van is now being used with the spare key that came with it.
    Since the vehicle is still under warranty we asked the dealer to provide another key free of cost but were told that we would have to apply directly to Maruti Udyog and get a spare key against payment. For the time being we have just one useable key and if something happens to it tomorrow morning we would have no option but to have the van towed away and stored until we are able to get another set from you. The dealer has informed us that there is no way to bye-pass the electronic lock so that we do not face such a problem again.
    Since the van is just three months you are requested to kindly ask the dealer to provide a fresh key under warranty or replace the defective locking system.

Ltd. service centre , Bhubaneswar that turned my delights into plights and mental agonies. Recently on 08-07_2011 , I took my maruti swift vdi car from jagatsinghpur to bhubaneswar to have my car’s 3rd service in the said authorised service centre.I reached there at 11-30 a.m. .I was told that my vehicle will be handed over to me just at 4 p.m. But my car was not served and I receive my car without service at 4-35 p.m. My Register No . on that day was 30 .     I have a ZEN ESTILO with registration no:UP32CR6055 which i purchased from KTL Automobiles (P) Ltd Lucknow.My car is approx 30 months old and is just run 1400 kms as my parents are old and they do not drive the same car and dont know much about the servicing and policies related to the vehicle.The matter of fact is that as my parents are alone as i am studying in dehradun,they recieved a call from the insurance executive from TANYA AUTOMOBILES (P) Ltd giving his fake identity that he is calling from KTL Automobiles and giving the complete details of the vehicle like registration number,owners name and date of expiry of the insurance policy which might be he got from the MARUTI Database and thus authenticating himself by such information he asked my parents to allow him to come home and better explain the policy.The insurance executive came from TANYA AUTOMOBILES (P) Ltd and still told that he is from KTL Automobiles.My parents asked about the policy and he told that the policy no:120754396 would cost them Rs 8000 but they just have to pay Rs 6500 and lied that he is offering a discount of Rs 1500 but the same was given as no claim was taken the previous year.Now my parents showed the executive the vehicle and it had one dent which was rusted and the executive said that you people dont worry as if you will pay me Rs 6500 then anytime round the year the car will be repaired free of cost and moreover with the INSURANCE RENEWAL OFFER i will give one free service coupon.My parents agreed and told him that “When my son will come back he will take the car to KTL service station and by your words any damage in the car will be taken care off” and the executive said yes and renewed the insurance.Now the point is that when i came back from Dehradun and asked my parents for the papers they informed me that the insurance has been renewed from KTL and i should take the car their for free service and complete removal of scratches.I saw the papers and i was surprised to see the FRAUD that TANYA AUTOMOBILE (P) Ltd has done by renewing the policy giving their fake identity.I called up TANYA and told them about the issue and they first of all said that no problem you bring your car to the service station and everything will be taken care off.I took my car to the service station and met Mr Mohd Irshad of Body Repairs Depptt(+91-8960768885) who said that he is sorry but he cannot do anything about the issue and only the left portion of the car can be repaired under norms of the claims of the insurance policy.I refused to accept the offer and decided to meet the Manager of the Body Repairs Depptt that is Mr J P Bhisht(+91-9598071719) who further added congestion to the problem and said that now even the left side cannot be repaired as one panel had rust and its an old dent.I told him about the old issue and then he argued that if it would have been a single dent and even rusted and no scrathes here and there then he could hve repaired and just do hell with the policy.I told him that it is not fair that the policies are moulded by yourself and not by the insurance company and he said that is what it is and nothing further can be done.I then decided to meet the CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER whose name is Miss Sheelu Chauhan and told her about the issue and asked her that i want to speak to the director of the company Mr Akshay Agarwal(+91-7860012345) and she let me had a word with him.After listening to the problem he willingly accepted and consoled me not to worry and the problem will be resolved and asked me to tell Mr Mohd Irshad (Body Repairs Executive) to speak to him.Now after waiting long Mr Irshad came and informed that the director has also refused to accept.I then asked him to give his contact number to me as he told me that no problem but Mr Irshad refused to give his contact number.I then again went to Miss Sheelu Chauhan to tell her about the issue and asked her for the contact number of the director which she also refused to give and said nothing can be done.Then i asked her about the authenticated customer complaint MARUTI web id so that i acn write a complaint online and she willingly refused to give the same.I spend almost 4 hours at the service station and no resolution and then i decided to go to the insurance office of TANYA Automobile and speak to their Manager Mr Alok Srivastava(+91-9918401597) and spoke to him about an hour and showed himthe written document by Mr J P Bhisht that he knows and fully understand and accept the mistake but nothing can be done.Mr Alok Srivastava had a look on my car and said that now you dont worry and its a mistake from our side and he assured that the left side of the car will be repaired and the rest after 3 months and asked to to patiently go home and everything will be taken care off.Now the next day Mr Alok Srivastava tells me that nothing can be done and i shall go forward and complaint as Mr J P Bhisht dont agree to repair the car even from the left side.I asked that its absolutely fine if you people dont want to repair the car,you take your fake document back with fake promises and just return my Rs 6500 and i will get my car serviced and repaired from somwhere else but they dont agree on any terms.Now i dont know where to go from here??But i want to mark a severe complaint against TANYA AUTOMOBILES(P) Ltd as they have done a fraud with me and my parents and the day i am running to their service they keep me waiting for atleast 6-7 hours and no resolution.I am sick and tired of TANYA AUTOMOBILES (P) Ltd and this is the worst customer experience i have ever faced in my life.

When i refill my vehicle with fuel the digital fuel gauge shows the fuel increased graph after almost after 10 kilometers running which was not the case earlier. the moment i use to refill my vehicle with fuel the graph use to increase within 1 minute of time. the service center authorities are forcing me to believe that it is functioning properly and it is like that only for other vehicles also. Request you to get my problem sorted out and revert with resolution. Every time following up with these authorities was not all good experience as i was not getting proper response and it is hard to believe that my vehicle’s fuel gauge is working properly as i myself as well as service center shop floor manager Mr. Pravin Salunkhe had noticed and accepted this issue as problem but failed to resolve it later on. due to rainy season and daily requirement of mine finally i took the vehicle in my custody with the problem getting resolved. PLEASE HELP ON PRIORITY. Waiting for your early revert on this.

Request you to get my problem sorted out and revert with resolution. Every time following up with these authorities was not all good experience as i was not getting proper response and it is hard to believe that my vehicle’s fuel gauge is working properly as i myself as well as service center shop floor manager Mr. Pravin Salunkhe had noticed and accepted this issue as problem but failed to resolve it later on. due to rainy season and daily requirement of mine finally i took the vehicle in my custody without the problem getting resolved. PLEASE HELP ON PRIORITY. Waiting for your early revert on this.

    I have purchased a “ALTO k10(vxi)” at 3 june 2011. At the time of first service from “Batra Autos, unit-2, NIT Faridabad, Haryana” my car had the average of only @10km/L. But they took no any action on it & return it to me without any service.
    But the day before yesterday, i also went there to diagnose my problem again. Now they told me that ,“it can be diagnose only after 3 or more services later ”. On talking further they became rude to me as well as my elder brother. The servicing staff & other stuffs are poor. The reception & other Staff of the service centre is purely careless.I saw this type of service first time. They Talks us to like illiterate persons with abuses & The all staff are careless,the don,t anybody. If i know about this then i never ever think about to buy a “MARUTI-SUZUKI” Brand.

    sir , i booked dezire vdi on 07.04.11, at pollachi abt maruti tamilnadu, my receipt no is 11000073, , they promised me to deliver in three months(approx 06.07.11).i reached the office on the first week of july to enquire about the delivery and settlements , the sales person in office told me the delivery will be delayed for another 9 months. so i tried to meet the manager TWICE in vain . then i contacted booking agent -rajendra kumar about the delay. he simply told me that it’s not his duty to inform reg delay.so i contacted the customer care and made a complaint reg this (COMPLAINT NO..3097836153). on 06.07.11 i received a hand written letter in white paper( not in official letter pad) stating that delivery will be at the end of september. how can i take it as an authentic one( letter signed by ram kumar -sales i dont know who he is ). is this the way of treating customers with erratic replies by the booking agent also by the higher officials in that concern, i dont know it’s ur own or maruti’s culture. if ur not interested in customer service pl inform at the first. pl dont cheat the uneducated persons like me. i think so the above mentioned persons are byepassing my seniority for their personal profits. i had checked with other dealers in chennai, coimbatore, trichy , dindigul after the above problem they i got the real scenario of abt pollachi.really 9 months is needed for delivery after three months booking period kidly think over it

    I am a central govt employee and purchased an ALTO car on 12-08-2009 from M/S TCS Autoworld Faridabad thinking of being a proud owner of a Maruti but very soon i realized that i was wrong..The vehicle started bothering me after the first service and it won,t be wrong if i say that the service center started giving me problem.I repeatedly complained to the dealer that two tyres were bubbling in first and second gears but i was given a deaf ear and finally after making me run after them for days together, I was referred to M/S J.K.Tyres for spot inspection and it vide report no-area/depot/faridabad SL. NO-607 dated 16-09-2010 accepted that both the tyres needed replacement.In all the three free services I kept complaining about the hardness of gears and everytime i was asked to bring my car to service centre which not only wasted my time but also fuel and mental peace.
    My fourth and paid service was done on 24-07-2011 and i was handed over a bill of Rs.5771-00 which included labour charge of Rs.925-00(paid service),Rs.250-00(wheel balancing),and Rs.250-00(wheel alignment) which i immediately paid but to my shock i found that the vehicle was neither cleaned, washed nor polished before delivery and when i brought this to the notice of the general manager, he referred my call to the service supervisor who asked me to bring the vehicle to the workshop again for which i was not ready.The agency did not even bother to fill and stamp the paid service coupen.I am not at all satisfied with the worst quality of service given to me and demand refund of labour charge. thanx..

I called the on road help line from maruti, and they said that the battery has been dead and should be replaced. Then I called Okhala workshop, and narrated the situation. They said that I have to bring car there, and they will replace the battery. And when I went there then they said that battery cannot be replaced there……if it was the situation then why the workshop people asked me to bring car there? I am highly disappointed by this because before going there I have confirmed all the things on phone also.

    I faced an issue with JK Tyres in my Wagon R car. The tyre had a crack in warranty period, JK Tyres representative is confirming the issue is due to the fitment of tyre and I have never changed or replaced the tyres of my car has. they confirm that the defect is not while driving, but at the time of fitment. Now I am stuck up in between Maruti & JK tyres as no body is claiming the responsibility for the tyre to be replaced. I am expecting the support from the Maruti asap.

The undersigned after advance booking and waiting for about, 4 months and 20 days purchased and take the delivery of New Swit VDI with ABS Car from Chittosho Motor, Mohali after making the cash payment of Rs. 5,53,687 plus Rs.15,701 Insurance of National Insurance. Maruti Suzuki through Chittoshi Motor have given warranty extended upto three years upto 19-10-2013.
    2. The description of the vehicle are as under :-

    3. That since my posting was at Ropar, I got Ist, IInd, IIIrd free service from C.M Motor, Rangilpur in time and within the prescribed reading . The 3rd service was got done on 14-2-2011 when the Mileage was “ 9793” and the said dealer charged Rs. 2141/- as service charges. The 4th paid service was got done from the same Dealer C.M. Motor on 10-5-2011 when the Mileage was “ 20,087 and charged Rs.6737/-. My car was giving average of fuel consumption 18-19 kilometer before getting 4th service and according to the company representatives and other persons having the Swit make Car, the consumption in mileage increased to 21-22 Kilometer after 4th service on long route. But after 4th Service the consumption of my above car has been reduced to 17-18 Kilometer and it gave problem while in plying on the Hill Area, when I went for ‘darshan’ to Mata Naina Devi Hill Area and I had made a complaint with C.M. Motor upon, which Mechanic was sent to remove the fault of plying in the Hill Area.
    4. That the problem of giving less consumption in fuel is continuing since the date of 4th service and now my Car is giving the Mileage of 17-17.5 kilometer per Litre on long route. Yesterday on 7-6-2011 when I went to Chandigarh-Mohali, I went to workshop of Chittosho Motor to get my Swit Car check up, where one employee namely Mr Harprit, of this company met me on the entrance gate to whom I disclosed the problem. He took the try for about 4-5 kilometer and told me to assess the consumption after full filling the fuel and come for further service when the problem shall be check up. Since I had retired from the post of Chief Admn. Officer, Ropar on 30-6-2011, I could not get the Car check up from C.M. Motor, Rupnagar.
    5. That now I am residing at Rajpura after my retirement.
    It is therefore, requested that special directions may kindly be given to the nearest dealer to check the functioning of my car as to why it is living less mileage regarding fuel consumption and to remove the defect at the earliest.

    There are lots of internal management problems like poor co ordination and communication between staff which ultimately leads to poor services to customer. we have been provided with poor 2nd service and no concern was taken for same even after complaint , again for 3rd service we have been continuously calling from more then 4 days which should be from there part but no interest has been shown even after my call. services after lots of arguments and time waste is of no use as time is money. kindly take the corrective actions

It has clocked 43,000 km now.Recently my vehicle started making roaring vibrating noise . when i have shown in mithra agency maruti work shop hyderabad , they diagnosed it to be wearing off of front wheel bearings and needs replacement. now my questins are what is the life of wheel bearings? and secondly is there any reason like driving pattern , wheel alignment, driving in water logging ,extra tyre pressure etc the reasons for early wear and tear of wheel bearings. my vehicle is also needing frequent wheel alignment and balancing .

    Inspite of booking a vehicle and forcing the owner to bring money as soon as possible inorder to deliver the vehicle on time & after receiving the payment they denie to give delivery by saying that car is out of stock and block the full amount of money.

    I don’t know why such kind of dealers are still running in delhi even when so many complaints are already launched on maruti website against this dealer.

    I purchased a SX4 (ZXI) version in Mar’10. It has Tubeless Tyre of JK company and has covered hardly 12K. Quality of tyre seems to be very poor and one of the tyre got fully damaged. Company executives are denying to cover the same under warranty and as per them it got damaged due to puncture in that Tyre.

    There is only puncture in Tyre and that too I got repaired from authorized dealer and they put a mushroom puncture (cost Rs 200/-) claiming that there will be not problem now.

    Not able to understand how can tyre got damaged just because of one puncture and that with tubeless Tyre. Now there is no response from customer service even after 2-3 reminders.

    In past too I had a problem with JK tyres in my ZEN car and forced to replace all the tyres in just 2 years

    I have been a strong fan of maruti brand since its entry in india and have been proud owner of maruti std 800 -1985 sold1996 along with maruti 800dx 1990-sold 2000 along with maruti zen vxi 1998-sold 2008 along with maruti esteem vxi 25 aug 2007 presently beening used by the family and just when I was planning to buy another maruti car I got a shock that the last car that is esteem which has just done 29000 km needed two new tyres well its OK the tyres were changed the next I realize that the clutch plate is not behaving and will need change . Since I am a old customer I did some research and in that it came to light that I was not the only one having this problem but there were others who have suffered at 14000 km with same clutch problem. It saddens me to think that maruti has deteriorated to such low quality or is it that its one of the poor supplies .how ever I will wait for your response before I get the repair done. Here I would like to state that none of my previous cars had any problem like this in its complete cycle with me in fact I never changed clutch of any of my cars that has been a history that each car that I owned had done more then one lac km so this was quite shocking to me and maruti reputation kindly respond at the earliest Esteem registration No GJ 6 CB 7723 ENGIN NO 385512

    I have purchased a Maruti 800 AC on dt. 13.10.2010 from Jyote Motor, Balasore. I have already completed 3rd Service on dt.11.10.2011. But there is found oil leakage from the Gear box. But your service engineer has already repaired two times in this gear, & necessary oil seal & others accessories newly fitted. But it is not sucsess, till date this leakage has not yet stoped.     I purchased Ritz-Ldi one year before and fitted same time security system at Navneet Motors,Udaipur(Rajasthan).This security system also purchased from above mentioned maruti dealer”s Genunine spares shop and they given one year warrenty but this system fails 3 times in a year. Genune spares shop Incharge Ms .Sakshi is not intrested to rectify this problem and her behaviour towards customer is not upto the mark .Please be careful about this problem.
