    I made complaint for my LG 180 Refrigerator on 18th and Mr. Dharamveer had give me the complaint
    No.C1091829827 saying that my complaint is noted down and the Engineer will get back to me within one hour to fix up an appointment. Since then I have not received any response.     Never by mistake in your ntire life, buy an LG prouct. They may offer you well priced products with good features.God forbid your machine breaks down & you left running from pillar to post to get the same fixed by their customer service centres who are beyond lazy. Their toll free customer service number hardly works & when it does the executives just go on raising complaints which are never actioned upon. The branch manager at the local level pushes you on to the technician who in turn tells you to contact the manager again. I’ve been doing this for a month & my AC still doesn’t work. THIS IS LG SERVICE IN GOA

    I do agree with vatsala nair’s and Kristabel Pereira’s opinion.

    I booked a complaint of my microwave oven on 20-10-2010 and a request id C10A2017765 has given for reference. After this I made several call to the customer care dept. and they promised me immediate service. Until now @25-10-2010 (5 pm), no one called me neither visited me. It is very hearty and pleasing to hear the conclusion speech of the staff at the customer care center.

    MY LG MICROWAVE CONVECTION MODEL IS OUT OF ORDER FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS. LG SERVICE CETNRE KANNUR INSPECTED AND FINALLY TOLD THAT THE REQUIRED PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ANY WARE
    AND THE MICROWAVE OVERN CANNOT BE REPAIRS. THAT MEAN I HAVE TO THROW THE COSTLY MICROWAVE OVEN TO THE WASTE BIN. SEVERAL COMPLAINTS CLARIFYING THE MATTER ISSUED TO LG NOIDA OFFICE
    AND WHAT THEY ARE INFORMING IS THEY HAD JUST FROWARDED LG SERVICE KANNUR. I AM TOTALLY FED UP THE ATTITUDE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. AND I AM GOING TO FILE PETITION BEFORE CUSTOMER REDRESSAL FORUM FOR GETTING JUSTICE IN THE MATTER. I SHALL FOR4WARD THE COMPLAINT TO THE MEDIA PEOPLE ALSO TO KNOW THE ATTITUDE OF LG SERVICE DEPT.

    i have purchased lg microwave model no is 8080 prr
    i bought the machine on the auspicious occasion of diwali, on 3 rd of november.
    but no body from lg company has come for demo. the effort is waste to get the oven
    on the occassion. it is lying dead becasue we don’t know the operatives
    moreover from where i bought the oven M/S rahi appliances all phone no are not working……
    pls arrange demo for me immediately….

    I lodged a complaint about 10 days back for repairing our washing machine which is under Happy Living Plan .However except assurances nothing has been done.So much so the supervisor is also not responding to our phone calls.our complaint no is C 10 B 2611210. It appears that the needed part is to come from Korea or is being made at Ludiana.

    Dear Sirs,
    Ref : Complaint No C10B1202455
    This is to bring to your kind notice the poor quality of after sales serve provided by your organization. In fact ‘poor’ is rather an understatement. I wish I can find worse adjectives for the quality of service and the people you employ in the service deptt.

    2.I and my wife Shashipal have called your service helpline as well as Mr Sunil Raina at least 30 times in the last over a month and a half reg complaint of non-functioning of our front loading washing machine. Each time some story about non-availability of spare part ( the PCB) is told and we are told that the part is expected to be delivered in the nest 2/3 days and will be replaced immediately thereafter. The last commitment by Mr Raina was for mid-week last week. Previous commitment by him was for 3rd/4th Dec 201o as he was expecting the PCB to be delivered by 1st Dec and move over to stores after taking in inventory control system by 2nd Dec.2010.

    3. I spoke to Mr Raina again today .He had no assurance this time but promised to call me back by 2.30 pm after checking the status.

    4. Mr Raina also gave me the tel no of Mr Subhankar Dev ( 9811354645) which I called at least 5 times already but Subhankar refuses to take the call. On an earlier occasion also Mr Raina had given me this tel number and when I called, the result was same. I wonder if this number actually exists?

    5. I myself and my wife have been put through this torture of having to call your people again and again with no results. I believe LG must be the lousiest company in the whole world wrt after sales service. I consider myself so unfortunate that I went by your loud advertisements in the press and media and purchased this washing machine which has become a virtual headache for me and my wife for so many weeks now.

    I am sure I will never recommend any one for buying any LG product, leave alone buying myself.

    i have LG LCD TV but after 14 months i found picture board problem and replaced it with pay to company Rs 4500 time require to comany to change that board one month. After 45 days then found problem .Till date no service engg came.

    i am facing lot problem after purchase LG TV.In my life time i cannot purchase LG product.

    A customer investment Rs 18000 and 14 months found problem.

    I have chased every day for demo or installation but no one arrived in last 2 months.
    As far as services are concerned LG is worst for all their products.
    Some one should make a social movement that ” DO NOT BUY LG”. LG stands Life’s Ghost.

    I am using last few years LG S5000 mobile, last few months back I got the problem of battery and same time, I was given to the service center. But those are informed me, the S5000 model battery was not available in the market i.,e., LG company and also the above key pad keys loosen fallen.     i have one lg lcd monitor, i gave it in service centerfor service, the engineer told that panel is gone so he replaced it ,unfortunetly i lost my bills, at the time of giving the monitor in service center only i inform them about my product bills, they check the worenty information with the help of product id and told that worenty is there noproblem, but now they told that u have to submit u r bills, otherwise u have pay money. actually i brought my monitor from hyderabad(A.P),now that shop is not available.
    so what i do. can u got the details about the product with the help of product id,if so then give me my monitor.otherwise show me the alternative way to get the monitor.
    now can i get the bills from lg company.

    I bought a split air condtioner on 22-03-2011 and the same was installed on 24-03-2011 by the company’s persons on payment of installation charges. When the ac was installed and try to run that it was found by persons that the ac is defective and they leave the home. I contacts the dealler from which i buoght the ac he said that he can not do any and advice me to go customer care and service center. i lodged the complain but till no satisfcatory action taken by the compan’s persons. I can not understand that how the Government allow this type company to sell defective products and customer have to bear all like loss of time and harrsment.

    The warranty support and after sales service of LG is pathetic in Goa. It takes them weeks to respond to your complaints. It appears that the company just wants to wash their hands off once they have sold the product. The so called “franchisee” of LG never have any parts for replacement. They dont even appear to care much about procuring the parts. Is somebody in LG listening ??
    Never buy a LG Product is the moral of the story and I’m not saying this after one experience. This is the wisdom gained after many episodes of poor after sales service.

    For the past 4 days we are calling the customer care and no one understanding the issue and once they have send the person for A/c service.
    Everytime they are telling 24 hours we will get a call but so far 96 hours gone. The things in the fridge are getting spoiled.
    I need someone who can understand and have the required basic knowledge to address this issue by today itself.

    Its highly idiotic that if it’s not solved by today I will log the complaints wherever possible and make it as a serious issue.

    Educate the customer service guys instead of repeating the usual messages and stop hurting the customers.

    Finally yesterday evening we called and within 2 hours another 24 hours will get over so what is your genuine reply other than
    Escalating and escaping from the customer service. Call 9629479329 soon to solve the issue. Address already given so don’t ask again.

    I have bought an LG make mobile GS 155 model bearing Sl.no. 359932035354001 on 07/Sep/2010 with a warranty of ONE YEAR i.e. upto 06/Sep/2011 for Rs. 2260.00 in Thanjavur, Tamilnadu, India viz Invoice No. P.TAN/3296 of M/s. UNIVERCELL Telecommunications India Private Limited.
    FROM 15.6.2011, the power in the mobile is not coming and I have given it on the same day for servicing in warranty period in M/s. Z.M. ELECTRONICS, (INO1855500015), THANJAVUR for servicing and return. They told, the company will return on or before 16.06.2011. When I visited the company on 16.06.2011, they told me to come on 18.06.2011. I requested the company to expedite the same.

    We have a LG Microwave (Solardome). Made a complaint vide RNA 110622068016 dated June 22, 2011. The visiting repairing man (from Sigma Service – an LG partner) opened the Machine and said some part need to be changed. He promised that it will be done within 24 hours and we have an AMC Contract. After many reminders nobody visited to repair the machine. When we inquired on July 6, 2011, the call center said that the complaint is closed as no part is available and requested to lodge one more complaint vide no. RNA 110706034216 dated July 6, 2011. The call center gives only lip service now-a-days. Please be careful when you buy LG products. After Sales Service is bad and you can get stuck with major issues and lose your peace.

    I purchased one handset LG P500 and after a month there was some problem in booting,so I handed to Lg Service Center in Shillong in Barik … but till now my handset has not been fixed and now they are telling me that it will take another 10 days as they are going to change the pcb circuit because they ll have to order it.

    My intention to write is that why the LG Company does not provide spare parts to the center whereas they have to ordered it.

    i purchased a lg 400t desk phone with tata connection, it’s warrantee already been over. now auto off at the time of calling is the problem. I’ve submitted it to Suva Information Technologypvt. Ltd. that lg customer care in Kolkata 54 on18.04.2011, invoice No.04076. they changed the battery & took Rs328, but my problem was not solved, again I deposited the set to them on 25.05.2011, receipts no. 02293. now the situation is when I’m calling by phone getting reply ” OK SIR WE WILL CALL BACK YOU IN FEW MINUTES ” and altimately no response. my mobole no. is 09830891725. please give me some suggestion to over come the problem. actually I want to know the name and no. of the person who is in charge of eastern india mobile phone care service.

    LG is a stupid brand in terms of customer service.Do not believe in their fake promises.LG does not have service centers adequately mapping the geographic spread of the country.I have been following up for two years for replacing my LG refi doors.Beyond fake promises , they have nothing to offer as a service.
    I am not scared to make this issue public now.Their retailers , their service personnel only know documenting problems and absconding for months .Think twice b4 you are taken for a ride!!!!

    I bought 3 x 2 tonne LG casette AC’s about 3-4 years ago for my farm house in Delhi. Since the beginning, I have hardly used it and since the beginning these AC’s from LG have been functioning far below normal. I have been calling up the LG service people, directly and via dealers and every time they come and give me some excuse that the Gas needs to be charged or some story of room size or some other story. I have been very very disappointed with these LG products.

    For 3-4 years, we have suffered and LG always makes excuses to say that they AC’s are good and does some temporary work like gas filling and goes away.
    In my opinion I feel LG AC’s are the worst in the market and to save a few Rupees, you have to suffer. No professionalism at all on replacing the AC but only excuses.
    No body in their right senses must buy LG AC any more in India.

    I am a very very disappointed customer and will never again touch an LG product.
