Last two months back I have purcheased Lava A10, I have faced one problem from the very bigining that when I go for charging the battery in shut down mode the battery indicator shows full charge after 2-3 hours but the problem is that when I start the handset and connect the charger the charging indicator start scroll and it take more then 12 hour to stopped the scrolling. hai ! its not been more than 7 months since i had purcasd Lava A9 mobile set from a store in Mathikere [Preethi electronics ] b’lore now ive got few issues with it in which major is with charger & battery ! so i tried calling th service center in Rajajinagar (excel pheripharals )which no longer exists . I also tried calling th store ! & ph no is disconnected ! now i tried calling othr 2 service points in Vijaynagar & no one’s picking th call ! so wat do i do ! im lost ! kindly tell me where i can go & whom to approach to get it fixed ?

I purchased B5A in November and it started giving troble from March onwards. In June it shut down completely. I have sent it to the service centre at Kanpur, OM Sai Enterprise, Xpress Road 21 June, phone 3935186. The centre has a very lax approach towards customers. There were umpteen people who were complaining of sub standard repair works. Kindly look into the issue and ensure it is repaired properly at the earliest.
