Lava is a new company which is strugling with everything i.e. technology,brand,customer unfriendly etc. I would request you rather inform you to not purchase this mobile. Brand really matters. Lava is a local brand & i have already got a harm from it.
I got a Lava A9 which started troubling me after 4 months.Its mike is not working & the person on other side is not able to listen me. I wud again suggest you to not purchase this mobile.
I am facing problem since last 4 month of lava mobile phone-model no-A10 getting screen disconnected.
Now also, the same issue has occurred and I am unable to use the mobile phone.
You are requested to kindly sort out the issue at the earliest.
It has been a sad experience for me by procuring Lava M23. I never could have gone to that set of mind since Nokia was my favourite. But on my own I took a decision why not to try Lava. This experience taught me why should anybody go for Lava. Reason being:
I had procured Lava M23 in the month of November 2010. Hardly it passed two months w/o any complaint and after that it started one by one. Speaker is not working. Problem in hearing, Ring tone never heard, Speech is not clearly heard by the receiver, Dealer from where it is purchased doesn’t know the contact no and address of customer care, he is not interested in entertaining the complaints etc and so on. Still that phone is with me withe out any usage
So incase any one asks me I strongly recommend not to go for it

i have a lava A9 using it from past 1 year… i dont know what setting i made, now what erver photos i capture i will get black and white. i tried in the settings there is not option for color setting.. and the display brightness also less how i can increase the brightness?

My name is Saranya. I am residing in Chennai (Tamil Nadu). I bought a new Lava A10 mobile on Dec 2010. Now Presently I am facing a big problem. I am not getting any calls from others and receiving a complaint that my number is always busy. First I thought that the problem is coming from my Airtel sim. And I called the customer care they said that the sim have no problem and the problem is from my new lava mobile. After that I removed my sim and placed in another mobile and I am receiving calls without any problem. I need to be serviced my mobile phone for that I have serched the service centre in the lava official site, but no address was provided. Hi…..My name is Dibyendu Chatterjee i was purchased a LavaB8 handset on 20th April this year from Homeshop18 Now my earphone is not working from last one month but i am not getting any service centre of this company in my area now i am complaining this to Homeshop 18 but they are refusing to help me .As per standard warranty i should get a new earphone but my problem is still continue.I was suggested my friend on my facebook account to buy this set.But now i requesting to everyone just avoid this brand as they are not able to provide their proper services & also requesting to not purchase anything from any online shopping. Just avoid this brand totally & if i am not getting proper service i will go to Consumer forum.
Used lava A10 for about 3 months, in which fr 1 and half months it was in service center. facing so many problems with. if Lava can’t correct its mistake then its advisable to stop making phones..

i buy lava A9 on november 2010 in meerut .after purchase this mobile i have facing many problems with my handset which is MICPCB,INCOMING VOLUME..etc then i contact to the customer care service ..on 6-07-2011 .and next time i contact to customer care on 6-08-2011 …i also contact through call lava international ltd. noida (01204637333)..after that the customer executive says my query resolved in next 48 hrs..but after 48hrs i call to the customer executive noida with the same problem but customer care executive didn,t pick my call and i see nil response by the lava international ltd… if my handset is not change then i will go to the.if consumer court….my contact number is 9997780553 and my complaint number is LAVA1108B3277

To Lava mobile groups, Please do not cheat poor citizens after all you people are bigger cheaters than our politicians. I suggest you all to beg through advertisement in papers or TVs for one rupee from each citizen. Even if 50% people are offering you one rupee, you can became crorepati instead of cheating us by supplying plastic packs in name of mobile
I am using Lava A10 mobile and it is 4 months old set. The touch screen stopped functioning and I am suspecting may be due to sensors problem. But none of your customer care numbers are reachable and after I have tried so many times, in my 22nd call some gentleman has picked the call and finished his customer service within 11 seconds. Great… No humanity and patience to listen for your customer. All service center addresses and contact numbers are fake in your web sight. None of them are active and numbers are not in use or out of order. Tell me where I have to go for service. I am residing at Gurgaon, NCR. If you have really customer intrests, please mail me your active customer service centers address in Delhi, Gurgaon area. Otherwise I will make my self understood that I have lost my purse or pick pocketed my money that I have spended to buy your super handset
