i am happy that you have come out with new mobile phones but at the same time request you not to forget your old Customers. I have been trying to get one Data Cable for my Videocon V 1675 and its almost two months and the Service Center at Tardeo (Accel Frontline – Contact No. 30007577) has been saying that the Company does not have stocks.
I had placed the request on 8th Nov 2010 in the name of Mohan Kumar.

Vediocon Phone quality is horrible. In one month my phone had issues and then changer had issues.
To get the charger data cable .I am still struggling to get one.Mine is also Videocon V 1675. And it cable broke just like that. Pathetic quality and now worse service ..I am having at Viashali sector -4 market,Ghaziabad.
