PVR Offer – Gold cards – Oct Offer: Spend Rs 1000 between 22nd Oct to 7th Nov 2010 and get 2 PVR tickets.
1. The Offer is valid only for a select set of Kotak Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) who have received this written communication from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Bank”).
2. The Offer is valid only for retail transactions done between 22nd October to 7th November 2010 (“offer period”).
3. Cash transactions and BT transactions are not eligible. Transactions which are reversed or cancelled will not be considered. Cardholders classified as delinquent will not be eligible for this offer.
4. To be eligible for the offer, Cardholders need to spend Rs. 1000 during the offer period using their Kotak Credit Card.
5. Eligible Cardholders shall get 2 PVR tickets in the form of E-Voucher. E-Voucher will be sent to Cardholders registered mobile number with the Bank.
6. The Cardholder shall utilise E-Vouchers within the validity date and in case the Cardholder does not utilises tickets (E-Vouchers) by the validity date the Bank will not replace or re-issue for the same. Cardholders shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits/cash in any form whatsoever in lieu of this Offer.
7. The E-Vouchers can be redeemed by booking tickets online at http://www.pvrcinemas.com. Cardholders have to follow the instructions mentioned in the site www.pvrcinemas.com to book the ticket online.
8. Use of e-vouchers are governed by Terms & Conditions of PVR Cinemas.
9. The E-Vouchers will be eligible only for booking Normal Class tickets.
10. The E-Vouchers are not valid for booking tickets at the below mentioned shows/theatres/class.
a- PVR Select CityWalk (Gold & Premiere)
b- PVR Ambience
c- Premier Class of Rivoli
d- Premier Class of Crown Plaza Faridabad.
e- Europa in MGF Gurgaon.
f- Gold Class.
g- For films that open on Special Prices e.g. 3D films,
h- blockbuster films that open at a higher than a normal price.
11. Use of E-vouchers will be subject to availability of seats at PVR.
12. The Bank shall not be held responsible if the E-vouchers are not honoured by PVR Cinemas for any reason.

14. Any participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
15. The Bank reserves the absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this offer at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason.
16. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
17. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
