I am not happy with the service provided by the company especially my automatic washing machine . I understand that the products provided by the company are good but what about the after sales requirement of the customer. Where I will go for the service or repair???I contacted service territory manager and took AMC also but all in vain. Can IFB help me??
I strongly suggest not to buy this IFB dishwasher’s.The service is worst and if you buy this dishwasher,all the money you put for it is in vain for sure.I bought this IFB dishwasher app 2 yrs ago.we used it twice or thrice hardly.its not working properly all the white patches settle on the dishes and all over the machine.we called the customer service daily for about a week but no use .they keep on saying they ll send the service man this day and so on…one worst morning he came and didnt do anything.he said he will be back the next morning but never…
so please dont waste your time and money buying this IFB ….

We have purchased a dish washer of IFB which is not functioning presently, after registering complaint on 7thOct2010 no technician visited till date we have complaint no. of times to Mr. Dharmendra Dodiya ( Ahemedabad), Mr. Praveen patel ( Vapi) on phone but still nobody came to repair.
I think this is very careless company & do not think for their customers.
I request to all don’t buy any product of IFB.
I have purchased a dishwasher ,which is perfect but I am trying for a detergent since the last two weaks.Raghawendra Kumar on the phone had promised to deliver the detergent at home,but in vain.When I inquired in the morning today he told me that the company suuplies not less than a pack of six.
What should I do? Can you give me the name and address of a shop somewhere near JNU SO THAT i CAN BUY the dishwash detergent from there.
