1. Average
2. AC
3. Unbalancing
4. Pick up
Infact i m not satisfied with it. I gave about 10 times at ur MGF GT Road within 2 months, But they give us back and said that car is perfectly fine but its not. So, i request u to do something. Either u exchange my car with a new one or i ll knock the door of Consumer court.
Take action as soon as possible. i cant take it anymore.

i have purchased a new VERNA from SAWAN K MOTORS PVT. LTD. from panipat After 1 year its AC stops working. i get it checked from panipat agency on30 june .They told me that sir you have to come again on 02 july to get it repaired .on that day {02 july} they told me that its coil field stop working we have to change it. i have to take car to agency again on 06th july. After 2 day{04 july} i get it checked from your karnal agency .They told that its one of the Ac pipe is leaked from the joint .they repalaced it and after replacing they told that its compressor is not workung after get it checked they found that its coild field is not working. after replacing it they only told me that its ac is not working now yet .They donot give me the answer which satisfies me that what the actual problem my car have and in how many days i get my car repaired i request you to take strict action against them i m very thankful to u for this

I purchased i10 from Kundan hyundai in Pune, they tried to cheat me by giving me a car intentionally which was not at par and had several prob. My advise to all my frens in Pune dont even think of considering Kundan Hyundai for purchasing car. They have malintensions ( at least in my case).

I have issue with my car delear in Bikaner city with Bharat Hundai. Some days back i met with an acciedent its hade on colege with track. After this insident i approch to Bharat Hundai and i ask them to make astimate for repair my car. So they are ready for that and they give me the astimate but it was not an deal wheter ill take there service or not. when i go thourgh and they said they will not charge for this but after that when i dont want to take there service besauce they are chargeing me very high and there behaviour is very bad with clients so i want take my car back and Bharat Hundai pleople were ask me for Rs.10,000/- and they are not ready to give my car back, when i denei for this they said its Hundai Car companies police.now i got my car back but i take the iniciate to tell company managment pleople are not happy with Bharat Hundia In Bikaner if u want please do a serway.

I had purchased Hyundai i-10 1.2 magna in Dec. 2009 from your dealer M/s Morani Hyundai, Jaipur . The registration No. of the car is RJ-14-C-9441 and the engine No. G4LA9M277393 and model No. PA**A i 10.
Right from the delivery of the car I have been complaining about the problem in operation of the rear gear which is not smooth and applies with obstruction at many times. But every time the dealer either says the same has been set right but when this is again brought to notice of the latter, then it is attributed to the manufacturing defect pervading all across this model, and for this the matter is allegedly being taken up with the company. But the problem stands unresolved, despite the two free services have already been over and third one is due in the Dec. 2010.
However, this is almost a proven fact that in the matter of after sales service and consumer satisfaction Hyundai has no parallel in the passenger car market. But the above problem sometimes prompts me to rethink about your dubious distinction.
I hope that you will take up my genuine problem seriously and shall resolve my grievances at the earliest possible.

I had purchased Santro in Jan 2009 in the name of Geeta Bendre with almost all the accessories from Modi Hyundai thane. Few mnths back When left door of the back seat was not getting locked I took the car to your service station at Thane. The mechanic ( name not disclosed 0 told me that the parts use for the centralised locking system wew of sub standard than actually charged for. I registered my protest when I was contacted for feedback. After few days two mechanics came to me for car inspection with a cheapest quality gift. I was told that I will receive a call for further action. Almost 2 months have passed ( i dont have dates on my record) nobody bothered to contact me. Is it your customer service? Do your showrooms fit duplicate accessories? This is not expected from a brand like’ HYUNDAI “

I was purchased a Hyundai santro car in Dec’2009 from Morani-Hyundai – jaipur ( rajasthan ), from that time i m facing here lots of problem in this car , in the starting when i was purchased it there was a problem in the multiwal and after a lot of request Morani workshop changed it. and today when a year has not been completed and i m facing here a problem in the starting , there a door lock is not working , in the front tyre there is noise problem , pick up probelm and also the door open set has damaged when i pulled that to open the door. ( and when i had contacted to the workshop they told that they will charge for it pls. confirm if any of the thing get damaged autumatically then why the company will not change it why they are asking for the charges for the same.
we are here purchased a car with the reputation of the company but on this condition i think that i had purchased a local car so i m facing all these problems here.

As part of 3rd free service, one of the Registered Hyundai service station (Trident Hyundai, Bangalore) has charged me for the below things which should not have been charged as part of third free service, please let me know if this is valid to incur labor charge during 3rd free service. Total bill was 2183.00 out of which 805 was illegal and I feel its cheating by the service station.

I was also promised but I have received only Rs 4000 after a year. I hope it is not a big amount that you pay in parts and after a long time. I have not received the confirmation of balance amount.The co-orporate discount was more than this in every dealer.

We went for servicing to Rudra Hyundai. That is a very poor place to service your car. They only claim money. And they least bother to clean your car also. Last time they set my steering un approprately. And I feel brake has become poor than it was before.
If servicing is that bad how people will buy car from Hyundai ? Hyundai should take action for making such harrashment to the customer.
I Purchase Hyundai i10 from Commerical Hyundai, Saharanpur on 12th feb 2010. Company’s exchange bonus policy of Rs 10,000/- and they promise to gave me the cheque with 90 days of the purchase. But now it’s 8months I haven’t received any amount. I am calling them again and again but they didn’t gave me proper response.

I’v given my car Alto LXI for servicing at Fast Tract Sector -63, NOIDA, where Mechanic Namely Neeraj Rana prepare my job card and took my car for servicing. Before handing over the car i took all my asseccories from my car, all tools were firmly lying below the spare wheel where i took out and stepny was there and a brand new [unused]. After servicing i took my car back without noticing that they have mentioned in Remarks that Stepny Not Available in vehicle. While i kept back my tools at their place, i found stepny was not there, I immediately called to service centre, where they refuse and told me that it was not there, i went to the centre and find the details from documents, in their documents it was shown that wheel balancing was done for all 5 wheels. Few areas documents were manipulated by some1. I immediately complaint to Sr Manger Mr Tomar there, he outrighly rejected my pledge and told me go n do whtever u want, stepny will not be given back to you. Next day i plan to lodge a FIR against Fast Track but before that I try to contact Mr Rawat owner of fast tract and told him the full incidence, he look the matter and question me and my staff in his office and very sweetly committed that though it is not a mistake of their firm, but he will definitely return my stepny in day or two. Very kindly he return me my stepny after 4 days. The stepny which was given back to me, was old and useless, tyre is absolutely useless too. Now my question is this fair with the costumer, if it is happned, where we people go and lodge our complaints. I appreciate Mr Rawat efforts, but it is not good enough and unsatisifed for myself, as stepny is not at all for use purposes. I request maruti suzuki company to look this matter and try to instruct their franchizes not to cheat any costumer like this. This will loss faith between supplier and consumer. I also agreed with Mr Rawat views that Fast Trace might not have stolen the stepny but Mechanic/Receiver might have done something wrong, but how can he interrogate these people that is the question. show room are much higher in numbers by 25000 to 32000 (Approx).
At the time of delivery of the Car, it was already run about 300 KMS.
This shows that the car was kept in stock or in transit for a longer time.
One side Hyundai are delivering the car on advance booking & another side they are delivering
old car ! I am unable to understand the reasons & loosing confidence on i 20 cars.
After many e-mails, till today,I have not been heard from Hyundai,further, there was a breakdown & some sound from front wheels which was repaired at dealers workshop,
The break down , sound from front wheel & further repairing of new car created doubts about fitness of the car.
Because of the above reasons, I am hesitating to drive the car with required speed & on the highways,
The dealer had also delivered the car in very casual manner & not complied commitments.

I had some argurment regarding quality of materials used by your company. I got it repaired & paid for same from my pocket. at 10,000. but i am but sure that I will never recommended any of the new customer in india to buy a i 20 car / because the material that , you are using are not up to the mark of quality standard. I will always regret that I have made a big mistake , by choosing this car.

I am submitting this complaint with a belief that concern person will take it in their notice.I am a owner of Santro car,purchased on april 2009 from Libra Hyundai Dhandab.I took my car to Libra on 07.12.2010 for 1st paid service with a complaint that my car does not get start itself.We have to push it fot make it start.I reached the service centre by 1030 am .They lodge the complaint by same time.They gave back my car by 05.30 pm without attending the problem , however they took Rs 2100 / for labour and other charges.
We found the services of Libra Hyundai Dhanbad very poor and non responsible .Will any one took this negligence in service done by Libra Hyundai,Dhanbad in his notice and inform me the action taken .
I am having Hyundai i10 which has meet with an accident. i have alread y finsished with the formality of surveyance from the insurance company. But the dealar which is Concept motors,Ahmedabad is making delay in finishing my car.He still says that he needs time of above 15 days to get my car finished otherwise which takes just 5 days to get the car finished.

On 26th Nov’10, I have visited Baltic Hyundai at Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana for second free service,
Their advisor has attend the car and advised that car is having missing & starting problem only which will be solved in service but today 6th Nov’10 they are saying car engine is having some (gascut) problem which is payable by customer but car is under warranty. Why they are not covered in warranty ?
The dealer is either not capable to solve my problem or he does not want to solve it. In both the situations my time and money is wasted.
This is a humble request from my side that please get my issue resolved ASAP. I have waited long enough and now I am loosing patience.
I hope that i won’t have to take this matter further and my problems will be solved.

The goyal hyundai executive has told me that you are elligible for corporate bonus as i am employee of LIC of India .I have submitted all my documents to claim loyality bonus and corporate bonus in time,I have received loyality bonus after 12 months.But i have not received the corporate bonus till time .The goyal hyundai executive says that i have not submitted the documents in time,but i have the recording on my mobile of executive Miss Neeru ,In this Recorded voice,She admits that the documents submitted by u in time.

I purchased a i20 asta on 31/12/2009 from Krishna Hyundai,Tezpur,Assam.But just after ten days or so, i started getting some trouble with the vehicle.The battery of the car gets completely drained if not charged within 24 hours.Thinking it to be a problem of the battery,I contacted the manufacturer of the battery,Exide.They examined it but found no problem with it.Yet ,for our satisfaction,they changed the battery.But the problem still persists.I consulted with the engineers from Krishna Hyundai but they could not give me any solution.I dont think there might be any problem with the battery nor with the main system of the car.But i doubt there is something wrong with the central lock system (anti-theft),which was fitted at Krishna Hyundai at the time of purchasing.I request you to look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.I am tired of consulting with the engineers from Krishna Hyundai.Moreover ,I am not getting proper response from their side.

Firstly we reported to you on 28/8/09.You had serviced it vide your In. No. B-200906415, and charged Rs.7685/-.
After servicing the car had given average of 12.5 km/lt. But the joy was only of 4 days. Again it slipped back to 8.5 km/ltr.
Than again on 23/6/2010, you again serviced it vide your Invoice no. B201005419 and charged Rs.5300/-.It was giving
an average of about 7.5 km/ltr.and after servicing it had given12.5 km/ltr., but again only for 3-4 days. And after 27/6/2010
it again slumped to 8. km/ltrs.
Due to perpetual problem of low average,I had to do my commuting by TWO- WHEELER.As i am an heart-patient.
Doctors suggested me not to drive two-wheeler. But due to very low average I have to mostly depend upon the two-wheeler.
Now let me know which route I have to adopt , direct or some via media of CONSUMER-COURT.

i had buy a santo car from natasha auto pvt. ltd rampur road, bareilly on 8th of january 2011. i had asked for registration of the car from the manager Mr.Adlakha till 11th of january 2011 n they said that will surely give that on the due date but now they had refused to give the registration of the car on the due date.i had a loan on this car from Indusland bank and the bank orderd them to give us the car but they didn’t give me the RC of the car and when i had complained about the manager to the owner of the agency Mr.Bhasin then he didn’t even react on it. instead of taking an action against the manager he also favoured him and he also get us out of the agency in front of everyone and i got every ashamed there……..
i think that i had done a big mistake of choosing the hyundai company. but next if had 2 take a car i would prefer honda aur any another company…….and i also advice others not to take the car of company like you because of the behaviour of agencies of hyundai……….

A Hyndai Santro car – has run only 25,000/- Km. And there is a failure in the Engine Body – Design and Manufacturing defect. – Dummy plug construction for the manufacture of the engine body – rusted – and water leakage – no provision to check- No feed back or monitoring or identifying devise .
• Hyundai Santro’s beauty ! No engine temperature monitoring or indication device in the car. The temperature indicator shows only the water temperature. If there is no water circulated, the engine will run smoothly but the temperature meter will show as normal the temperature.
• Hyundai Service ! : Everywhere the advertisement is 24 hr Call service ! I called the Hyundai Service at 8.00 am on Monday ( Working day ) for the breakdown on the hi – way- 12 KM from the service station. The response is “ the people will come to the office by about 9.30 and then they will depute the technician “ . The work shop time is 9 AM ! As the response was poor and nobody turned out – even so many telephone call follow up, I towed the car to the workshop at 10.00 AM. with a private vehicle.
• Hyundai Service ! : The car was handed over at 10.00 AM on 31st Jan. After 5 days ! , the service manager gives a call to witness the water leakage. Still they have not identified the damages and estimate !
• Hyundai Service ! : From the beginning the Cars was serviced at Hyundai service station only. The third service was given . With in few days of this service, the engine failure / leakages ! As per their service engineer, the dummy plug got rusted and given way. So, rusting might have started well earlier. And it is not in their third service check list, they have not checked it !
• At no where in the service manual / or check list at any service point ( service 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 ), to check the engine body or plug ! That means – it is not at all to be checked. So, failure to be accepted and so the life of the engine is only 25,000 km run !
• Hyundai internet – service ! : In the internet – in the Hyundai web site – there is a provision – ‘ contact us ‘ . But if you fill and try to send – it will not be possible at all – stating that ‘ required fields are to be filled ‘ – even if you fill all the fields ! What a good web contact !
• Hyundai E mail services ! : Even if you find the email address and send the e – mail complaint – there will not be any response or acknowledgement for the mail !

I have purchased Marutiwsift LDI on 02-Feb-2011 from Jaikrishna Auto Agencies,Coimbatore.
I am able to run the first 510KMS smoothly. In the 511 KMS i have started the vehicle from Coimbatore to mysore on 19th Feb-2011 7.30 AM. In the 610 KM in TIMBUM hills 20/27 Hairpen bend
suddenly the engine got Strucked and engine is off. The vehicle started going reverse and i have stopped the car using the hand brake. In the Hill station lot of vehicles are coming behind and we could
manage to stop the car in a plan place with the help of people coming around on the way. After that i started calling to the 24 customer care maruti service centre this happened at 11.00 AM. We tried to
start the vehicle and it is not happened. The service people reached the spot at 4.30 PM. After that they also tried to do some trouble shooting,they could not be able to do that. So from there they have
started toeing the vehicle from Timbum to Coimbatore to the Jaikrishna Workshop. After checking the vehicle they are informing that there is some struck up in the diesel tank that is the reason for this.
After removing the Struckup from the diesel tank .they tried to start the vehicle it got started and they have ride the vehicle for 20kms and stopped.
On the next day (21-feb-2011)once again they have tried to start the vehicle it did not get started. Now they are saying that the problem is with the Diesel pump and it will take 4 days to get it rectify this problem.
They have to get the diesel pump from the Head office and that is the reason.
For changing the defected part taking 4 days is really too long in this modern world for solving this problem.
After 4 days they will come back and say still the problem is resolved .wait for another 4 days . There is no option to resolve the problem.
Either I would like to rectify the problem as soon as possible or I request you to provide the replacement for my vehicle.
( Note : I was waiting for 4 years to take the new swift LDI as it is my dream vehicle )

As per telephonic discussion we had , I am having Verna Petrol Car whose No is GJ – 18 AC – 978 , i am having a AMC and had taken it on 11/2/2011, under which according to your Service book the services provided by you were, Wheel Alignment , Wheel Balancing, Tyree Rotation, Interior cleaning , wax polishing. The complain raised by my side was cooling of Air conditioner, but dear madam / sir sorry to say that the AC is not working satisfactorily as on today.
Coming to the main complain , yesterday the left side front wheel i observed low air pressure , so just went to the tyree shop and told him to check the air pressure in all the 4 wheels, so on observing we observed that in right side front wheel the pressure was 60 , which is not at all tolerable, at the same time i contacted at your workshop phone no , but first time i got reply that it was lunch time, and on second call i got the feedback that Mr Dilip is on holiday and shall be available tomorrow as he had attended the service. Now as today i had talked with Mr Dilip at 10 Am , but he just ignored me till 11 Am , and then after i speaked to his higher authority Mr Nilesh, he told me that the tyre shall be send for testing to MRF, so sir / madam how the pressure in the tyre was 60 , and on damage of tyree who is responsible ? and on asking question Mr. Dilip is just answering that i had properly checked air pressure in all 4 wheels, so what does it mean i am telling lie? have u mentioned the tyree pressure somewhere in your document what is the proof who has authourized the report that day and where it is mentioned. So sir / madam now i have learned with this incident that we should not keep trust on SHARMA HYUNDAI , but we should check each and every thing in all respect.
So sir / Madam, please look into the matter , as i am totally dissatisfied with the services and the answered given by your service providers, as they are blaming to us instead of check the right reason and mistake done by them.

As per your trail mail and MRF company report ” damage was due to through cut on tread due to impact with some sharp object” ,so it also concludes that their was a higher air pressure ( i.e ., 60 ) which is not eligible to tolerate the tyre and also road, if the tyre rotates on normal road with air pressure of 60 , then the tyre fills impact and may go through cut on tread.
So , sir / madam , i am lucky that no accident had been occurred due to your mistake, and your Manager Mr Nitesh & Mr Dilip has no manners to attend the customer , so kindly look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible

Sir, I purchased Hyundai i10 fro KTC Thrissur on 17.12.2010. While purchasing the car they had promised me to give many accessories on free of cost including mud flaps. Now 3 months over they did not give me the mud flaps. Since, Feb 2011, I have been complaining to you about this, but not settled my problem so far.
Purchasing mud flaps by spending 100 rupees is not a problem, but being a reputed company you and your dealer must keep up the promises given to the customer.

At the time of counselling my sales representative was MR Bhavyakant. He has visited my office at Bilimora also before I have to decide which car I have to purchase. He has given me very poor service after sales. He was not even ready to hear my problem which I have explained him.
At the time of counselling, He explained me that I am eligible for corporate discount of Rs.5,000/- and for that he gave me list of papers that I have to submit for corporate discount. 1. ID PROOF, 2. SALARY SLIP, 3. DATE OF JOINING CERTIFICATE FROM BANK. 4. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS, 5. ADDRESS PROOF (ELECTRICITY BILL). He told me that I will get the amount within 6 month. I have submitted all the required papers on 31st August 2010 to Mr Bhavyakant. Nearly 8 months has been passed but I could not receive my corporate discount money of Rs.5,000/-

I would like to bring your attention on a major quality issue with the engine of my new gen i10 ,KA 53 P 4540(Engine No.499673)
Though I got the 2nd free service of the car(RO No. 73721) on 25 april,2011 at Advaith Motors pvt.Ltd,#41/2, Devarabeesanahalli,Varthur Hobli,Outer ring road , Bangalore 560103,with in 100 kms of drive after the service,the engine got overheated.
I am very unhappy with this incident as this vehicle so far has run only less than 2400 kms and less than 100 kms after 2nd free service and never anticipated such an experience from a product of reputed brand like Hyundai.
The vehicle is now (on 07 May 2011) given at Advaith Motors (P) Ltd, 5A, Vishweshwaraiah indl.Area.Mahadevapura Post,Bangalore-560048 for resolving the issue.
I would really appreciate your immediate attention to this problem to ensure that a complete check up of my vehicle is done at free of cost and assured that the engine is in good condition.
I am really upset that I have not received any kind of acknowledgement from Hyundai till now.

Sir, i purchased an i10 sportz from KC HYUNDAI SRINAGAR on 10/05/2011. I paid the full sum of Rs 459909 including Rs 4000 mentioned to include service charges, logistic and other charges(mud flaps,body cover and mating) but the people there are not ready to provide me mud flaps, body cover and mating, instead they want to charge extra amount for these things besides paying the full amount including Rs 4000 already mentioned…. sir . i purchased i10magna on 1.10.09. from novelty hyundai amritsar.dealer told me that u will get exchange bonus of rs 15000 if u will give photocopy of rc of ur old car . sir within 15 days i provided them trasffered copy of rc of my old maruti zen car with rc no. pb08 ac 5117. till today i could not get my exchange bonus . i am very disappointed by hyundai service . plz do the needful action as soon as possible. my mobile no. is 9465725941. is there anybody in customcare to help me,, solve my problem within 7 days if not then i will get it legaly through court with compensation

I am writing this mail with a great disappointment by the product and service quality of Hyundai. I would like to tell you the whole story in detail. I bought a Hyundai I 20 on 19.08.2010 (Registration no. MH-14 cc 5082) from Sanjay Hyundai, Pune. Within 2 month my car was having some overheating problem, nearly after a month I was reported my car regarding some alignment problem which is still not 100% cured and dealer told me “ this is very common in I 20 “.
My problem not ends here my vehicle is having a heating problem again and reported twice at Sanjay Hyundai but without any detailed inspection they gave back. I have start facing other problems in my car like AC cooling, Gear Shift problems and fall in pickup which was unnoticed in the service centre even after ample of test drives.
On 4th of May I was going to Mumbai from Pune and my car again overheated and I was waited 5 hours to reach nearest service centre (Garve Hyundai) since now my car is in service centre and today is 16th day I haven’t got my vehicle, dealer doesn’t have part available and as per dealer commitment I will get my car by next week it means I will get my car serviced in minimum 24 days
Now Please tell me Is this my fault to buy such a stupid product with great service quality is this the way you treat your customer? I thing I will never buy any Hyundai product in my life and never advice to any of my friend, family and colleagues.

I have booked Verna 2011 Fluidic Diesel 1.6 Option on 11.05.2011 at Bengal Hyundai Kolkata in the name of my company M/s. Probha Petromart. They are pressuring me to do the insurance from them only. But I am the last person to do the insurance from them, if required I will cancell the order and will switch to “Toyota”. If some body can help me then I dont have to switch to Toyota.

on 19/05/11. while purchasing time they offered me exchange offer RS 10000/ by a cheq and I submitted all the appruvel relevant records. So far I am not recived any ammount or cheq from the company.I think you will take up my genuine case and take action to get my money as early as possible. plz………..zzzzzzzzz

i had given my car for routine service at your dealer SAS Hyundai at Lucknow. when i went to get it back, mouth piece of my music system SONY EXPLODE was missing. they are not ready to accept this and are not ready to log in a complain. now i have got only one option to register FIR against the dealer and company for this kind of services. secondly i am also planning to go into consumer forum.
kindly suggest how much time will it take you to resolve the issue so that i need not to escalate the call.

I (avtar singh) r/o 24 dalima vihar rajpura booked one verna sx on 12th may 2011 at klg hyundai chandigarh.with amt 75k on dt 12th may 2011 by receipt no 1222. sales consalant name was arvind rana whose mob no is 9876222444 and my booking form no is 2383. they assured me tht they will gave me car with in 15 days but till today there is no scene of car. i m calling them on regular basis but there is no response frm dealer. i only wanted to know frm you tht how much verna they have sold and whts my no and when i will get my car cox there is no response frm dealer and i think they are selling cars on premium lots of my freind who booked car after me has already got the cars so wht does it mean. it goes bad name of hyundai in the mkt. will u find some solotion of my problem?if u have any solotion of my problem than pls contact me on my no or my id. my mob no is 9814498093

I have purchased a new Santro Xing from M/s Durga Hyundai, Jaigaon, WB, India. After a month the vehicle has met with a major accident. I have ordered the spare parts from same vendor, even after two weeks the spare parts are not at all ready. They have dispatched me few spare parts that too with wrong parts.
Please do something to keep your custome happy. and let us know how we would approach you for better service. Vehicle being only sold is not complete business you should bother the customers after sale-service. that is what i am thinking is not doing
