How to prevent your back pain at office while doing work – Precautions and Measures
To avoid back pain at work make sure that your work place paractices good ergonomics,take a look at your work station to see if there is anything you can change to avoid back pain.
When you sit at your workstation for a longer period of time, you increased pressure on one area and back tension.work on your posture while sitting at your desk.Make sure the chair you sit in all day provides good support for your back.
Your Monitor screen and eyes should be at same level, it should not be too loo or too high otherwise it will strain your neck to look up or down and it will affect the posture of the upper back as well
Is your mouse nearer to you or you have to reach it? it will eventually cause muscle tension in your shoulders.
Don’t twist and bend to pick up files while you’re sitting at your desk. Instead, get up and squat down on the ground to pick up the files.
Every twenty minutes stand up and stretch for a couple of minutes. Stretching will bring circulation to the muscles and release tension,which will prevent back pain.
