   This is in Regard to my window ac ( model no – RAVO18EQD21 ) Purchase on 01-may 2010 from Authorised Dealer RHYTHEM HOUSE Sec -18 Noida. is not cooling for the past one month and to my reapeted complaint to the costomer care with request no. 11041601421, ther has been no response. I here by request you to see to my concern and get the ac repaired immediatly,as the ac has been Instaled in HOUSE NO. – 18/401 EASTEND Apartmant Mayur Vihar Phase – 1, Delhi- 96,

   Since last week daily calling for reminder after lodging a request on 2nd may & 25 th may,2011 for the servicing my window hitachi a/c. Surprised, such type of company could do so. Concern please do the needful.

   Dear Sir ,

   We have purchased 2 Window ACs RAW218KRD from Sahil Electronics Sarojni Nagar Delhi vide their Bill no 0315 dt 7/6 /2011. They have recovered Rs 1000/- for the installation.
   One Boy named Salman ( without any proper authorisation ) came to install the ACS and demanded Rs 800/- more for installation (material cost extra ) and left midway without informing and completeing the work . This approach of your service team is not acceptable . This is our 1st time experience of its type and says very poorly of the your co.

   Pl organise to have the Acs installed immediately .

   i purchase one split ac from vijay sales pritam pura delhi vide invoice no.71-DPRO5-11SIAO 182 dt.12;05-11 The ac is not functioning since its defective instllation by your incompetant engrs.You are requisted to look in to matter personally

    hi bought 1.5 ton window ac just 1 month back n its not working nw n the worst part is that we have been calling for service for last 3 days bt nobody has come till now.the worst service i have ever seen in my life.dont buy ny product of hitachi.its the worst company

    Hi I bought 1.5 ton window Ac 2 months back But now it is not working . After complianing about this They say we have provide service within 48 hours .after 72 hours nobody came for service till now . this is not good product please dont puchase it. Hitachi company make us fool.
