Hi, Purchased HItachi AC (KAZE) 2 tonne on 22 April 2011 against Invoice No. 286 from Utility Trading Enginers (P) Ltd, Sector 35, Chandigarh.
At the time of installation, it was found that EXHAUST LIVER was missing. Since then I had made various calls to the shop owner, to Mr. Sumit (who came for Demo after 2 weeks of installation and that too after repeated requests) and to Rohit at 0172 3246256. Everytime I was promised of solution in a day or two. Now when I call to Mr. Rohit at the given number, either this number is switched off or is disconnected….
