I wanted to know whether we have a way to deliver flowers to someone traveling in Go Air flight coming from Mumbai to Chandigarh.

My father in law,Dattatreya P Samant,aged 88 yrs old travelled by GOAIR and the details are given below
Mumbai/Bangaluru on 24th feb 2010 by morning 0630 flight
Bangaluru/Mumbai on 18th april 2010 by 1145 flight.
He is a pensioner and is illigible to get the flight charges.He has submitted
the ticket s(E tickets) to the Bombay port trust office for their persual.Now,the
office personel is asking for the boarding passes to be submitted or a letter
from GOAIR office confirming the above details.

I had booked a flight with kingfisher from Chandigarh to delhi on 27 June at 9:30 A.M . I had done so because I had a connecting flight from Delhi to Goa of Goair at 12:45P.M. My flight was rescheduled from 9:30 to 11 however the kingfisher officials assured me that they would speak to goair officials, and my boarding pass would be ready when I reach Delhi.I also contacted the goair staff about the same. However, when the flight landed, I was told that checkin counters had closed. Subsequently I had to miss the flight.This led to a lot of inconvenience (time) and stress. Moreover on the spot booking was very costly and I lost 9000 Rs . However goair assured that they would refund some portion of the ticket money. But I have not recieved any refund till now. Whom should I contact for the same?

Self with family (Mrs Archana Kishore (wife), Ms Vasvee (Daughter) and Mr Vartik (Son) left Chandigarh 01 Sep 09 by your airlines for Mumbai on permanent transfer. Now even after searching a lot we have misplaced the tickets and the boarding passes. My claim on transfer is held up . Pse advice how I can get the tickets/boarding pass/proof that the journey was performed. No other detail available with us like tkt no PNR no etc. Yes i paid through Citibank Cr card must be sometime early Aug 09.

Did not get any response from your end .This client is going through hell now he has to fly to Jammu- Delhi-Mumbai. Because of all this we have to change the itinerary and we need to cancel the Mumbai –Srinagar sector in it. I tried to explain the same to call center people of go air but they don’t understand the matter . Kindly do the needful ASAP.

Of the flight and I got shocked to know that the flight stands to be cancelled .If it was so I suppose and I believe that it was obligatory on airlines part to let me know about all this mess. they didn’t even bother to call me . Is this what Go Air does to its clients , may be yes but for us client means everything .I have never faced any worst from an airline like this .We have just started with Go Air and wanted to work for a longer run. Now we have to rethink about it.
Because we can’t compromise on servicing part.

My family travelled from ahmedabad to bangalore by G 8 Go Air flight on 03 Apr 10 (ticket nos SF6Z4F-1 to 4), the ticket does not mention the fare. You are requested to mail a ticket with the fare, the same is required for submission of claim. An early action wil bw appreciated.
Go Air offers Hopeless services thay have misplaced my baggage…. moreover I am not even getting a satisfactory response from them…. the staff is even worse than government employees… very careless attitude….

I have booked 2 tickets from bangalore to delhi in the name of CHANDRA SURBHAT AND JAYALAKSHMI SURBHAT, instead of charging 2 tickets they have charged 3 tickets. Immediately I brought to the notice and requested to recredit the same as it is booked by credit card. but even after a lapse of 15 days no action has been taken we never expected this type of casual approach towards customers. This is the purely mistake of the customer care people. It is a big amount which is already appeared in my credit card and alos paid by me. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately or else I have to think alternate channel to reoover the money.
