I have Fly MC160. My handset had software problem in end of April 2010. When I went to your service station It was informed that the service engineer is not available until 6th of May 2010. On 6th of May 2010 I left my handset for service in the service station. But, till now I am not able to get the handset back. The answer from the service station is “Tomorrow”. Hence, I request you to do the needful in this regard.

I ve purchased fly E-106 one month back now i ve 2 problems with this device one is the speaker is not working properly and second is i m using dual sim and when somebody calling me he could not hear me properly there is always disturbence on either lines while i can hear proper sound i m residing at nasik maharashtra So how shall i solve this problem?

I have given my Fly phone “HUMMER HTZ on Novemeber 10th , 2010 at Frasilin Tech Care , Ghatkopar, Mumbai – 400080. Almost 5 months have been passed Neither my phone is rep[ared nor any proper response from the service centre. Evey time I call they say It has been sent to company for repair and they will call us in two-three days to let’s know the status, but they never call, I only have to call them again and again. But after a gap of three weeks again I called today(9th April- 2011) and still the same answer that they will let me know in next couple of days. Since last three months I am insisting them to return my handset as is. Now neither i am getting my hand set nor any prpoer reply

Hi, I am a user of fly b470 and i bought this handset in jan,2011 but after a couple of months it showing display and camera problem. In Sep,2011 display get changed but again it showing same problem. For that issue i contact to the particular dealer of that he send my handset to delhi service center but when i ask to them about it he saying same words it will take some more time. Some one can help me out if the same problem happen again after the correction from service center so can i take a help of consumer court.
