   i got samsung D-840 in april 2009 fror rs.8000 from hotspot mobile centre from Dharampura Bazar Patiala and since then this set is troubling me as it is a slider phone, after 2-3 months its slide function is dead and evey time i had to aproach the service centre being in a busy job it is not every time possible to reach the centre. I want to get this phone replaced with some other phone of the same amount.please do the needful. i am fed up with samsung thatswhy people and i trust much for nokia and go for nokia next time and even suggest everyone not to buy samsung as i suffered i don’t want others to suffer.

   i had purchased a fly mobile V 100 having S.No. 356845013730096 from the Kunal Communication Nahan on 21.04.2009. in sep. 2009 i faced a display/hanging problem in this set and accordingly i approached to fly service centre at nahan i.e. Alief Mobile Repairs & Training Centre. in Oct. 2009 this set was replaced by New V100 set having S.No. 356845014551236. Again in Last week of January 2010 i faced the same problem and approached to the service centre at nahan. The problem could not be sorted out by him so agin on 17.0210 he sent this mobile to fly service centere at Delhi. even though the problem could not be solved. then again in 2nd week of march 2010, the it aws sent to Delhi service centre for repairing. again , after one week it is showing the display/hanging proand. evey time i had to aproach the service centre being in a busy job it is not every time possible to reach the centre. I want to get this phone replaced with some other phone of the same amount. or reimburse the purchasing cost. otherwise i am planning for going in to the consumer court. please do the needful. i am fed up with fly thatswhy people and i trust much for nokia and go for nokia next time and even suggest everyone not to buy fly as i suffered i don’t want others to suffer.

   i have fly ds180. I dont understand the settings of activation waiting of other sim also, Eg if i m calling from sim1, then calles coming on sim2 should come on waiting. Kindly help anyone on this i want to activate for same.

   Dear Sir,

   My self Bhaskar Thirumala, I purchased Fly Mobile-CDMA (FLY C-250) From Crystal Collection, Nakshatra Cine Shoppe, Dadar (W). But after 31 days i saw problem in my handset (Body Problem)I already gave my mobile at Custmer Care at Dadar (Sawant Watch (Fly Servise Centre +91 9867 064 152)on 28/06/02008 as per the suggetion from Sawant watch, but till date I dont received any call from that centre & when I m going there the Executive told me “I DONT HAVE THE METERIAL (BODY) FROM FLY MOBILE CENTRE BECAUSE THE METERIAL IS NOT IN STOCK” This is not good answer from the Custmer care Side till today 120 Days are going but no answer from the Custmer Care Centre.Kindly note the same & do the needfull in the matter.

   SIR MY FLY MOBILE IN SOME PROBLEM SO I GIVE IN YOUR SERVICE CENTER ON 30 DAYS AGO BUT THAT MOBILE TODAYS NOT REPAIR

   sir my fly mobile in display key pad so give in your service center on 13 october but not repair till date taily told two / three days sir i request repeair my fly ds 100 sir my proble is only one my phone.

    I purchase fly mc 170 2 month ago. There are prombleme in softwere after 7 days i repaired 3 times in fly customer care in 1 month but not repaire this

    I do not find out any service center in kolkata. my fly hand set niot working proporly .regarding battery fault model no b430 if reply me igrateful to you .
