    After having the test drive of FIAT Linea Emotion Pack last week. We had booked the same Linea Emotion Pack (Diesel). Today after having C.R.TEM against the vehicle Chassis No MCA11071B09019962GNZ & Engine No is 0100826 & BS IV & manufacture dated is July 2010. Manufacture Invoice No 0901900934090119233020100730

    Today we had visited the Balaji Car Showroom for having a look of car before RTO registration. After Verification we find Rear Middle Seat Head Rest is missing. Soon we had complaint to sale executive but him unable to comment on the Changes.

    We had complaint with sales what you had shown in the display we want the car with same feature.

    If there is any change from the company in the interior you should inform to the customer.

    I am going to take the delivery on 16 August 2010 & till date we had not register the car with RTO.

    For having the middle head rest in the rear what we have do.

    Should I postpone the delivery & wait for company reply.

    Please suggest.

    I have purchased FIAT LINEA (DYNAMIC) on 13th dec 2010, from RAGHUVANSHI MOTORS, Dilshad Garden Delhi, from the moment I purchased the car the speedometre of the car is not working, the sales manager told us that we will rectify this next day in few minutes, they picked my car on 15th dec 2010 from my house where the driver of showroom itself told us that the car has some touching on the rear door behind the driver seat side.The dealer is accepting that the car has some touching and rubbing has been done for this,whereas my first problem of speedometre is still not been rectified. When I met the G.M of Raghuvanshi motors he is just saying that the vehicle has a major problem which he is trying to rectify otherwise he put a new part. Kindly revert me on this as soon as possible and i will not take the delivery of this car as the car is second hand for me and i have paid the full amount for new car.

    i am suffering with your services plz do need ful i recently purchaged feat lenia dynamic version three months back , it is showing check engine symble … but no one is not rectify plz do need full

    i am having punto diesel emition 2009 oct. with extended warranty .on june 1 the clutch cylinder collapssed,however i managed to reach the nearest fiat dealer banarasi dass at industrial panchkula.they behaved very bad the gm and even the owner .they said we dont work on warranty go to joshi automobiles chandigarh.i said this a common problem in some models and company is changing it free of cost and moreover i have got extended warranty,they argued very badly.however i managed to reach joshi chandigarh were i got excellent service i was free in half hour.i suggest to ask this dealer explanation who is not having warranty code ,how could he sell cars when they cant give service the car is excellent but such dealer are giving bad name to the brand.i am planning even to go to consumer forum.the co.should take serious steps for such dealers to save fiat brand in india

    I HAD PURCHASED FIAT LINEA EMOTION DIESEL IN MARCH 2010. ON 28TH SEPTEMBER 2011 ONE DOG HIT THE VEHICLE ON MUMBAI NASHIK HIGHWAY NEAR MANAS RESORT AT IGATPURI DUE TO IT RADIATOR, INTER-COOLER WAS BROKEN. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO UJJWAL AGENCIES SATPUR NASHIK. TILL DATE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED DUE TO NON AVAILABLE OF SPARES IT WAS TOLD TO ME . SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE FIAT DON’T HAVE RADIATOR/ INTERCOOLER LIKE REGULAR PARTS AVAILABLE. IT REALLY SPOILS THE BRAND NAME
    OF FIAT.
